Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Equipping Lead to support the Associate Estates and Facilities Director in delivering the ambitious redevelopment of the New Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) and the James Paget University Hospital (JPUH) under the single banner of the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG). This role is central to ensuring that all technical design elements align with best practices and comply with both Trust and national New Hospital Programme (NHP)/Hospital 2.0 standards. With a redevelopment value of approximately £2.8bn these projects represent the most significant infrastructure investment in Norfolk in generations.

Job summary
We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Head of Estates integration to provide strategic leadership for all Estates integration, infrastructure readiness, technical assurance, organisational transformation and operational commissioning activities associated with the new hospitals at Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn and James Paget University Hospital as part of the One New Hospital Programme across Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group.
To support these programmes,twoHead of Estates Integrationposts have been established, one hosted by each Trust. Whilst each postholder will be responsible for delivery within their respective organisation, both roles form part of a wider collaborative programme across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group.
The One Programme represents a transformational investment across both organisations, delivering two major hospital redevelopment schemes under a shared strategic vision. Whilst the role will primarily support one scheme, the post holder will play a key leadership role in ensuring alignment with programme-wide estates strategies, technical standards, governance arrangements and transformation priorities across both organisations.

Job summary
The role of the chemotherapy staff nurse contributes to the overarching aim to provide the highest quality, holistic, patient centred care for all those in North Derbyshire affected by cancer, throughout all stages of their cancer journey. Working at the state-of-the-art facility, the NGS Macmillan Unit, was built to the standard of the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark and beyond.
Ideally the post holder will have completed the UKONS SACT passport or have up to date, equivalent anti-cancer therapy training and be proficient in nurse led interventions such as venepuncture, cannulation, and management of Central Venous Access devices (including implanted ports, Hickman lines and PICCs) and have experience and knowledge of managing infusion related reactions and extravasation. If applicants have some or none of these skills, they must be willing to complete such. We are looking for staff who are passionate to work with people affected by cancer and are motivated to complete Chemotherapy training.

The post holder is responsible to undertake their role in accordance with all procedures, protocols,policies and guidelines to support the Theatre/Recovery Department
The post holder will provide a high quality, confidential, professional portering and housekeeping support services to the Theatre Department at Southport and Ormskirk NHS Trust. The post involves a range of duties requiring manual handling, cleaning and waste management. You will work autonomously or as part of a team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join the infant feeding team at CDDFT as a maternity support worker.
Our team works across County Durham and Darlington to provide specialist support to women and families experiencing feeding problems in the first weeks after birth. Infant feeding is at the forefront of public health and as part of the team you will be contributing to improved health outcomes across the region.

We are a busy team and no two days are the same. We provide face to face and remote care to women in hospital and in community with their baby including in our specialist infant feeding clinic and for division of tongue tie. You would be involved in providing skilled support to get their feeding journey off to the best start.
As a team we also lead for UNICEF Baby Friendly accreditation for meternity services for the Trust and you will have the opportunity to be involved in service improvement and audit as we work to implement UNICEF standards for our families.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will privide care to women and families who need additional support with infant feeding. They will provide health promotion in pregnancy to advise on the values of breastfeeding and skilled support following birth with positioning and attachment.

Providing skilled support to women who are experiencing feeding problems in the first weeks after birth, gently supporting them to reach their feeding goals.
Supporting the specialist midwife in the infant feeding clinic during frenulotomy procedures.
Providing support in acute settings to both antenatal and postnatal inpatients to support informed decision making and getting feeding off to a good start.
Maintaining accurate records.
Undertaking audit of UNICEF standards.

Job summary
The post holder will work as a member of the Diabetes Nursing Team under the direction of the Consultants to deliver an expert nursing service to patients with Diabetes, from diagnosis until discharge or transition to the adult service.
The post holder will deliver specialist nursing skills, demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and expertise in the autonomous management of children and young people within the diabetes service.
The post holder will ensure that patients and families are educated, informed and supported by providing clinical and social support in relation to their diagnosis. It will be necessary to work flexibly with a caseload of patients, across both the hospital and community settings for a defined caseload of patients within the diabetes service and to provide symptom advice to other health care professionals and initiate guideline-based therapies. The post holder will establish clear lines of communication with primary healthcare teams . The post holder will contribute to the development of evidence based clinical nursing practice in line with current research and guidelines and will participate in audit and quality improvement initiatives.
The post holder will ensure that patients and their families are educated, informed and supported by providing clinical and social support in relation to their specific diagnosis and treatment plans
Main duties of the job
- It will be necessary to work flexibly across a caseload of patients across both the hospital and community setting for local patients and to provide expert advice to other health care professionals and initiate guidelines based therapies that address acute management issues for diabetes
- The post holder will contribute to the development of evidence based clinical nursing practice in line with current research and guidelines and will participate in audit.
- The post holder will work across organisational, regional and national boundaries and form good working relationships with colleagues within the regional diabetes network.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager within Design & Construction to lead the planning, management and delivery of major enabling, infrastructure, design and construction activities associated with the redevelopment of Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn and the James Paget Hospital Great Yarmouth as part of the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group New Hospital Programme.
The New Hospital Programme represents a transformational investment in healthcare infrastructure across Norfolk and Waveney, delivering new hospital facilities that will support the future delivery of safe, sustainable and modern healthcare services. Whilst this role will primarily support one site scheme, the postholder will work as part of the wider programme team, contributing to the successful delivery of programme objectives and supporting the development of consistent approaches, standards and ways of working across the wider programme
Main duties of the job
The postholder will lead complex construction and pre-construction workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved scope, budget, quality and programme requirements. Working closely with consultants, contractors, clinical and operational stakeholders, Estates and Facilities teams and New Hospital Programme partners, the role will support the successful progression of projects from concept and design through construction, commissioning and handover.
The role includes direct line management responsibility for an Assistant Project Manager and requires the leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors across assigned projects and workstreams. The postholder will provide professional guidance, oversight and support to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed objectives and programme requirements.
Operating within a highly regulated environment, the postholder will apply specialist knowledge of project delivery, construction management, commercial processes, risk management and governance arrangements. An exciting 12-month secondment opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Cardiology Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our established Chest Pain Specialist Nurse team. Working alongside a supportive team of specialist nurses, you will play a key role in delivering and developing a high-quality service for patients with chest pain and other cardiology conditions.

Job summary
The Catering Department at Bronglais Hospital is currently looking to recruit a Cook to join a large team of individuals within the department, to provide an effective and efficient cooking service.
The successful candidate will play an integral role within the team, whilst ensuring that the food is prepared to the highest standard.
Full training will be given, but the successful candidate will be required to hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or the equivalent.
The contract available is 1 x 22.5 hour post.
Main duties of the job
This contract is to work various days in the week, on a six week rolling rota. You will be required to work weekends and to include Bank Holidays as and when required, for which an additional payment is made.
Duties will include:
- Cooking home made meals and salads for patients, staff and the general public.
- To prepare special dietary meals for patients as and when required.
- To keep cooking area clean and tidy at all times and complete relevant HACCP forms.
Full training will be provided within the department.
Hours of work are between 07:00am - 20:00pm.
Successful candidates will receive staff uniform.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aTeam Leader to join the Cardiology team at King's Mill Hospital, providing day-to-day leadership and support to our Cardiorespiratory administrative services.

The South Kerrier Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) are seeking a forward thinking GP !
This role would suit a GP who is interested in supporting people with frailty to live and die well in the South Kerrier community and those who live in care homes. If you are a GP who is passionate about personalised care and has expertise in tolerating uncertainty to support people to live and die well in line with their wishes, then this role will be perfect for you!
The post holder will work alongside the INT Clinical Lead and INT Frailty Lead to provide GP input into the frailty model that is being collaborated designed in the South Kerrier area. The role will sit across the South Kerrier area and will therefore be required to work collaboratively with the 4 GP practices in the area, as well as NHS partners, Cornwall Council, voluntary sector providers and independent sector colleagues.
We will consider flexible working arrangements including sessions ranging from 4 sessions to 6 sessions per week.
Main duties of the job
The Frailty General Practitioner will be responsible for the following (there may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels):
- Attend and contribute to frailty multi-disciplinary (MDT) meetings
- Assist the frailty lead to co-design and develop a comprehensive frailty service for the South Kerrier population
- Act as the clinical conduit between primary, community and secondary care
- Assist practices in the management of complex frail patients, linking with the named accountable GP for the practice
- Commence and lead work on the hospital pull list reviewing previous day admission data to consider a prompt and effective discharge wherever possible
- provide a clinical lead role to facilitate collaborative working with hospital geriatricians and colleagues developing key relationships and understanding of patients need to support an integrated approach to care planning

Main duties of the job
To advise and support school staff and other therapists on the education and therapeutic interventions of children and young people with SLCN including
Completion of baseline and transition assessments to identify the strengths, needs, outcomes and provision for students with complex communication profiles
Providing reports to referrers and other agencies involved in the child/young persons care and advice on appropriate differentiation of and access to the curriculum.

Wyre Forest Health Partnership & WFNIPs is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Financial Resilience Coordinator to join our Neighbourhood Outreach Team.
This is an exciting new role working across primary care, community services and the voluntary sector to help residents experiencing financial pressures, debt, deprivation, social isolation and the wider impacts of the cost-of-living crisis.
Working closely with Social Prescribers, GP practices, local authorities and community organisations, you will provide practical support that helps people stabilise immediate financial difficulties and build longer-term financial resilience. The role directly supports the ambitions of the Worcestershire Crisis and Resilience Fund, which focuses on crisis prevention, financial resilience and stronger community support networks.
You will provide direct casework, advocacy and practical support rather than simple signposting, helping individuals access the services and resources they need to improve their financial wellbeing. This reflects the identified need for hands-on support, warm handovers and ongoing case management.
Main duties of the job
About the Role
You will be embedded within our Neighbourhood Outreach Coordinator Team and work alongside social prescribing and community wellbeing services to identify and support residents who may be experiencing:
- Financial hardship
- Debt concerns
- Benefit issues
- Fuel poverty
- Housing-related financial difficulties
- Social isolation linked to financial pressures
- Barriers to accessing advice and support
