Here at Practice Plus Group, we have an excellent opportunity to join our team as aClinical Advisorand build on yourNursing or Paramedic experienceand continue to deliver outstanding patient care without the physical demandof acute work.
We offer competitive rates, equivalent to band 7 and band 8a. Typically, a Clinical Advisor could earn anywherebetween £51,400 to £56,140 working full time equivalent of 37.5 hours per week.
You`ll receive:
- Pay:£24.47 per hour(7am-11pm) and£27.83 per hour(11pm-7am), with further pay enhancements of£30.60 per hourwhen working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am. Please note that the weekend rate is guaranteed but it isnot contractual, it is just an incentive for working unsociable hours
- Any training hours will be paid at£24.47 per hour
- 25 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays.

Main duties of the job
- You will be required to speak with patients and providing them withtelephone triageusing the NHS Pathways systems.
- Use of yourclinical knowledgewill bekeyin order tomake decisionson the mostappropriate actionto take as well ashomecare adviceto callers.
- In 111 we get calls about anything and everything, henceno two-days will be the same.However, youwill receive a lot of support from the software systems as well as your team.
- We offer set shift patterns so you`ll always know when you`ll be working
- You will benefit from coaching, mentoring and development plans to support your career aspirations.
- It is essential that you attend training every day.
- You will undergo assessments and call audits throughout training. Passing these is essential to continue with the role. Failure to pass on your second attempt will result in no longer being able to continue with the role.
- After training, you will receive ongoing support to ensure youre ready to be signed off as a fully accredited Pathways Health Advisor.
What your typical day looks like
You`ll be trained on NHS Pathways systems, a recognisable licence that you`ll receive on completion of training.
Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday-Friday (9:30am-5pm) for 4 weeks + 1 additional day to complete internal training on LMS

Job summary
This is your opportunity to work in a busy and ever adapting Same Day Emergency Care department. We operate 7 days per week servicing patients within the Shropshire and Welsh borders. We provide same day services to patients that may otherwise have required admission to an acute hospital. We provide rapid assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of conditions including DVT, PE, Chest pain, Headaches and various other ailments. The role involves coordination of a busy unit with high turn over of patients, as well as effectively managing both Nursing and Medical Teams to ensure timely treatment and discharge of patients.
You will be an experienced RGN and be able to lead and supervise the work of the nursing team, building upon your own clinical and managerial experience. Sound clinical knowledge and experience in an acute setting is essential. The successful candidate must have a proven ability in supervising, managing and controlling the activities of a department in an efficient and effective manner.
You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have a proactive management style, anticipating and dealing with issues constructively within the multidisciplinary team setting. You must be flexible in your approach to the role and respond appropriately to the demands of an ever-changing workload.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the Ward Managers with the continuous improvement of the department, effectively monitoring and maintaining excellent standards of care that are reflected by patient experience.
This will involve the assessment and implementation of appropriate care for new and current patients whilst ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained and resources used appropriately.
Showing commitment and direction to the team as a whole you will actively participate in the teaching, training and supervision of all grades of staff. You will be required to be receptive to change, be dynamic and demonstrate active assistance and support to your more senior colleagues in the ongoing development of the department.

Job summary
We are offering an excitingopportunity for an experienced speech and language therapist to join our multi-disciplinary Stroke Rehabilitation Team for a 12 monthmaternity cover post.
We are a specialist multidisciplinary team which provides stroke rehabilitation to adults within Lewisham. The team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical Psychologist, Therapy Assistants all providing a goal focused rehabilitation service to patients in their own homes.
Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
The role of the deputy manager is to provide support and assistance to the ward manager in ensuring the effective management and running of the service.
