The Learning Disabilities Care Hub as part of the Specialist Network within Pennine Care NHS Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Trust are recruiting for Cambeck Close short breaks .
An exciting opportunity has arisen to come and join our team supporting Children & Adults with a Learning Disability with or without Autism who are accessing short breaks provision. We require 4 senior support workers who will provide care and support to service users, their families and carer's with post holders having a good level of effective communication skills. You will routinely interact with service users, their families and carer's and a wide range of professionals from across the Bury area.
We are looking for individuals to join our new service who have excellent interpersonal skills the post holders will also provide supervisory support to the other Support Workers and will interlink with the Unit Manager, Administrator and other professionals working within the service.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within the Cambeck close service within the borough of Bury and may at times work across the footprint of Pennine Care.The Senior Support Worker will be a role model to others through demonstrating excellent support to those in our care and will work collaboratively with the service Manager to support and manage the service effectively. You will contribute to the ongoing assessment, providing and monitoring care in line with the pathways and as agreed with supervising clinician(s). The Senior Support Worker will have a breadth of knowledge in providing holistic and person-centered care and support for people with a learning disability and be responsible for ensuring high quality care applying a model of care through collaborative management and includes supervision of other support workers. The Senior Support Worker will be responsible for ensuring all relevant standards and plans are maintained during shifts. The post holder will be equipped with the relevant skills, attitudes and behaviors and will act in accordance with all relevant standards of practice.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Principal Clinical Scientist in Nuclear Medicine Physics to join our dynamic team in Radiation Physics. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in nuclear medicine and molecular radiotherapy to support routine radionuclide imaging and non-imaging, and our busy molecular radiotherapy service.
The successful candidate will be an HCPC registered clinical scientist and a certificated MPE (Medical Physics Expert) with relevant experience. An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a part time Ward Administrator/Receptionist based at The Landermere Centre, Clacton on Sea. This vacancy is for an initial 6 months with a view to extending.
We are looking for someone with the ability and confidence to use their own initiative and prioritise tasks. The post holder must possess excellent communication skills and relevant administrative experience, must be flexible and have attention to detail.
The role will involve providing support to our clinical colleagues with administrative tasks by providing front line support both face to face and over the telephone. The hours required are Thursday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm. We will offer you support, supervision, training and the opportunity for personal development. Please note that training may take place on days outside of those listed in the vacancy.
You will also need to be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be given full training on the various systems that we use.
We are looking for someone with a positive and compassionate approach to supporting patient care. The role will also include telephone calls and face to face contact with our patients and due to the nature of the services we carry out administrative support for, these can sometimes be distressing.

Main duties of the job
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Band Specialist Podiatrist to join our Bank team on a temporary basis, working across Harrow or Brent. This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialist podiatric biomechanics and musculoskeletal (MSK) care within a supportive community service while enjoying the flexibility of bank work.
As the clinical specialist for biomechanics, you will provide expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients with biomechanical, MSK and neuromuscular conditions across community clinics and local acute hospital sites. You will play a key role in developing evidence-based treatment plans and delivering highly specialised clinical advice to colleagues across multidisciplinary teams.
You will also act as a clinical leader, supporting and educating podiatry colleagues and junior staff in biomechanical assessment, MSK interventions and best practice. In addition, you will provide education and training to other health and social care professionals, as well as patients, promoting the importance of foot function in preventing and managing MSK injury, dysfunction and disease.

The core aspect of the role will be to facilitate Simulation Based Education (SBE) Programmes for Residents in the Foundation and IMT programmes as well as assisting the wider Simulation Faculty with improving patient care and experience through training a wide variety of healthcare professionals.

Main duties of the job
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. Youll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. We are looking for an Estates Operations Officer (Mechanical) to join the Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd estates team to manage key mechanical disciplines for the operational estates service provided to Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and external clients. Main duties of the job
We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified Band 6 Specialist Biomedical Scientist to join the Clinical Blood Sciences team. The successful candidate will work primarily within Automated Biochemistry, with opportunities to work across other specialist areas of Clinical Biochemistry following appropriate training and competency assessment.
The successful candidate will play an important role throughout the analytical pathway, including sample processing, operation and maintenance of complex automated laboratory equipment, quality control, calibration, troubleshooting, analysis, validation and authorisation of patient results.
You will be expected to demonstrate sound scientific and technical knowledge, recognise and investigate analytical problems, take appropriate corrective action and escalate issues when necessary. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be closely assisted and supported by the Key Lead Professionals within the Multi-Disciplinary Team [MDT] and led by the MDT discussions, they will ensure the patient has an excellent hospital experience throughout their journey until discharge.
