Main duties of the job
This is a community-based role that may require frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.
To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and clinical management of a defined caseload within the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CFT) Mental Health Service.
To carry continuing responsibility for the development, implementation and evaluation of programs of care, utilising the care co-ordination system.
- To develop the interface between primary and secondary care services so the patients/carers are offered focused and co-ordinated packages of care that are appropriate to their needs.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Programme Manager to lead on a diverse range of programmes across CTMUHB which underpin the organisations strategic objectives.
Working within the Transformation Team the Programme Manager will lead the implementation and delivery of a number of high-profile programmes and workstreams. Here at MSE, we are committed to providing a supportive environment for the development of Occupational Therapists. Our Southend Hospital department operates an integrated therapy service, where Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists work alongside each other in a variety of the clinical areas. The culture of multi-disciplinary working is well established and respected within the hospital.
We are currently looking for a dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our band 6 inpatient rotations initially working across the elderly / frailty service. This position offers the opportunity to develop clinically and managerially in a fast paced environment working within our established Inpatient Therapy Team.
Our Inpatient Therapy Team is led by our Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist with the support of Band 7 Team Leaders who are highly experienced in their fields. We have regular Occupational therapy team meetings and actively encourage CPD.
In return we offer training and clinical development opportunities with a comprehensive in-service training program and regular clinical supervision. We also provide additional support in order for staff to attend recognised courses within the area of the post to support staff development. The Therapy Team is also committed to supporting the development of leadership skills at Band 6 encouraging staff to attend relevant courses provided by the Trust.
Main duties of the job
The post is part of our Inpatient Team which offers the opportunity to work across a variety of inpatient areas commencing on the elderly / frailty wards.
The role involves the rapid assessment and management of patients presenting to the hospital to facilitate safe discharge as soon as possible with the provision of any necessary equipment and care recommendations.
You will demonstrate an ability to be flexible and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for day to day management of the service delivery and manage a complex caseload with support from your band 7 team lead. You will gain experience in supervising staff and become an accredited practice placement educator.
You will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to engage others, with a proactive approach to service development. You will also demonstrate a strong commitment to a person centred approach in line with the Trust Values and Behaviours.
Together with the team leaders in our in-patient specialities, you will by supported the Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead and the Therapies Manager in the strategic and operational planning for the department.

Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse, Patient Emergency Response and Resuscitation Team @ Queen Square (PERRT@QS)
PERRT@QS (formerly known as the Critical Care Outreach Team at NHNN) is affiliated with the Patient Emergency Response and Resuscitation Team (PERRT) within the wider UCLH Trust; it is a multi-disciplinary team of experienced critical care practitioners that assist in the care of patients who are acutely unwell or who are deteriorating.
This is achieved by supporting, educating and working with ward staff and the multidisciplinary team; optimising the quality and appropriateness of critically ill patients' treatment, care and experience. The team also provides a trust-wide resuscitation service providing a clinical response to cardiac arrest calls and deteriorating patients, contributing to the delivery of specialised resuscitation training and risk management to a variety of acute and specialist hospitals sites in the centre of London.
Main duties of the job
In conjunction with the band 7s and 8a in PERRT@QS, the Deputy Charge Nurse / Sister will assist in the development of the PERRT@QS (and wider PERRT) service and patient safety by:
o Working at an enhanced level / towards an advanced level across the Four Pillars of Advanced Practice.
o Provision of an expert critical care nursing response to deteriorating and at-risk patients outside of Critical Care 24 hour per day, 7 days per week.
o Supporting patients who step down from Critical Care to the wards.
o Supporting of initiatives to improve recognition and response to deteriorating and at-risk patients.
o Assisting in delivering training programmes in emergency response and resuscitation practices to clinical staff of all grades and specialities.
o Responding as a clinical member of the emergency response / resuscitation teams and whilst attending clinical emergency calls across the Trust, providing expertise to the cardiac arrest team to ensure evidenced based practice is provided and where necessary provide leadership to ensure the best patient outcome.
o Ensuring all clinical areas have access to resuscitation equipment (appropriate to area) and consumables across the Trust.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist to join our friendly community team. We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 7 Clinical Psychologist to join our Adult Mental Health Crisis and Inpatient Teams on a 6-month fixed-term contract (0.8 WTE).
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a psychologically led service, supporting adults with trauma, severe mental health difficulties, and complex needs. The role involves providing specialist psychological assessment and intervention across inpatient wards and the crisis pathway, alongside delivering stabilisation work, group interventions, reflective practice, and team formulations.
You will work closely with Practitioner and Assistant Psychologists, with support and supervision from senior psychology colleagues. The post also offers opportunities to contribute to service development, quality improvement, teaching, and evaluation projects.
We are ideally looking for someone who is able to commence the role as soon as possible.

Nightingale House Hospice provides specialist palliative care, free of charge, for patients and families across Wrexham, Flintshire, East Denbighshire, Barmouth and the border towns, including Oswestry and Whitchurch. We are looking for an experienced Spiritual Care Coordinator to join our Family Support Team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide compassionate, inclusive spiritual care for patients, those close to them, staff and volunteers, while helping to embed spiritual support as an integral part of holistic palliative care.
Main duties of the job
Provide excellent spiritual care across the organisation for patients, those close to them, staff and volunteers in a variety of settings across the Nightingale House Hospice catchment area.
Work alongside the clinical multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based holistic palliative care.
Help devise and implement strategies that develop Nightingale Houses spiritual support services within palliative care provision and contribute to the growth of the wider team.
Supervise and support Spiritual Care Volunteers to ensure a consistent standard of care across all hospice services.

Job summary
We are seeking applications for the role of the Lead Designated Nurse for Safeguarding in Black Country ICB.
The postholder will be responsible for strategic and operational management of the ICB designated safeguarding functions and ensuringthe ICB fulfils all statutory safeguarding duties. As such they will be knowledgeable and able to demonstrate considerable experience in all aspects of safeguarding relating to adults and children.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy talking therapies service as a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and contribute to the provision of a stepped-care service for psychological problems.
The post is based at St Leonard's Hospital in Hoxton.Full-time staff are expected to work on-site two days per week and work remotely three days per week.
City and Hackney Talking Therapies is a well-established service with a commitment to quality and service innovation. You will be joining a team of 40 PWP's, Trainee and Senior PWP's and 40 High Intensity Therapists with ready access to specialist supervision. We also have good links with regional clinical/counselling psychology training courses and substantial in-service training programmes.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for delivery of a range of psychological assessment and low-intensity interventions for our clients living in the Borough's of City & Hackney. These include: one to one protocol based treatments of common mental health problems, guided self-help, online CBT programs and psycho-educational group workshops.
We have a well-established long term conditions team of PWP and HI Therapists with opportunities for further training in this area, and a dedicated frontline staff pathway for frontline staff impacted by the current pandemic. Staff are actively encouraged to engage with outreach work within the community and with service - related research.
The service has a strong focus on staff wellbeing within the context of talking therapies service provision, with opportunities for continued professional development.
Candidates must have (or be working towards) a PG Certificate in Evidence-Based Psychological Treatment for adults or equivalent.

Manage programme projects from point of concept through to delivery including analysis of highly complex systems, contractor proposal reviews and arranging complex shutdowns of clinical systems through negotiation.
Manage contractors on site including site induction and day to day liaisons/ planning.
Training and research responsibilities
- To undertake research in all aspects of the programme delivery strategy to ensure the programme moves towards a best-in-class delivery against National targets.
- To promote behavioural change to improve the overall Trust sustainability performance
