You will lead on governance, patient safety, staff education and equipment management, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

Job summary
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Psychologist to the Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) in South Glos. As part of the Community Mental Health Framework, we are delivering an exciting transformation programme to support people with mental health needs to get the help they need efficiently, and close to home. The team aims to meet the needs of service users that fall through the gap between primary and secondary care services.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the running of groups and individual psychological interventions for people presenting with complex PTSD, and other mental health distress. You will be supervised by the team clinical psychologist and work alongside other colleagues to deliver culturally appropriate sensitive and person-centred care. You will receive regular clinical supervision and training to support your ability to conduct the role effectively.

The postholder will be an integral part of the cancer team, who works under the supervision of the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS). We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estates Officer to support the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality estates services across the Trust. Main duties of the job
As aRegistered Nurse, you will be required to exercise a high degree of personal and professional autonomy and have the ability to plan and reach complex and critical judgements. Learn and develop clinical skills, including donor screening, haemoglobin testing and blood collection procedures, supported by comprehensive training.
Monitor donor wellbeing and provide appropriate care and advice before, during and after donation.
Help maintain the highest standards of quality and safety by following clinical procedures and regulatory requirements.
Accurately record donor and donation information using electronic and manual systems.
Encourage donors to return and continue making a life-saving contribution through future donations.

We have an exciting opportunity available at the RUH to join our newly created band 6 Occupational Therapy rotation.
Our nine month rotations are a great option for an Occupational Therapist who is looking to extend their skills in a variety of services to support patients of varying ages needing specialist occupational therapy. Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide Occupational Therapy assessments and intervention to optimise independence as well as creating rehabilitation plans as appropriate. They will also provide and promote acute rehabilitation to patients within their rotational service area.
They will provide daily clinical management of Occupational Therapy staff and some junior Physiotherapy staff working with their rotational team and provide supervision to occupational therapy students and apprentices.
The post holder will have clinical autonomy and be responsible for the management of their own caseload, have an awareness of the caseload demands within the whole rotational therapy team and allocate clinical capacity according to service demands. This will enable them to co-ordinate the daily service delivery across the hospital in the most effective way.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
Acting as a Named Nurse, to maintain accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care within the framework of team nursing.-
To coordinate the patients' discharge arrangements in accordance with the RUH Discharge Policy.-
To promote a patient focused approach to care in collaboration with all relevant health professionals.
To educate patients and their carers as required where a need has been identified.
To provide information which enables patients to make choices about adopting a healthy lifestyle.
To complete patient documentation to Trust standard.
To maintain a safe ward/department environment.
To assist in establishing and monitoring protocols/care pathways.
To participate in the promotion and maintenance of effective communication.
To ensure patient confidentiality.

Job summary
Research and clinical trials are a very important part of the National Health Service. Everyday clinical trials investigating medicines are being run across the country which are working towards new and improved treatments for patients.
The successful candidate will be a hard-working and professional individual who enjoys being part of research. The principal objective of this role is to provide leadership for the oncology & haematology clinical trials and effective oversight directing the safe and timely set up and maintenance of these clinical trials at the trust.
The post holder will build and expand the oncology & haematology clinical trials portfolio whilst ensuring compliance with International Conference on Harmonisation of Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP), clinical trials regulations, the research governance framework and other relevant guidelines and policies.
Main duties of the job
o To coordinate all pharmaceutical aspects of oncology and haematology clinical trials across the Trust, and to help ensure the provision of a quality pharmaceutical dispensing and aseptic service to patients of the Trust with regard to these trials.
oComply with specific guidance and regulations relating to clinical trials, for example International Conference on Harmonisation for Good Clinical Practice (ICH E6 R3), the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, and other relevant guidelines, regulations and policies on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for Clinical Trials.
o Lead and direct the setting up oncology & haematology clinical trials of investigational medicinal products (CTIMPs) accurately following sponsor provided clinical trial documents and within sponsor and trust agreed timelines.
o Support and develop the Trust Research & Development portfolio.
o Be the delegated Lead Pharmacist for oncology & haematology and radiopharmacy clinical trials.
