Job summary
The Lead Nurse for Clinical Site Management provides visible, credible and compassionate leadership for the Clinical Site Management and Hospital at Night services. The post holder is responsible for the professional and operational leadership of the site management function, ensuring the safe, effective and efficient management of hospital operations on a 24-hour basis. This includes oversight of patient flow, capacity management, discharge coordination, staffing escalation, operational pressures and site safety.

Main duties of the job
- Leading the operational management of patient flow, capacity and bed utilisation across the organisation, ensuring timely admissions, transfers and discharges while maintaining patient safety and experience.
- Supporting the delivery of urgent and emergency care performance standards through effective site coordination, escalation management and proactive operational planning.
- Providing expert nursing and operational advice during periods of increased demand, operational pressure, major incidents and business continuity events. [
- Leading workforce management processes including recruitment, appraisal, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning and professional development for Clinical Site Management and Hospital at Night staff.
- Promoting and delivering high standards of patient safety, quality assurance, risk management and clinical governance, ensuring lessons learned are embedded into practice.
- Working in partnership with senior clinical and operational leaders to deliver organisational objectives, improve patient outcomes and support hospital operational resilience.
- Acting as a professional role model and ambassador for nursing, upholding the standards of the NMC Code and promoting the Trust's values in all aspects of leadership and decision-making.
- Deputising for the Associate Director of Operations as required, representing the service at corporate meetings, operational forums and multidisciplinary groups.

Job summary
We are seeking a motivated, flexible, skilled Physiotherapist with a special interest in Rehabilitation to join our Community Therapy team, based at the Friary Hospital, Richmond.
The service is currently integrating with social care to deliver an integrated therapy and reablement service, of which will be jointly managed and supervised between health and social care.
The therapy team provide clinical assessment, intervention and oversight of patients being discharged from hospital with reablement support, admission to bed based therapy provision and patients who are in their own home and require a period of rehabilitation following a change to their functional ability, impacting on safety, carer support, independence and emotional well being.
Therapy staff work closely alongside locality reablement teams, bed based provisions, hospital discharge teams, social care, voluntary agencies and other therapy teams to ensure the patients receive the best care and rehabilitation to improve independence and reduce reliance on care where possible.
There is an expectation that you will be able to travel independently in order to access our sites and would also provide clinical cover as required to the wider therapy teams to ensure safe staffing levels.

To work in the Recovery area within theatres providing and maintaining a high standard of care, ensuring the safe recovery for patients following anaesthetic and surgical intervention.

Working within the NMC/HCPC 'Scope of Professional Practice' be professionally accountable and responsible to the team leader for the formulation and implementation of individual patient care, taking a dynamic and research-based approach. Acting as a role model within the clinical working area and to present a professional image which inspires confidence and trust in the delivery of care.
To participate in out of hour's service as service needs demand.

Main duties of the job
To work within a team, nurses/operating department practitioners to achieve the safe recovery of patients post anaesthesia/ surgical intervention.
To work through the recovery competency framework and keep up to date with all essential/ mandatory training and complete rotations through all areas of recovery.
To establish excellent working relationships with all service users and actively encourage and promote joint working in the pursuit of continuous service improvement.
To be a role model and mentor to new learners, staff, student nurses and student operating department practitioners. Maintain 5-star patient care and adhere to trust 'ACE' behavioural standards
To work on behalf of the recovery team leads to co-ordinate the recovery area, to supervise delegation and review performance.

- Obtain visual acuity on adults and children using various vision testing charts

Are you an Applied Psychologist with an interest in maternal mental health and a drive to make a meaningful difference during pregnancy and beyond?
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate clinician to join our psychology-led Maternity Mental Health Service on a 12 month fixed-term/secondment contract, to deliver specialist care across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Our team supports people experiencing difficulties directly linked to the maternity journey. We pride ourselves on strong partnerships with maternity services and a shared commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed care.
You will provide specialist assessment and intervention, while contributing to service development, multidisciplinary working, and promoting psychological thinking within maternity pathways.
We are looking for someone with strong clinical expertise, able to work collaboratively using trauma-informed, formulation-driven approaches, and skilled in consultation, supervision, and training. Experience in perinatal or physical healthcare settings is desirable, however we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a strong interest in this field.
You will join a small, supportive team of colleagues where reflective practice, supervision, and staff wellbeing are prioritised, alongside opportunities for professional development. The service sits within a wider Perinatal network, with links to the University of Southampton and doctoral training programmes.
Regular regional travel is required.

*Support a psychologically informed framework of understanding and care within local maternity services.
*Assess and formulate the mental health needs of people experiencing difficulties directly linked to their maternity experience (including tokophobia, maternity trauma, antenatal anxiety and perinatal bereavement).
*Provide evidence-based psychological therapy, as outlined by the NICE Guidelines and Quality Standards Pathway for Antenatal and Postnatal Mental Health Care.

Job summary

The New Forest CMHT (East) team based in Totton, near Southampton has an exciting opportunity for a 24-month secondment, on a full-time basis for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner.

You will be responsible for care-coordinating a caseload of service users with complex long-term mental health problems who find it difficult to engage with services. You will have experience in assessing and formulating individual intervention plans and outcome measures for adults with complex mental health problems and have current knowledge of NHS policies and practices in mental health. You will work in a strengths-based and recovery-focused way to support service users to meet their mental health needs.
Main duties of the job
To work in collaboration with service users as experts in their own care, promoting the principles of recovery, choice and personalisation, which value and empower the service user. To use tools which promote user empowerment (e.g. WRAP). To be proactive in ensuring service users receive the range of interventions they need in line with their care plan and whether the team provides those interventions or if signposting is required. Job summary
You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the Neighbourhood Team. We are a multidisciplinary service consisting of Community Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, providing care and support to patients with health needs in their own homes across the local community.
This is a busy and varied role requiring a flexible, organised and motivated individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a calm and professional approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritise a varied workload while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
The role requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, an understanding of confidentiality, the Data Protection Act and NHS Code of Conduct. The post holder will liaise with patients, families, GPs,external agencies and other healthcare professionals, ensuring enquiries are managed efficiently and appropriately.
The post is part time, working 24 hours per week across a seven-day service, including Monday to Friday working, rotational weekend cover and late shifts (10am-6pm).

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
The Surgical Research Team works closely with the clinical service to deliver a range of commercial and non-commercial surgical studies This is a clinical patient facing post, which requires a dynamic individual who can work both individually and as part of a team. By identifying and supporting patients through their research participation the post holders will play a crucial role in the delivery of a broad portfolio of clinical trials.

Main duties of the job
The role
You will co-ordinate and monitor emergency planning work activities ensuring compliance with relevant current legislation, NHSE guidance, training against National Occupational Standards, health and safety, standards, codes of practice, organisation policies, and regulations.
You will work with operations teams across the Charity to ensure business continuity systems and plans are in place. This will include business impact analysis, business continuity plan development, assessment, and testing.
You will also support training for staff in aspects of Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR), business continuity and associated subjects supported by the Health and Safety Manager and Hospital Directors.

You will have a strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures and experience in operational roles including but not limited to clinical services, health and safety or estates and facilities.
