Working within the Clinical Assessment Service and alongside NHS 111 and Out of Hours teams, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will work autonomously within your scope of practice while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to patient outcomes by providing timely clinical advice, prescribing where appropriate and supporting colleagues across urgent care services. Your expertise will help maintain safe, effective and responsive services for patients of all ages. You will also support service quality, clinical governance and the development of innovative models of care, helping Practice Plus IUC deliver outstanding patient-centred services. This is a fully remote role with an opportunity to support every part of our service as a specialist clinician to assist with the changing demand across the UK. Main duties of the job
Deliver advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, advice and treatment planning through telephone, video and online consultations. Manage patients requiring enhanced clinical assessment and make timely decisions regarding referral, treatment, self-care or discharge. Prescribe safely within your scope of practice and agreed prescribing frameworks. Assess a wide range of adult and paediatric presentations, including complex and undifferentiated cases. Provide clinical support and specialist advice to multidisciplinary colleagues across NHS 111, Out of Hours and Clinical Assessment Service teams. Support validation of urgent dispositions and direct patients to the most appropriate services for their needs. Manage prescription requests and contribute to efficient patient care pathways using electronic prescribing systems. Maintain accurate clinical records, follow policies and protocols, and actively contribute to clinical governance activities. Participate in training, supervision, appraisal and continuous professional development activities.
About us
Current NMC or HCPC registration and MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent qualification V300 (or equivalent) non-medical prescribing qualification. Extensive experience of telephone-based clinical assessment and triage. Strong primary care experience, including consultation, triage and holistic patient assessment. Confidence assessing, treating and safely managing patients of all ages, including young children. Excellent communication, listening and record-keeping skills with a patient-focused approach. Ability to work autonomously, manage pressure effectively and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to professional standards, continuous learning and delivering high-quality patient care.

This position is part of an expanding team with an opportunity to help shape the future service provision.
You will benefit from working alongside Specialist Dietitians with expertise in a range of specialities while providing care for vascular, urology, and elderly patients. You will also gain experience in supporting food policy initiatives, promoting MUST screening and service development.
Main duties of the job
- Manage a designated caseload of patients who may have divers and complex dietetic needs.
- Develop individualised holistic care plans which addresses nutritional status, weight, recommended dietary modifications, lifestyle factors, behaviour change, education, physical activity and where appropriate condition management.
- Support patient care through implementation of dietetic care pathways.
- Act as source of expertise in nutrition for medical staff, nursing staff and other healthcare professional.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals within and outside the Trust

The Pharmacy Department at Barts Health is one of the largest in the country and covers a population of 2.5 million. We provide clinical pharmacy and medicines optimisation services from our five hospital sites across the City of London, East and Northeast London.
An opportunity has arisen to join our team in the Medicines Procurement and Distribution Department as a Senior Pharmacy Assistant (SATO)
Main duties of the job
The post holder will assist in the supply of medicinal items in the Medicines Distribution Unit (MDU) to all wards and departments across Barts Health. The role will also include supporting procurement activities, receipt of stock from suppliers, and maintaining stock control systems including the Pharmacy Robot. In addition, the post holder will supervise the ATOs and rotational staff working in MDU.
Candidates must possess a minimum functional skills qualification in English and maths and a Level 2 in Pharmacy services. Experience of supervising a team and of working in a healthcare environment would be desirable but not essential as training would be provided. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, flexible, adaptable, and organised.

Working with clinicians, operational managers and subject matter experts, they analyse service needs, define best practice workflows and support system optimisation aligned with Trust strategic objectives.
They develop and support analysts, collaborate across integrated EHR teams, and contribute to upgrades, testing and safe deployment of new functionality. The role includes resolving incidents, providing specialist end user support, and maintaining strong relationships with departmental leads to ensure effective, clinically aligned system use.
It is a requirement that candidates hold Epic certification or accreditation, ideally but not necessarily within the applications we are recruiting into. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Epic-certified/accredited professional with a keen interest in digital healthcare. The successful candidates will join an experienced and diverse team of analysts who support UCLH's Epic EHR and our wider digital partnerships. Our current opportunity is in our team supporting ED, inpatients, Theatres and Maternity with expertise across the following modules; Orders, Stork, OpTime/ Anaesthesia, Clin Doc, and ASAP.Patients are at the centre of everything we do. Epic helps us deliver safer, more efficient and patient-centred care by giving staff and patients access to the right information, in the right place, at the right time. Our team also supports the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) and will play an important role in future Epic Connect partnerships.
Main duties of the job
The post holder leads the design, configuration, build and testing of their application module, ensuring delivery against governance, quality standards and project plans. Working with clinicians, operational managers and subject matter experts, they analyse service needs, define best practice workflows and support system optimisation aligned with Trust strategic objectives.
They develop and support analysts, collaborate across integrated EHR teams, and contribute to upgrades, testing and safe deployment of new functionality. The role includes resolving incidents, providing specialist end user support, and maintaining strong relationships with departmental leads to ensure effective, clinically aligned system use.
It is a requirement that candidates hold Epic certification or accreditation, ideally but not necessarily within the applications we are recruiting into. If you do not have certification/ accreditation within the relevant application, you will be required to undertake a period of training to obtain this. You will be fully supported by your manager and team throughout this process.
You should have a good understanding of NHS services, experience in configuring Epic, & have enthusiasm to improve services through digital technology.

Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership, and development of a multi-disciplinary adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The team is integrated, flexible, user-focussed, and recovery-orientated to deliver a safe, effective, and high-quality service to service users with mental health needs, to ensure delivery of the relevant clinical pathways (functional ) as outlined within the CMHT standard operational procedure.
Participation as a member of the Community Services Management Team in the overall management of community based secondary mental health services.

Main duties of the job

You will provide evidence-based treatment planning, undertake ongoing audit of care and service delivery, underpinned by research and evidence-based practice.

Job summary
We are seeking an additional service manager to join our hospital at home operational leadership team. We are a dynamic and progressive team known for our innovative approach and can-do attitude, managing the following key services: Virtual Wards, IV at Home, Urgent Wrap Around Care and Call Before Convey (CB4C).
Our Urgent Wrap Around Care service delivers enhanced at-home support and interventions for acutely unwell patients, helping to prevent hospital admissions. Meanwhile, Virtual Ward and IV at Home provides an alternative to hospital stays, allowing patients who are unwell to be managed safely at home. CB4C provides advice, guidance and clinical intervention to avoid patient conveyance to hospital used widely by the ambulance service.
The successful candidate will join the team proactively managing the day-to-day running of these services to ensure effective, safe and efficient delivery including delivery of KPIs. You will overseeing staff and manage clinical capacity to meet the needs of patients. You will work closely with the Clinical Leadership Team, as well as other service providers, making sure that appropriate support is made available to patients. You will manage our team of Service Coordinators, providing support, guidance & regular supervision.
The postholder will work with a diverse range of people from different cultural & social backgrounds. The ability to work confidently and effectively in a varied, and sometimes challenging.
You will work on a 7 day rota.
Main duties of the job
- Manage the operational delivery of our hospital at home services, ensuring provision of high quality, safe and effective patient care.
- Manage staff rotas, visiting lists, service capacity and clinical workload giving consideration to adequate cover and clinical skill mix.
- Support with providing data needed to demonstrate service performance.

The role of the Housekeeper is to work within the Trust Facilities Management structure to ensure that the housekeeping service supports clinical colleagues. Key areas of responsibility; to ensure the environment is cleaned to National standards. Deliver meal/beverage service, Bed making, cleaning medical/hard equipment. Manage linen quality and report Maintenance issues.
Main duties of the job
Critical to the success of the role shall be the provision of a service that is safe, efficient and which delivers a quality environment in a timely manner that promotes the health and well-being of the service users and which is in line with the Dept. of Health, CQC, PLACE & NHS standards including the Hygiene Code & new government standards relating to food, hydration and better hospital food etc., throughout the whole organisation.
The housekeeper will enhance the patient's experience by ensuring that the clinical environment is presented and maintained in a way which maximises the patient's sense of comfort, safety, and well-being.
