Acting as a key point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon, and concerns or complaints are escalated.

Main duties of the job
- To maintain patient safety, in collaboration with patients, carers and other team members

Main duties of the job
As an Advanced MRI Radiographer, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality diagnostic service across our modern MRI facilities - including two Siemens 1.5T scanners at the main hospital site and a GE 1.5T Voyager at our Community Diagnostic Centre. With a new state-of-the-art Imaging Scanning Centre opening in 2026, this is an exciting time to be part of our growing service.
You'll carry out a wide range of MRI examinations, including neuro, musculoskeletal, angiography, and dynamic studies, while ensuring the highest clinical standards and excellent patient care. The role also includes participation in the on-call rota for spinal emergencies.

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive and highly organised PALS Officer to join our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) team at DBTH In this rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, carers and members of the public who wish to raise concerns, seek information or provide feedback about Trust services.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly forming psychology team developed for the North West Spinal Injuries Centre. You will work clinically with spinal injuries patients in line with national spinal standards, onto the inpatient ward, have opportunity to support outreach work, outpatients and work with spinal MDT colleagues to increase the psychological mindedness of the whole service. You will be part of a broader network of multi-specialist Psychologists across MWL who pride themselves on being high quality and dynamic.

- To provide a highly specialist clinical psychology service to inpatients within the NWSIC, across the acute and rehabilitation wards with some outreach where clinically indicated

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Respiratory Physiology department at St. Bartholomew's Hospital on a Full time basis. We are seeking to recruit a Trainee Respiratory Physiologist to join our expanding team.This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Respiratory Physiologist to become part of an innovative service at Barts Health NHS Trust. The post holder will be based at St Bartholomew's hospital, but may be required to do some work at the satellite laboratory at the Royal London Hospital and Mile End Hospital. We have a fully functioning, modern lung function laboratory providing all the usual tests including spirometry, transfer factor, lung volumes (body box), ear-lobe capillary blood gases and cardio-pulmonary exercise tests. For our specialist asthma and allergy service, we perform histamine challenges and skin prick testing lung clearance index (LCI) testing and Impulse Oscilometry (IOS). For our tertiary Sleep and Ventilation patients, we perform inpatient and outpatient sleep studies including multi-channel polygraphy and overnight oximetry. We also have the ability to do Hypoxic Challenge tests and shunt testing. We hope to develop the Sleep service to provide nocturnal capnography and full polysomnography in the future.
Main duties of the job
The post holder would have a science degree (Bsc) or equivalent in a relevant field. Training and clinical experience within the NHS is also desirable. Completion of, or working towards ARTP qualifications or an enthusiasm to undertake these are desirable. However, it is not expected that applicants be competent in the testing outlined above. Our established team comprises 1 WTE Band 7 Occupational Therapist, 3 WTE Band 6 Occupational Therapists, 1 WTE rotational Band 5 Physiotherapist, and 1 WTE Band 4 Therapy Assistant. Main duties of the job
In this role, you will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice for patients with a wide range of upper limb conditions, including traumatic and soft tissue injuries, degenerative conditions, nerve injuries, and complex scar management. You will work closely with our Plastic Surgery team, supporting consultant-led clinics and providing specialist hand therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
The successful applicant will have substantial experience in Hand Therapy and evidence of postgraduate training within this specialist field. You will demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge of hand and upper limb conditions, including advanced splinting techniques, and use evidence-based practice to deliver excellent patient outcomes. You will also play a key role in supporting the development of colleagues, contributing to service improvement, and promoting research and innovation within the team.

Main duties of the job
As a Crisis Care Practitioner, you will provide urgent mental health assessment and intervention for individuals contacting the service in crisis, whether for themselves or others.
The role involves:
- Managing complex and high risk triage calls, undertaking robust mental health and risk assessments in time-sensitive situations
- Completing face to face community assessments for patients requiring urgent in person review
- Formulating risk management and crisis plans to support safe and effective patient care

We are looking for a committed and hardworking Pharmacy aseptic compounding assistant to work in our aseptic unit.

The post is cross site and will be based at Hammersmith or Charing Cross site and will require the post holder to organise and participate in the preparation of chemotherapy, clinical trials and parenteral nutrition for adults.

Main duties of the job
- To participate in the cleaning and preparation of the Aseptic Unit and its equipment and supplies ready for the compounding of sterile products in accordance with the principals of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

- To help ensure that service provision is flexible and responsive to clients/patient's needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paramedic to join our Primary Care Nurse Team at HMP Dovegate, a category B Prison located in Uttoxeter in Staffordshire.
HMP Dovegate is a private prison with a capacity of 1160 males. We are looking for a qualified Paramedic with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience. You must also have completed a Primary Care module and be confident working within a primary care setting. You will be based within the healthcare department and prison wing work will also be required.Hours

We are seeking a Porters to join our team, working at our North Tees hospital site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team, to help provide a high quality and efficient, customer orientated Portering service working within our hospitals. Main duties of the job
The role will involve both working under the supervision of the Facilities Team Leaders, but also working independently during shifts, and exercising initiative.
Typical Day of Working in the role of a Porter:
Responsible for the movement of patients by bed/trolley/wheelchair between Wards and Departments
Collection and Delivery of laundry, pharmacy boxes, bedding and furniture throughout the hospital
Exchange of medical gas cylinders
Collection and Delivery of specimens, blood bags and medical records
Cleaning of wheelchairs and trolleys after every use.
Potentially provide driver cover for vehicles including vans and the shuttle bus, and hospital tugs.

Full training will be provided for the specific role, but we are looking for previous experience of working with the general public.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously, using own initiative, as well as part of a team

HMP Eastwood Park is a women's prison focused on rehabilitation, wellbeing, and helping individuals build positive futures. Health care is situated in the prison and provides a 24 hour healthcare and has a capacity of around 400 females.As part of this Dietitian role, you will have a varied and rewarding workload, including managing a clinical caseload, delivering training and upskilling staff, facilitating group sessions for patients.

Main duties of the job
As a Dietitian your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Advise on therapeutic diets and specialist nutritional requirements, ensuring these are Deliver a comprehensive dietetic service to patients within the prison, managing a varied and complex caseload.
- Undertake specialist nutritional assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide expert dietary advice and interventions for patients with a range of clinical conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, malnutrition, obesity, and food allergies or intolerances.
- Monitor, review, and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as required.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, prison staff, catering services, and external agencies to ensure effective nutritional care and support.
- Provide nutritional education and health promotion activities to individuals and groups, supporting behaviour change and self-management.

- Dietician Degree Qualification or equivalent - HCPC
- Experience of working as a dietician in a large multi- disciplinary team,

Based at Wonford and the Devon Diagnostic Centre (Nightingale Hospital ) site at Sowton, our Medical Imaging team provide a broad range of imaging modality services including, Plain Film X-Ray, Interventional Radiology, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound. As a Senior Radiographic Assistant you will work to support the Radiographic Assistants, Radiographers and Radiologists across these modalities. The department opens from 8am until 8pm 7 days a week, with 24hour services for A&E and ward services. You will be required to be flexible and available to work a range of shifts including 8am-8pm, 9am-5pm, 9am-1pm, 8.30am-5.30pm over the 7 days of the week.
Successful candidates to the role will be flexible, adaptable and patient focussed, aiming to deliver the highest standards of clinical care. The role will involve supervising and training junior colleagues and new starters to enable them to achieve the high standards expected. You will be supported to develop the skills required to work in this role.
Exeter is a vibrant, welcoming and growing Cathedral city. It has a highly rated University; good Ofsted rated schools and an abundance of family amenities.
