The key purpose of the role is to lead the development and delivery of an evidenced based seasonal vaccination programme across Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS FT.
The primary focus of this role will be the delivery of staff and patient flu vaccination programmes and COVID-19 vaccinations for patients. The scope of the role may, however, be extended in accordance with national, regional, and local priorities and service requirements.
The post holder will be operationally responsible for the seasonal vaccination team and will be the Trust subject matter expert in the delivery of any vaccination related programmes.
The post holder will also be expected to provide support to the Physical Health and Professional Practice portfolio workstreams as directed by line manager.

Main duties of the job
We are looking to appoint an experienced nurse working in the field of immunisation and vaccination to clinically and operationally lead our seasonal vaccination programmes across LSCFT for both staff and patients. This post holder will need to be innovative, flexible and an experienced leader with good project management skills to be able to actively plan, implement and deliver set programmes of work related to immunisation and vaccination and wider portfolio work as required.
Oversee the development and delivery of the Trust's seasonal vaccination programmes that are culturally sensitive and person centred.
Continually review the delivery plan to ensure optimum delivery and identification of lessons learned.
Responsible for supporting alongside Network leads the annual identification of the number of peer vaccinators that the Trust requires and ensuring evidenced based training programmes and supervision are in place to support them to participate effectively in delivering vaccinations across the Trust.
Responsible for ongoing development of the seasonal vaccination service and lead the development of relevant policies, standard operating procedures and guidance related to service.
The clinical and managerial supervision of the vaccinators within the service and clinical supervision to peer vaccinators supporting the campaign.
Responsible for the development of evidenced based training packages and ensuring these align with national guidance and competency requirements.

The post will be supported under the supervision of the Occupational Therapy Clinical Specialist. The fully aligned role will involve clinical Occupational Therapy provision working within a multidisciplinary team within the adult acute inpatient setting for service users experiencing mental health difficulties.
The successful candidate will provide Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to service users to support recovery within inpatient settings and support with discharge processes. The successful candidate will also undertake supervision of junior staff and assist in local developments related to the Occupational Therapy services locally and across the footprint of Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is enthusiastic about working within mental health and possesses good time management skills and a compassionate approach to others.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have substantial experience, special interest, and expertise in Mental Health Occupational Therapy, the post holder will use their deep understanding of the relationship between occupation and mental health to provide occupational therapy to maintain, restore or create a match beneficial to the individual between the abilities of the person, the demands of her/his occupations in the areas of self-care, productivity and leisure and the demands of the environment (adapted from Creek 2003).
The post holder will deliver a range of group and/or individual interventions drawn from relevant frames of reference, demonstrating sophisticated clinical reasoning skills. They will prioritise planning and delivering interventions for people whose mental health problems have a marked impact on their occupational functioning, who demonstrate high occupational risk and who have complex occupational needs. As an emergent leader and skillful communicator, the post holder will liaise and negotiate across service boundaries and in varied settings. They are research aware and use evidence to support and develop practice.

Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated music therapist to provide group and individual music therapy to service users in the borough of Ealing, comprising both brief and longer interventions. We are looking for a practitioner who is passionate about the role of creativity in supporting people's health and autonomy and who manages risk in a collaborative way.
You will work autonomously across trust and community premises, building effective and productive relationships with Ealing mental health teams and non-statutory community resources. You will be managed by a Head of Arts Therapies, and you have links to arts therapies across the wider trust. The arts therapies are an established part of provision West London NHS Trust's psychological therapies provision and links with psychology are strong.
Tuesdays are a core team day for the arts therapies, so the postholder will be expected to work Tuesdays.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will offer interventions within defined timescales, encompassing both brief, low intensity and some longer, high intensity interventions. Knowledge of trauma informed practice is essential, and you will be implementing trauma informed approaches for a range of presentations. Most interventions will be groups but there will also be scope for individual work. In addition to direct clinical work you will support the wider team to work with service users e.g. through formulation.
You will need to be able to work independently to develop your part of the service in liaison with inpatient and community teams and to supervise trainees on placement. You will be line managed by the head of arts therapies and supported by a structure of meetings with arts therapies colleagues and clinical supervision.
All arts therapists are active in developing the evidence base for their work through the use of outcome measures, clinical audit and research.

Due to the promotion of the current post holder, the IT Department at Mid Cheshire Hospitals is looking to recruit a 2nd line support technician, who will be able to make a significant contribution within a demanding support environment.

Main duties of the job
The provision of first and second line support functions in all aspects of IT within the Trust. Specifically, for the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) including the Service Management of all desktop, laptop and mobile devices over a multiple sites. Typically, this is achieved via the Service Desk function within the Trust, which adheres to pre-defined SLA's and also Governmental recognized National Standards (ITIL).
You will have good experience of supporting both software and hardware, with good knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10/11 desktops, Active Directory, networking and PC, Laptop and peripheral support.
A flexible approach to the work ethos will help considerably, including flexibility to working times based on service needs.
A logical and objective approach in dealing with problems will be essential.
Whilst this post participates in the 24-hour shift pattern, the successful candidate will not be expected to participate in this rota for the first 2 months of service.
The standard technician shift times are 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm - 6am, 6am-2pm, 7 days per week.
As this post will be cover the 24 hours support rota, the post holder will also receive additional enhanced pay rates in line with agenda for change terms and conditions.
The successful candidate will have the ability to travel to all sites that we cover.

The postholder will be a member of the Trust's Facilities team and will provide a comprehensive cleaning service for Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust (PCFT). The Facilities Assistant (Domestic) will work across the Trust's in-patient and/or community settings as assigned, which may include working on wards, clinics or admin areas.
Main duties of the job
The Facilities Assistant (Domestic) is responsible for general cleaning duties at PCFT. Cleaning duties will be carried out in all areas including clinical, sanitary and administration areas, in accordance with the cleaning schedule, policy, procedures and standards The Facilities Assistant (Domestic) must:
- Carry out tasks in line with Trust policy, national cleaning standards and local instruction.
- Ensure that infection control, COSHH and health and safety procedures are always followed, including:
- Follow the cleaning schedules that have been provided for each area to ensure the areas achieve the required levels of cleanliness at all times.
- Report any incidents or near misses as per Trust policy.
- Ensure that cleaning equipment and machinery is stored correctly and left in a clean condition and to report any defects to the supervisor.
- Dispose of all categories of waste safely and in accordance with Trust guidelines
- To undertake any other reasonable duty, which is appropriate to the band, when requested by Senior Staff.

We are glad to share an exciting opportunity to join our Virtual ward (Hospital at Home team) as a nurse practitioner. This posts key responsibilities are care coordination and discharge planning, providing clinical leadership, supporting the service development, supporting patients and families in digital and remote monitoring and supporting development of junior staff.
The post holder will be able to work autonomously and be able to provide a high level of expert clinical management and care to patients within the speciality, supporting the referral process from both in and out of hospital.
Virtual wards (Hospital at Home) work in partnership with our Recovery at Home teams are defined as a safe alternative to NHS bedded care, we are looking to expand our virtual ward team in line with the introduction of new clinical and community step up pathways in addition to the established hospital step down pathways. Hospital at home delivers care closer to home for patients, offering personalised care with technology enabled remote monitoring, providing medical and nursing, therapy and pharmacy optimisation and onward discharge referrals.
The post holder will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will be expected to cover days and weekend shifts as part of their role. There will be also dedicated allocated time for management and continuous professional development.
Main duties of the job

South East London ICB was one of a small number of 'early adopter' sites delivering this new way of working to support the most vulnerable children and young people who are inpatients or at risk of being admitted to hospital or placement breakdown.The SELECT Keyworker Service is now embedded into the work of the ICB and operates across three teams (Lambeth & Southwark, Lewisham & Greenwich, Bexley & Bromley) with established children and young people Dynamic Support Registers across all six boroughs. We are looking for a suitably experienced Service Manager who will use their skills, knowledge and experience to provide leadership and direction to a team of Keyworkers who are dedicated to ensuring 'at risk' children & young people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism are able to access the immediate help and person-centred support they need to avoid inappropriate hospital admissions.
Main duties of the job
The Service Manager will continue to embed this relatively new service into the work of the Integrated Care System, helping it to achieve a key NHS target of avoiding inappropriate hospital admissions, working to the NHSE Minimum Standards for Keyworking Services.
This will involve:o Supervising a team of Specialist Keyworkers and providing ongoing support to the wider service of Keyworkers;o Continuing the work of extending support for young people aged 0 - 18 to those aged 18-25;o Overseeing and participating in ongoing Coproduction Projects in the service;o Embedding our new Outcome Measures Framework;The SELECT service continues to embed their practice model using AMBIT and Person-Centred Planning. We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Health team at HMP Thameside. HMP Thameside is a category B remand prison located in South East London. The prison houses around 1,232 patients with a variety of needs include complex and acute mental health needs.
We are seeking a strong clinical, forensic or counselling psychologist, who has previously worked within a fully integrated mental health service, and understands the needs of the Psychological services required and delivered within a prison healthcare setting. As part of this role you will be managing a Preceptorship Psychologist and Clinical Associate Psychologist as well as developing the psychological services at a busy remand site, where many patients only stay short term.
Hours
Mon to Fri: 9:00-17:00 or 08:00-16:00
4 days per week or 30 hours per week.

You'll receive an annual salary of up to £82,000FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Principal Psychologist, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Support the development and embedding of a trauma-informed mental health service model across sites
- Offer clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT)

Clinical -

You will provide clinical leadership, support and develop junior staff, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and act as a role model for professional practice. The role requires excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment while supporting patients with complex oncology and haematology needs.
J80 is a fast-paced and busy daycase unit delivering Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatments (SACT) 7 days per week, treating approximately 80 patients per day.
The Unit is open 07:30am – 19:30pm Monday – Friday.
07:30am – 18:30pm on Saturdays and 07:30am – 16:00pm on Sundays.

Job summary
The Physiological Sciences team at ULTH is looking for skilled and dynamic administrators to work in their busy Lincoln and Pilgrim offices where no two days are the same.
Working with the Audiology, Respiratory Physiology, Sleep Service and Neurophysiology teams the successful applicant will have excellent communication and administration skills with recent experience of working in a busy office environment. They will require skills relevant to administrative work in the NHS, and will work to ensure that our clinicians and patients are always supported with expert admin help.
Full and part time positions are available. Base to be agreed on appointment.

- Booking patient appointments following agreed procedures and protocols and ensuring patients are appropriately informed
