Main duties of the job
As part of the IT PMO Team you will work in collaboration with our project work streams, ICB and other Trust technical teams to support and deliver the Digital programme of work.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the overarching delivery of digital solutions. In addition, the post holder will need exceptional communication and negotiation skills to quickly develop good working relationships with the relevant teams, suppliers, third party suppliers, senior Trust staff and other key stakeholders.

Fully participate as a member of the PMO team in managing and co-ordinating a significant number of PMO activities and tasks
Responsible for the day to day management of individual projects / work streams and provide project management support to the Programme Director, Workstream Leads PMO;

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Service based in Taunton.
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate professional to provide high-quality, recovery-focused care to adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will manage a defined caseload, undertake assessments, develop therapeutic relationships and deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions to support individuals on their recovery journey.
This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with service users, carers, families and a wide range of partner agencies to deliver person-centred care and positive outcomes.
Main duties of the job
- Manage a defined caseload of individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties within the community.
- Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments using recovery-focused and strengths-based approaches.
- Develop, implement and review recovery care plans and risk management plans in partnership with service users and carers.
- Deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, partner organisations and community services to provide coordinated care.
- Assess and manage risk, ensuring timely escalation and appropriate intervention where required.
- Participate in the team's duty system and contribute to wider team functions and service delivery.

Our Reception/Admin (Care Co-Ordinator) team will offer general assistance to the clinical team who work within our PCN teams. Projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
The role will involve working closely with the PCN Pharmacy Team and other PCN Clinicians where required.
The job role will require excellent IT skills with all MS office, strong meeting notes dictation, analytical and strong organisation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels in a friendly and professional manner and demonstrate empathy and compassion to our patients.

Provide cover when required to our Enhanced Care team, Pharmacy team and Treatment Centre team. This will include managing the care home phone, actioning tasks, monitoring email inboxes, booking appointments, weight loss letters, S1 ledgers and rotas.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Ward Clerk to join the Neonatal Team at Wirral Women and Children's Hospital.
The Ward Clerk will work as part of a small team providing admin and clerical support for our Neonatal Unit.

This is a varied and rewarding role that involves supporting many aspects of General Practice (but not all at once dont worry!). Depending on your shift, your responsibilities may include:
Welcoming and assisting patients at the front desk
Answering incoming calls or contacting patients to offer appointments
Carrying out essential admin tasks such as registering new patients or supporting our screening programmes.

Main duties of the job
To offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Working as part of the Patient Services Team in a range of duties including answering the telephone, supporting the clinical team when triaging, responding to patient queries, providing face to face support for patients attending the Practices.
Receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way.
Register new patients and temporary patients, making sure all the relevant paperwork is completed, and new patient appointments are made.
The provision of clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the practice team.
Facilitate effective communication between patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care, and other associated Healthcare agencies.
A developmental role in nature and will evolve so the post holders will need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to working in a dynamic environment.

Our Senior Healthcare Support Workers (SHCSWs) form an essential and well-respected part of our healthcare teams and in this role youll be supporting patients in the community setting.
This could mean providing care to patients in their homes or in a care home setting. [JR1] That means for this role you must have a full UK drivers licence with access to your own vehicle (with appropriate business insurance) as you will be travelling between patients homes during your shift to care for them.

The team
Within Urgent Community Response, you will be travelling across a wide geographical area, primarily linked to an Exmouth Hospital base. You must demonstrate willingness and flexibility to work across multiple sites/localities as the need arises.
It is essential that you have a kind and caring nature, are patient and able to offer a friendly smile. You must feel comfortable working on your own supported by a team of professional colleagues.
Duties will include provision of personal care, clinical duties where delegated, monitoring the patients condition and working with health and social care professionals to ensure that patients are safe and well at home. You will need great interpersonal and communication skills and be able to connect with individuals with varying levels of understanding.
Successful candidates will have NVQ3 in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification/experience, and ideally have experience of working with older people in a community setting. You will also need to be competent with IT as electronic recording is an essential part of the role. You will be provided with a comprehensive induction programme including support to complete the National Care Certificate.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Practitioner Psychologist to join our Neurodevelopmental Pathway (Autism Assessment Service) specialist psychology service. The role will involve assessing children presenting with neurodevelopmental needs across all sectors of care within the Birmingham catchment area.
The post holder will be part of the multidisciplinary team in the Neurodevelopmental Hubs and liaise closely with colleagues in education.
They will also supervise and support the psychological assessments and therapy provided by other psychologists and others who provide psychologically based care and treatment.
They will support a culture of research and utilise research skills for audit, policy and service developments and propose and implement policy changes within the Service and the broader multidisciplinary team. They will also be highly visible and, accessible and a figure to whom staff, patients and their families, can turn to for assistance, advice and support.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Practitioner Psychologist to join our Neurodevelopmental Pathway (Autism Assessment Service) specialist psychology service. The role will involve assessing children presenting with neurodevelopmental needs across all sectors of care within the Birmingham catchment area.
The post holder will be part of the multidisciplinary team in the Neurodevelopmental Hubs and liaise closely with colleagues in education.
They will also supervise and support the psychological assessments and therapy provided by other psychologists and others who provide psychologically based care and treatment.
They will support a culture of research and utilise research skills for audit, policy and service developments and propose and implement policy changes within the Service and the broader multidisciplinary team. They will also be highly visible and, accessible and a figure to whom staff, patients and their families, can turn to for assistance, advice and support.

Our psychology department is well established and we are looking for committed and passionate psychologists who will work with us to develop and grow psychology department within the Children and Families Division in the same vein. The post holder will also be part of the professional network of Applied Psychologists working across Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, within our Learning Disabilities, Neuro Rehabilitation, Pain Management and Weight Management services.
Our psychologists work closely with colleagues within MDT to strive for care that is trauma informed, compassionate and formulation based. Birmingham is a diverse and multi-cultural community, we are mindful of the additional challenges that clients from marginalised communities may encounter when accessing our services. Our team is actively engaged in research projects and have strong links with Aston University and we are keen to facilitate opportunities for quality improvement projects.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and highly motivated, Registered Children's nurses to join our team at Ormskirk.
We are a Level 2 unit with 10 cots providing high quality family integrated care to babies and their families within the North West of England.
If you would like you to join our friendly, experienced neonatal team & help develop our vision for neonatal services in Ormskirk, you must be flexible, have good communication skills, be committed to providing excellent care and be RSCN/RM/RN Child Branch qualified with some experience of neonates.
As part of the role you will be given the chance to develop your management responsibilities, taking charge of daily activities on the Unit, utilising skills required for working in a diverse team and environment.
The post is rotational to night duty and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
Due to current service demands, we are only able to consider applicants who have relevant UK experience.
