The Communications Manager will play a key leadership role in supporting the Health Board's ambition to shift from a service focused on treating illness, to one focused on preventing ill health, or worsening of ill-health.
You will lead and inspire a communications team delivering proactive and integrated communication campaigns on a variety of health issues. Working with senior leaders,cliniciansand partners, you willprovidestrategic communications advice and ensure clear,timelyand effective engagement with staff, stakeholders, the public and the media.
The role also involves managing complex and high-profile communications situations, wherestrongcommunicationis critical. This could range from managing and responding tomajorincidents, supporting service changes programmes, managing reputationalissuesor helping communities understand and engage with important healthcare developments.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious communication professional who wants to make a difference through theirwork and contribute to improved health and well-beingof our communities.
The post holder will support and deputise for the Head of Communications and will be the senior communications professional in the team.
They will take the organisation's wider strategy for how it approaches communications and engagement and then strategically plan the corporate communication functions response to this in order to deliver excellent internal, external and digital communications.
The post holder will take lead responsibility for operationally managing all corporate communications, ensuring it is legally sound and delivers on our commitments to open communication and supporting the organisation to achieve its business objectives and live its values.
The post holder will identify and maximise opportunities for improving the effectiveness of corporate communications activity on behalf of the organisation.

About us
Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
We have over 13,000 staff and together we provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services.
We work in partnership with the three local authorities, as well as public, private and third sector colleagues, including our valued team of volunteers.

Job summary
This is a new Band 6 Electrical Support Officer post within the Capital Estates team, supporting the delivery of electrical engineering functions across University Hospitals Dorset. The post holder will provide technical support for maintenance, small works, electrical audits, low voltage authorised person duties, contractor control, and the review of specifications and drawings for minor capital projects. The role will also support electrical safety, statutory compliance and the safe operation of the Trust's electrical infrastructure. HDFT are looking for an exceptional Operational Director (OD) to develop and lead our Planned Surgical and Children's Directorate at HDFT.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Paramedic to join our PCN based in Glossop for 30 hours a week.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the North Staffordshire arm (Newcastle and Leek) of the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Talking Therapies Service. This Service is a partnership between North Staffs Combined Health Care, the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust and third sector providers and is an innovative high performing talking therapies team providing effective treatments for a broad range of common mental health problems in primary care.
We are looking to recruit several trainee CBT Therapists.
To apply you should have experience working in a mental health setting and ideally hold a core mental health professional qualification. If successful, you will be funded to work as a trainee CBT Therapist within the North Staffordshire NHS Talking Therapies Service and will be required to study on the 12 month Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT at Keele University (starting January 2027) spending 3 days a week clinically and 2 days a week at University.
Shortlisted applicants must be available to attend academic screening mid September. Those passing academic screening will then be offered interviews with the locality team.
Band 7 posts as CBT Therapists will be offered to those passing the PGD with no performance concerns at the end of training.
As far as possible these posts will be accommodated in the clinical placement service, though subject to vacancies and service need may be within another Talking Therapies team within North or South Staffs.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Stoke on Trent NHS Talking Therapies Service. The Service is a partnership between North Staffs Combined Health Care, the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust and third sector providers and is an innovative high performing Talking Therapies team providing effective treatments for a broad range of mental health problems in primary care, focusing on anxiety disorders and depression.
We are looking to recruit several trainee CBT Therapists. The successful applicants should have 1-2 years' experience working in a mental health setting and ideally hold a core mental health professional qualification. Applicants will be supported to apply for the Post Graduate Diploma in CBT via Keele University for the January 2027 intake.
Shortlisted applicants must be available to attend academic screening mid September. Those passing academic screening will then be offered interviews with the locality team.
If successful, applicants will be funded to work as trainee CBT Therapists within the Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire NHS Talking Therapies Service.
Band 7 posts as CBT Therapists will be offered to those passing the PGD with no performance concerns at the end of training. As far as possible these posts will be accommodated in the clinical placement service, though subject to vacancies and service need may be within another Talking Therapies team within North or South Staffs.

Building Attachment & Bonds Service (BABS) are looking to recruit an experienced Specialist Clinical Psychologists
The service sits within the Mersey Care Community Care Division but is hosted in the community in Family Hubs and Children Centres.
The post will involve providing specialist therapeutic parent-infant mental health support to vulnerable families in the antenatal/postnatal period.
The main focus of the BABS work is supporting parents and infants to build secure bonds and attachment relationships, and good parent infant mental health. Main duties of the job

Job summary

Main duties of the job
The Principal Duties of the job are as follows:
- To prepare food and beverages in accordance with Health Board policy, procedures and legislative requirements;

- To serve beverages at ward level in accordance with patient requests;
- To serve staff and customers in the dining room providing a professional and polite service;
- To operate the cash register accurately;

As a Reablement Service Practitioner, you'll be working across all disciplines within the Reablement service including occupational therapy and the community response team (CRT). The current working hours for this position are a mix of day shifts 08:30 - 17:00 and evening shifts 13:00 - 21:00 on a 7-week rolling rota. Main duties of the job
- Alongside a multi-disciplinary team of Health and Social Care professionals, you'll triage referrals, complete holistic assessments of need and plan supportive interventions.

We are a well-established, popular and friendly practice at the heart of the local community in Hendon, London NW4 and are seeking a Practice Nurse to join our forward-thinking team
We are a training and teaching practice on a single site that is practice-owned and have 12,000 patients with a full range of clinical and non-clinical team members. We offer flexible working hours and are seeking someone who can work up to 3 days a week. Experiences in diabetes management is desirable and would be considered an advantage.
You will be working alongside our fantastic nursing team which consists currently of two practice nurses and two HCAs.

The Adult Community Nursing service Single Point of Access (SPA) team is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join its Clinical Assessment Team (CAT). This post is ideal for nurses who are enthusiastic, responsible and committed to the highest standard of care.

Main duties of the job
The post provides an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of clinical skills and experience across community rehabilitation services

As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Rehabilitation Assistants and other healthcare professionals

You will be responsible for delivering and facilitating rehabilitation programmes, undertaking assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. Working in partnership with patients, carers and families, you will use strengths-based approaches to promote choice, involvement and independence
The role will support you to develop your clinical reasoning, organisational & communication skills while gaining experience in discharge planning, rehabilitation, falls management, and long-term condition management within a community setting

Job summary
An exciting opportunity to join the senior nursing team on ward 32/CCU has become available.
Candidates will be expected to have at least two years band 5 experience with recent Cardiology/CCU and cardiac day ward experience to enable you to lead the team day to day and during an emergency.
Candidates will need to have completed ILS training or be booked in to complete it.
You should be a calm and approachable nurse who is wanting to develop their leadership skills. You will be expected to assist in managing the team and ensuring that our patients receive an excellent standard of care and to respond from feedback.
You will receive training appropriate to your role and will be supported throughout the secondment.
Main duties of the job
Designated to take regular charge of the ward/department in the absence of the Ward/Departmental Manager? Ensure appropriate use of financial and other resources supporting the ward manager in maintaining a balanced budget? Act as an expert practitioner within the appropriate speciality, participating in direct patient care and demonstrating an advanced level of practice and knowledge? Ensure the effective and timely admission and discharge of patients? Assist in creating a therapeutic environment which meets the needs of patients, relatives and carers? Assist in promoting a critical, analytical approach to the delivery of care and implementing changes to improve systems? Participate in audits and implement change, based on audited outcomes? Act as a preceptor and mentor to junior staff? Lead the team in the absence of the Ward or Department Manager? Participate in the recruitment, selection and appraisals of junior staff?
