An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Children and Young People's Complex Care Team for a Senior Commissioner to support an ambitious improvement programme for children and young people who require individualised packages of care across North Central London.
You will provide collaborative leadership across the system, working with children's and adult services, Continuing Care and Continuing Healthcare teams, local authorities, commissioners and other partners to improve outcomes and experiences for children, young people and their families.
You will play an important role in developing effective pathways, strengthening partnership working and ensuring care is high quality, well governed and provides value for public money.
We are looking for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills, who can work flexibly, manage competing priorities and bring a supportive, compassionate and inclusive approach to leadership.
Experience of Continuing Care, Continuing Healthcare, Complex Care, commissioning or staff leadership would be valuable. We welcome applications from people who can demonstrate transferable skills and relevant experience.

Main duties of the job
- Provide operational leadership on behalf of the Integrated Care System to support high-quality services for children and young people requiring individualised packages of care.

Contribute to the development of pathways and commissioning functions that improve the quality, effectiveness and experience of care across North Central London.

Build collaborative relationships across health, social care, local authorities and other partner organisations.

Maintain a clear overview for the Head of Complex Care of children and young people requiring individualised care, alongside related funding, commissioning and governance arrangements.

Support effective governance, quality and performance arrangements, ensuring resources are used appropriately and provide value for public money.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Infection Prevention and Control professional to join our team as Deputy Director of Infection Prevention and Control (DIPC) Lead Nurse.
In this influential role, you will support the DIPC in delivering strategic leadership for infection prevention and control across the Trust. You will lead a skilled multidisciplinary team, provide expert advice and assurance, and work collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders to embed best practice, improve patient outcomes and strengthen a culture of safety throughout the organisation.

- Lead and inspire the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) team, championing excellence in patient safety and infection prevention.
- Support the Director of Infection Prevention and Control (DIPC) in delivering the Trust's IPC strategy, policy development and priorities.
- Provide expert advice and leadership on infection prevention, outbreaks and emerging risks.
- Lead infection surveillance, using data and insight to drive quality improvement and safer care.

We are excited to announce 11 training CWP posts in West London Trust across Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow and Ealing Community CAMHS and Mental Health Support Teams. The purpose of the role is to provide early intervention by way of Guided Self Help (GSH) for children and young people experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties especially those who would not normally meet the threshold or engage with CAMHS.
Alongside working towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Child and Young Person's Psychological Wellbeing Practice at Kings College London (KCL), you will work in clinic under the supervision of a CWP Supervisor and there will be close links with the specialist Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) CAMHS teams as well as working within community settings and within schools.
The training programme is part of the Children and Young Persons Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies (CYP-IAPT). The aim of the programme is to provide evidence-based treatment's that are brief, low in intensity for mild to moderate emotional and behavioural difficulties in children and young people.

Main duties of the job
This is a training position post holder will undertake training at Kings College London alongside working in service for [service]. They will be taught to deliver evidence based guided self-help interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The post holder will use their newly developed skills to support children and young people who are referred into the service and trainees will receive supervision to support their professional development.
The training and service experience will equip the post holder with the necessary knowledge, attitude and capabilities to operate effectively in an inclusive, value driven service.
The post holder will attend all university based taught and Onsite Protected Learning Time required by the education provider, as specified within the agreed national curriculum and work in the service for the remaining days of the week using their newly developed skills.Applicants will need to be ready to start work in early/mid-January 2027 and posts cannot be offered to candidates unless they can guarantee this start date.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated psychologist/psychological therapist with an enthusiasm for working in inpatient services to join the Inpatient Psychological Therapies Service at the Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health Unit. The post is based on our female acute ward, where the psychological service is well-established and valued. Across the unit there is a commitment to trauma-informed and formulation-driven care.
You will join a welcoming psychology team, consisting of clinical psychologists, CBT therapists, arts therapists and psychotherapists. We also host placements for first-year and third-year trainee clinical psychologists and MSc students. Continuing professional development and career progression is a service priority.
We warmly encourage applications from both experienced and newly qualified practitioners. The post is available as a Band 7 developmental post or Band 8a depending on experience. Successful candidates appointed at Band 7 will be provided opportunities and support to progress to the Band 8a role upon successful completion of a preceptorship programme.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the provision and governance of a full and comprehensive psychological service for a female acute ward. They will provide direct care to service users and their families offering assessment, formulation, and brief evidence-based interventions.
They will work collaboratively and proactively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide a safe, equitable and trauma-informed approach to care. The team's psychological understanding will be supported and developed through teaching, training, team formulation, consultation, and supervision. This will involve the postholder contributing to the implementation of RAID, a psychological approach to working with behaviours that challenge, and supporting the introduction and implementation of stabilisation skills. Both of which are part of our service priorities on reducing restrictive practice and trauma-informed care.
Facilitating reflective practice, providing de-briefs after serious incidents and other supportive interventions for staff wellbeing are an important and rewarding part of the role.

Job summary
DSFS are looking to appoint 4 Switchboard Control Operators on a bank working arrangement to join our team based at the Chesterfield Royal Hospital. As the post is often the first point of contact with the general public you must be aware of the importance of delivering a high quality, efficient service and to be able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills.
The hours can vary as this post is a zero hours contract (we provide 24 hour cover.) You will be required to cover for holidays ,sickness and other leave, sometimes at short notice, therefore flexibility is an essential requirement of the post as we provide this important service over 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Main duties of the job
Unlike other Switchboard posts, this role also provides an essential response service for emergency calls, fire alarms and unplanned occurrences and therefore we are looking to recruit a person who is able to work in a calm and competent manner in a sometimes stressful and seemingly chaotic environment whilst continuing to provide a consistent Switchboard service.
You must be educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) and be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
A comprehensive training period (with weekly assessments) covering all aspects of the post and shift patterns will be undertaken to ensure full capability of the Switchboard and Trust Policy and Procedure before the successful candidate will be allowed to work alone out of hours .

We and pleased to announce that we have opportunities (substantive and fixed term contracts) for enthusiastic OTs to join our Band 5 Occupational Therapy rotation which operates across our 3 main sites: St Mary's hospital - the major trauma centre for the North West London network, Charing Cross hospital which is a specialist stroke and neuroscience centre and Hammersmith hospital where the specialist heart attack centre is situated.
Rotations take place every six months with rotations in; elective orthopaedics, orthopaedic trauma, surgical rehab and cardiology, renal medicine, stroke, neurology & neurosurgery, respiratory medicine, acute medicine, major trauma, Charing Cross Neurological Rehabilitation Unit (CNRU), medicine for the elderly, elderly rehabilitation, community (falls team or bedded rehab), hand therapy and oncology. All Band 5s are expected to undertake a mixture of rotations across the 3 sites. Please note now to avoid any disappointment later, it will not be possible to undertake all your rotations within one clinical specialism eg neurosciences, or at one particular site.
Main duties of the job
- To plan and deliver a patient centred therapy service to patients in hospital and in the community.
- To be professionally and legally accountable and responsible for all aspects of your own work, including the management of patients in your care.
- To routinely provide advice, education and support to patients and their carers as part of the therapy process. To adopt a patient centred treatment approach in order to support meaningful participation in life roles.
- To demonstrate effective communication skills when attending and contributing to ward rounds, meetings and case conferences relating to caseload.
- To be responsible for maintaining accurate andcomprehensive patient records in line with the legal requirements, trust guidelines and professional standard of practice.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a strong focus on Temporary Staffing but also supporting across all services to include Medical and General Recruitment.
The role is based at St Marks Hospital, Northwick Park, currently with an on-site presence required two days per week and the remainder of the time working remotely from home.
The Band 3 Recruitment Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support for recruitment processes within the NWL Recruitment Hub, covering Agenda for Change (AFC), medical recruitment, and bank recruitment. The role operates within the shared service across the APG (Acute Provider Group) and ensures efficient, accurate, and timely handling of candidate applications and onboarding activities through the use of the TRAC recruitment system. Main duties of the job
- With guidance and supervision from the team leader undertake tasks related to recruitment and onboarding including NHS-standard pre-employment checks for new starters and organising induction bookings.
- Process recruitment documentation such as applications, references, and compliance checks for Agenda for Change (AFC), medical and dental, and bank candidates using the TRAC system. Maintain accurate records across TRAC, NHS Jobs, and other NHS recruitment platforms to track candidate progress for all staff groups within the Acute Provider Group (APG).

A new and exciting job role has arisen within the UGI Cancer Nursing Team for a Band 4 Cancer Care Navigator.

Main duties of the job
To supervise the pharmacy procurement team and the day-to-day purchasing of medicines, and authorisation of purchase orders in keeping with procurement contracts and in line with local, regional, and nationally agreed standards.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Liverpool Clinical Laboratories for an Associate Practitioner to join our Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Molecular Pathology service within the Cellular Pathology Directorate.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality diagnostic service, undertaking routine laboratory duties across both specialties. These will include specimen reception and accessing, microtomy, preparation of material for immunocytochemical and PCR and/or NGS analysis, operation and maintenance of automated ICC staining platforms, frozen section cutting, IMF staining, reagent preparation and basic quality control.
The post holder will work closely with scientific, medical and clerical colleagues to ensure safe, efficient and patient-focused service delivery.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will support routine duties across the Immunocytochemistry and Molecular Pathology service, working in accordance with departmental protocols and quality requirements. Duties will include specimen receipt and accessioning, correct patient identification, microtomy and preparation of tissue sections/scrolls for PCR and/or NGS analysis and ICC staining procedures, paraffin wax embedding, cryotomy, ICC, immunofluorescence (IMF), in situ hybridisation, (FISH and CISH) and routine H&E staining.
The role will also include operation and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment and automated staining platforms, preparation of solutions and reagents, basic quality control, safe waste disposal, monitoring and receipt of consumables and reagents, retrieval and filing of blocks and slides, and accurate use of laboratory information systems.

This is a vital role for the London Ambulance Service, receiving and taking charge of all incoming emergency calls. You are the first point of contact for our callers and patients, some of whom will be distressed, anxious or panicking. Using the Medical Priority Dispatch System (MPDS), you will obtain an initial assessment of both the patient and the scene in an efficient manner. You will also be responsible for accurately recording essential patient information in a precise and timely manner.

Main duties of the job

You must be able to remain calm in an emergency. When people are panicking, your role is to be clear and assertive where required to ensure the caller remains focused. You will need to be able to follow a script and reassure the caller, but also to be firm where necessary about what they need to do.
