An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Assistant Head Cook to work as part of the catering team based at the Freeman Hospital, but also with the opportunity of working cross sites, in our different bases.

Main duties of the job
- You will work on a three-week rota cycle working two weekends out of every three on early and late shifts, the early shifts will be from 6am to 2pm and late shifts from 12.00pm to 20.00pm also offered is an excellent weekend enhancement package to your pay.
- Duties include preparation and cooking of hot & cold foods, the hygiene within the kitchen to include Temperature Controls of all products.
- You will also be responsible for the staff on duty within the kitchen to ensure all meals are completed for the patient meal service to the standards required providing approximately 700 meals per service.
- Knowledge and Experience with a broad range of cooking methods would be an advantage.
- You must be qualified to City & Guilds 706/2 or NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation and also have Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification or have the relevant experience in large scale catering. You must also provide proof of qualification or experience at the Interview.

Main duties of the job
?
To work with a defined caseload of service users as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing assessment, care planning and care delivery for service users with moderate to severe mental health/emotional difficulties. This will include the provision of highly skilled professional care, psychological interventions, group work, clinical assessment, risk assessments / risk management, and promoting recovery and inclusion and ensuring coproduction with service users, families and carers and the education staff. Responsible for the appropriate clinical risk assessment of service users, providing an effective advice, guidance and decision making process culminating in the coordination of any reviewed plan of care in line with the Care Programmed Approach. Responsible for the admission, case conference/reviews and discharge in collaboration with members of the multi-disciplinary team. ? Responsible for participating in the development of the service, setting of quality standards, including the auditing, monitoring and reviewing in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy. ? Main duties of the job
You'll support and enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the Ealing Talking Therapies service. This will include:
Providing screening assessments, case management and treatment at Low Intensity/Step 2, following agreed protocols
Taking personal responsibility for achieving agreed clinical activity relating to the number of agreed contact hours per week.
Assisting patients in the use of computer therapy programmes as part of their clinical care, and evaluating their use.
Assisting specific psychological clinical work with adult patients for example going out with patients in exposure work and relaxation training, and going through self -help manuals with patients, under the supervision of a qualified member of the Talking Therapies team as part of their clinical care.
Assisting in the coordination and running of therapeutic groups.

We are looking for a confident Acting Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

The Cancer Services team in Ysbyty Maelor is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team of cancer multi-disciplinary team co-ordinators. We are looking for someone who can work closely with a dedicated team of clinicians to fast track patients through the cancer pathway, provide administrative support to the weekly clinical team meeting, where all new patients are discussed and optimum treatment plans agreed, and collate clinical data on the dedicated national cancer database.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for: All administration functions related to the organisation and delivery of Cancer MDT working. The provision of an organisational and statistical service to the Cancer Site Specific Multidisciplinary Teams. The collation, recording and submission of cancer information on a national level. Prospective tracking of all suspected and confirmed cancer patients through the care pathway.

The Radiopharmacy provides diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceutical products and services across the Southwest of England. Main duties of the job
The Senior Radiopharmacy Production Training Officer will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing and progressing production training and competency development for Radiopharmacy Production staff. This includes planning and monitoring training programmes, maintaining training documentation and competency records, ensuring trainees are allocated appropriate training time, and supporting the implementation of training improvements in response to service and regulatory requirements.
In addition to these responsibilities, the post holder will undertake routine radiopharmaceutical production activities and support the Deputy Radiopharmacy Production Lead with operational and quality management activities, including audits, observed assessments and invoicing processes.
The post holder will provide operational support to the Production Lead and Deputy Production Lead and may undertake urgent operational duties in their absence, including workload coordination and rota planning, to ensure continuity of service delivery.

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Dual Diagnosis Nurse to join our team, supporting individuals with co-occurring substance misuse and mental health needs.

Main duties of the job
As a Dual Diagnosis Nurse, you will:
- Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals with co-existing substance misuse and mental health conditions.
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care and risk management plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, harm reduction, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Support individuals through community and inpatient detoxification pathways.
- Provide overdose prevention advice and promote the use of naloxone where appropriate.
- Deliver structured one-to-one and group interventions.
- Monitor and respond to changes in mental health, escalating concerns when required.
- Build strong partnerships with Community Mental Health Teams, GPs, housing providers, social care services, criminal justice agencies, and voluntary sector organisations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a band 5 Nurse to work within the award-winning Day of Surgical Admission (DOSA) team at Harefield. The role will be working in the DOSA unit where you will be expected to assist with and prepare cardiac and thoracic patients for theatre. The role also requires that you will work in the DOSA pre assessment clinics. As patients attend the unit on the morning of surgery you should expect to start work at 6:30/7am. The candidate will work closely with members of the multidisciplinary team including ANP's, other nurse specialists, and DOSA nursing staff in strengthening and developing this service. Communication and teamwork is important but you also need the ability and confidence to work alone on occasion.

Main duties of the job
- DOSA unit is open 5 days a week to admit elective cardiac and thoracic surgical patients on the morning of their operation and to support nurse-led pre assessment clinic for patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery
- The post holder will work closely with the clinical nurse specialists, nurse in charge theatre schedulers, health care assistants, clinic coordinator and multi-disciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining excellent clinical standards of nursing practice and staff development as part of the DOSA team.
- To assist in the continuing professional development and overall performance of learners and junior staff in the clinical area.
- The post holder is expected to carry out all relevant forms of care wit the guidance and support of more senior staff.
- Work as a team to provide high quality care for patients undergoing surgery as well promote safe clinical environment and take charge of the DOSA unit in the absence of nurse in charge.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the East Kent Children's diabetes team.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated paediatric nurse who would like to develop professionally within the speciality of childhood and adolescent diabetes.
With one of the largest services for children and young people with diabetes in the South East Coast and London network we can offer you a rewarding, flexible and supportive secondment working alongside experienced and specialist multidisciplinary staff within the children's diabetes team,
With the majority of clients having Type1 diabetes and approximately 90% currently using integrated insulin pump and sensor technology vast experience in the use of the latest diabetes related technologies is available.

Main duties of the job
To work within the Children's Diabetes Team, providing expert nursing care, support and advice to children and young people following the diagnosis of diabetes.
To work under the direction of the specialist nurses, supporting a caseload of patients across East Kent.
To work in partnership with the children, young people and their families offering advice, emotional and practical support and liaising with other professionals.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Programme Manager. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage cross-organisational programmes and projects, along with supporting us to continue to develop our Portfolio Management Office (PMO).
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Programme Manager with proven experience, ideally within the public sector, of successfully delivering complex programmes with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have the ability to build strong relationships and apply innovative approaches.
If successful, you will have an opportunity to apply your professional experience and leadership to the implementation of major change programmes in support of Public Health Wales's Long-Term Strategy. Our change portfolio currently includes public health facing programmes such as Tackling Diabetes Together, service implementation programmes such as National Lung Cancer Screening and digital transformation programmes such as Digital Health Protection. Having experience of a range of programme delivery approaches such as Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid would be advantageous.
You'll also play an important role in our team, providing assurance that projects and programmes are well managed, further developing our Programme and Project Management Standards and strengthening our profession within Public Health Wales.
Main duties of the job
The role is based in the Strategy, Planning and Corporate Affairs Division, which plays a unique role in leading and enabling Public Health Wales in the areas of strategy, corporate planning, project and programme management and developing planning insights for the organisation.Our team is committed to living the values of Public Health Wales and we are proud of the work that we do. As part of this role there will be a requirement to work at least one day per week from our CQ2 offices in Cardiff.
