Job summary
An exciting 12 months secondment opportunity, has arisen, to work as part of the Specialist Services Care group in the role of Quality and Safety Lead for Community CAMHS Services (Part Time 0.6 WTE)
Reporting directly to Clinical Services Manager, you will work as an integral part of the Care group, ensuring high quality care is provided to patients and their families, building on the "outstanding" work achieved so far.
The Quality and Safety lead role is the cornerstone of improving the quality of patient care. They do this through visible, inclusive leadership and engagement with patients and families, frontline staff and senior management teams.
Main duties of the job
The Quality and safety Lead will support the Clinical Services Manager and the wider team to deliver clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, high quality clinical care and consistent achievement of care standards. This will be in line with the nationally agreed 10 key responsibilities set out in the matrons handbook as below:

- Patient experience and reducing health inequalities

The post holder will deliver transformation of clinical services to best meet the needs of the population within the care group. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team the post holder will provide Quality Leadership to facilitate consistent best practice, this will include taking a key role in the future shaping and development of services.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, IT competency in Word, Excel and Outlook and a broad range of administrative experience. You will be part of a team of administrators providingadmin cover to our service users, clinicians and other health professionals.

Main duties of the job
The Team Administrator will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative support to Salford Achieve, The Orchard within the Addictions Service.
The post holder will provide an administrative function to the unit as outlined below:
To act as an initial point of contact dealing with telephone enquiries from external agencies, service users or their relatives and other members of staff in a professional and sensitive manner, communicating messages where necessary without delay to the appropriate individual.
To take responsibility for arranging appointments, recording essential information in a timely manner.
To input and maintain the Trust electronic record systems in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to Trust and network deadlines.
Take responsibility for ensuring PARIS records are kept up to date.
Ensure all service user information is available to clinical staff as required.
To be responsible for liaising with prison and probation services to ensure prescribing plans and other documents are uploaded for service user prescriptions when required.
Responsibility for inputting NDTMS data for the service.
To order goods as requested by the multi-disciplinary team in line with the Trust Standing Financial Instructions and to manage a small amount of petty cash.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Achieve We're looking for a person with lived experience of drug/alcohol problems (either personally or through a loved one) to join the Peer Support Network working with and for the people of Salford to improve recovery options and wellbeing. The project works to bring Salford's recovery community together and help more people sustain recovery by raising awareness of services and support.
You will use your organisational, communication and people skills to support on a range of project work streams, which may include planning and running events, contributing to online and offline content, promoting the network to individuals and groups, and helping to point people in the right direction when they need support.
Using your lived experience, understanding of recovery models and knowledge of Salford as a place as a current or former resident, you will play a key role in promoting a healthy, happy, visible form of recovery that feels accessible and achievable for all residents of the town.

Main duties of the job
This role is for people who have lived experience of substance use (drugs/alcohol) either personally or through a loved one. The aim of the role is to enable the engagement of others who may benefit from enhanced community involvement and support networks, increasing visible 'recovery' and reducing stigma.
The Community Engagement Worker will act as an advocate, agreeing goals with the networks and people of Salford. They will provide ongoing practical support related to the project.
Using wisdom from your own experiences, you will inspire hope and belief that living well is possible in others. You will use your skills to support new initiatives including
- Support and promote recovery from drug/alcohol use as achievable
- Co-ordinate plans with Salford peers to promote positive change
- Emphasise hope and optimism in engagement methods, using techniques such as motivational interviewing and rapport building.
- Work with local community resources and services to obtain optimum outcome for the project
- Focus on strengths rather than deficits, using an asset based approach
- Maintain accurate records to monitor delivery and improvement
- Support peer led, autonomous decision making with respect for difference and diversit

The Emergency Response Coordinator is responsible for providing senior clinical leadership and advice within the Emergency Response Service which is a service offering a crisis response to patients 24/7. As a specialist practitioner the role entails the post holder to provide clinical leadership and day to day coordination of clinical practice to support the effective delivery of care across the Crisis Network.
As a coordinator for the team, there will be a need for the post holder to work flexibly in supporting the safe running of the service, providing supervision for lower banded members of the team, with an expectation that they will be involved in face to face and telephone assessments.
There will be a need to work closely with other services such as police, ambulance and the local authority and other local partnership agencies to ensure the effectiveness of outcomes following crisis assessment. As part of your role, you will ensure best quality therapy for residents in both care homes and enhanced assessment beds, delivering effective treatment and rehabilitation. You will support the Team Lead Occupational Therapist's in establishing and developing pathways and services provided to those in enhanced assessment beds and care homes. This will support delivery of specialist assessment, rehabilitation and discharge planning. You will work as part of an established multidisciplinary including Physiotherapist's, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Support Worker's, ACP's, Nurses, and Speech and Language Therapist's to meet the complex needs of our patients. This role is to provide an efficient and effective account management service to end users, including processing of access applications, and troubleshooting access related issues.

You will provide occupational therapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for adults with stroke and a range of neurological conditions across community, clinic and home-based settings throughout Warrington and Halton. Working as part of the multidisciplinary Community Neurosciences Team, you will manage a delegated caseload whilst developing specialist skills in neurological rehabilitation with support from experienced Band 6 and Band 7 Occupational Therapists.
You will undertake holistic assessment, goal setting, treatment planning and discharge planning, delivering person-centred rehabilitation to support functional independence, participation and quality of life. The role involves working closely with patients, carers, therapy assistants, health and social care professionals and partner agencies to coordinate care and achieve meaningful outcomes.
You will contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, undertake risk assessment, utilise outcome measures to evaluate progress, maintain accurate clinical records and participate in audit, service evaluation and quality improvement activities. The successful candidate will primarily support the Warrington Community Neurosciences Team but may be required to work across both Warrington and Halton services in response to service needs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist to join our team in the Immunology Department of our ISO15189:2022 accredited laboratory at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust. We provide diagnostic and monitoring services to patients across a wide geographical area and support our acute services across both the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole General Hospital within the Trust.

The successful applicant will:

A fantastic area to learn how to nurse medical patients, newly qualified nurses will be supported through their preceptorship period by both their mentor, ward staff and the Practice Development nurse.

Job summary
Join our Occupational Therapy team and take a leading role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation to patients with a range of complex and multiple conditions.
As Occupational Therapy Team Lead, you will work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team on a general rehabilitation ward, providing highly specialised assessment, treatment and expert clinical advice. You will support patients to maximise their independence, achieve their rehabilitation goals and make progress towards the best possible outcomes.
You will also work closely with the OT Lead to develop the service and strengthen integrated working with health and social care partners.
This is an opportunity to use your specialist clinical expertise, support the development of colleagues and contribute to the delivery of evidence-based, person-centred care across Hertfordshire.
You will provide a specialist occupational therapy resource for colleagues across the service, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support high standards of practice.

Main duties of the job
As Occupational Therapy Team Lead, you will:

Work as an active member of the multidisciplinary inpatient rehabilitation team, supporting patients with multiple and complex conditions.

Provide highly specialised occupational therapy assessment and treatment, using evidence-based approaches to support individual rehabilitation goals.

Provide expert occupational therapy advice, guidance and information to health and social care professionals, carers, relatives and other relevant individuals.

Act as a specialist clinical resource for Occupational Therapy colleagues and other healthcare professionals across Hertfordshire.

Support the OT Lead with service development and initiatives that strengthen integrated working with partner organisations.

Share specialist knowledge and contribute to the development of occupational therapy practice across the service.

Promote person-centred care and collaborative working to support safe, effective and high-quality rehabilitation.

Contribute to a positive learning environment, supporting colleagues to develop their clinical knowledge and skills.
