This role also encompasses Neurophysiology Administration, dealing with appointments for nerve conduction studies and the distribution of reports and uploading these results on to Cerner.
This vacancy requires interaction with patients, GPs, Consultants, and team members.

The role involves the delivery of goods to wards and departments, aiming to complete deliveries on the day of receipt whenever possible. The post holder will be responsible for unpacking trolleys and pallets in a safe manner and appropriate location.
This role may require physical effort at times, and the successful candidate will need to adhere to safe manual handling procedures to ensure that deliveries are transported securely and efficiently to their designated destinations. Occasionally, travel to other Trust sites may be necessary to provide coverage.
This role is based at Lister Hospital which is located at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, Harlow.

Main duties of the job
Deliver goods to wards and departments, wherever possible on day of receipt, carry out the unpacking of trolleys/pallets in a safe manner in a suitable location.
Marshal goods into goods receiving area, safely unloading pallets/roll cages/tote boxes, etc, from vehicles, checking and signing driver's documentation when service requires and in the absence of the Goods Receiving Officer (GRO).
Ensure signature is obtained at all times from recipient (often referred to as the End-User) upon delivery of non-stock or as and when required by GRO.
Respond to enquiries in an efficient manner - act as a liaison between ward/department and other staff in the Supply Chain function where required.
Responsibility for maintaining high service levels to all customers for the receipt and distribution of goods at all times.
To be aware of and follow Trust moving and handling policies and procedures and to work in a safe manner using all equipment responsibly with due care and attention for themselves and others. Understand the needs of and comply with the Health and Safety and Work Acts.
To collect and return to the Goods Receiving area, any empty roll cages/tote boxes from wards/departments that are required to be returned to NHS Supply Chain Distribution Centre.
Assist materials management team with ward replenishment when required.
Ensure the maximum security of goods, the receiving store and all goods within their responsibility at all times.

The Children's Emergency Department is a purpose-built environment for children and young people aged 0-15 years and has approximately 20,000 attendances a year across our Children's Emergency and urgent care pathways. Job summary
The post is a full time appointment for a Trust Resident Doctor for Breast Surgery.
The post is available from October 2026 for one year which provides excellent experience of a busy symptomatic breast unit and training in oncoplastic breast surgery techniques including reconstructions and lipomodelling.
There are good opportunities to take part in unit audits. We also work closely with plastic surgeons at the Royal Free Hospital. Duties are based at St Albans City Hospital working in Breast Surgery with some sessions at Watford General Hospital.
Main duties of the job
The Main duties of the post will involve responsibility for the care of elective and emergency breast patients on the ward and the supervision of the junior SHOs and House Surgeons in their duties. The post holder is required to attend operation sessions and out-patient clinics and the weekly breast multidisciplinary meeting.
You will be expected to work closely with appropriate nursing, professional, technical, administrative and support staff. You will be responsible for ensuring adequate clinical notes are made in accordance with good medical practice.
The post holder will have a continuing responsibility for the care of patients in his/her charge and will undertake administration duties associated with the care of his/her patients and the running of his/her department.
Administrative duties will necessitate close liaison with the management team to ensure appropriate control of the department budget and to provide clinical input to the business planning process and assistance with the service development.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant Dermatologist to join our Dermatology Team. This is fixed term 10 PA post initially for 12 months. We also welcome applications from candidates wishing to work less than full time. We are able to increase the total PAs to 13 and these could be shared between part time consultants The successful candidates will join an established team of 21 Consultants. There is support from 1 Associate Specialist, 4 Specialty doctors and specialist dermatology nurses including 2 skin cancer specialist nurses and 2 paediatric specialistdermatology nurses.
The department also has 2 SPRs, 2 clinical fellows and 1 VTS trainee. Services available include day case surgery, paediatric dermatology, phototherapy, photodynamic therapy, patch testing and iontophoresis.Specialist clinics include joint Leg Ulcer, Vulval and Male Genital Dermatoses, hair and skin of colour.
We have an outreach Plastic Surgery service from the Royal Free Hospital. The post-holders will work with colleagues to supportand develop Dermatology services for the local population.You will be based across at no more than 2 hospital sites within the trust which include Watford General, Hemel Hempstead and St Albans City Hospitals.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the post will be generaldermatology and skin cancer clinics, minor surgicalsessions, teledermatology sessions and attendanceat our skin cancer MDT meetings.

Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our Estates team, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to a vital service supporting patient care.

Main duties of the job
Diagnose and repair faults on complex mechanical services, engineering plant and equipment, deal with new situations as they arise and pass on knowledge to others.
Monitor temperatures using handheld data collection device, diagnose faults, recalibrate, and carry out repairs to thermostatic mixing valves, tanks and calorifiers to ensure compliance with the Control of Legionella Policy.
Manufacture, assemble, erect, and install new plumbing work as required.
Fabricate / repair all sizes of iron pipework by screwing or welding.

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. Working within Older People's Services, you will provide specialist clinical pharmacy support, expert medicines optimisation advice, and leadership to multidisciplinary teams across the Trust.

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer in CT and MRI to join our dedicated team at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals Trust.
Previous MRI/CT training is essential.
Our Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) is now live and will offer enhanced services to patients.
