About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality substance misuse services, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based care for individuals accessing treatment and recovery support.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the effective management of clinical and non-clinical resources, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are delivered to service users with substance misuse needs. Working within established clinical protocols and evidence-based practice, including Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) services, you will oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programmes while promoting positive recovery outcomes.
Main duties of the job
You will manage a specialist prescribing service and provide expert clinical guidance to nursing colleagues on all aspects of substance misuse treatment. This includes advice on substitute prescribing, alcohol detoxification, withdrawal management, medication titration, controlled drug administration, overdose prevention, and other clinical safety considerations within a high-risk environment.
A key aspect of the role is ensuring comprehensive assessments are completed, waiting times are minimised, and access to treatment and psychosocial interventions is improved. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to ensure continuity of care and compliance with local and national guidelines.
As a senior leader within the service, you will provide clinical and managerial supervision, support staff development, facilitate decision-making processes, and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Main duties of the job
*To undertake highly specialist psychological assessment and treatment interventions to referred patients and to provide reports on the above.
*To hold and manage a caseload of patients with psychological difficulties related to or impacting on care within clinical health inpatient and/or outpatient psychological services.

Are you a qualified chef looking to work with fresh seasonal food, with the opportunity to have more of a work life balance and make what you do matter?
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. Working as a Bank Chef at Barchester, you will have the chance to deliver hotel/restaurant standards without the split shifts and long weeks. You will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well balanced menus whilst working with residents to tailor menus around them. Job summary
Theatre Care Assistant Band 3
- The post holder will actively support the theatre practitioners and multi-disciplinary staff within the theatre environment throughout the peri operative phase.
- To provide effective patient centred care implementing care that meet the needs of the patients and their families/carers in conjunction with the qualified theatre practitioner.
- To support staff in Clinical procedures, protocols and guidelines to ensure the effective delivery of service to patients in the peri-operative phase.
Due to current service demands, we are only able to consider applicants who have relevant UK experience. Main duties of the job
- Communicate with a range of people on a range of matters

- Monitor and maintain Health, Safety and Security to self and others.
- Maintain quality in own work and encourage others to do so.

- Monitor and maintain environments, buildings and items.
