This vacancy is for a new substantive 10PA post following the current postholder moving to a new post internally.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will provide senior psychiatric input into the Community Rehabilitation Team. This team formed in January 2026 bringing together the previously regional Community Rehabilitation Enhanced Support Team (CREST) and the Recovery Centre as part of the wider work to create a Complex Psychosis Pathway within the Trust.
The Complex Psychosis Pathway provides a whole system approach to Mental Health Rehabilitation and Assertive Community Treatment in Leeds, which includes Newsam Ward 5 (Level 2 Rehab & relocating to Parkside Lodge), Asket Croft and Asket House inpatient settings, (Level 1 Rehab), the Community Rehabilitation Team and Assertive Outreach Team. The pathway also includes Rehabilitation practitioners embedded within the Community Hubs providing early rehabilitative and reablement interventions and enabling transitions for service users between Community Services and more intensive Assertive Outreach and Community Rehabilitation Support. These are clinical delivery services.
The pathway includes an out of area /Trust case management role and mental health placement reviewer for people with complex psychosis who are placed in Level 2 rehabilitation Independent Hospitals outside of the Trust or in funded residential placements.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly skilled workforce in the Recovery unit of the Main Operating Theatres at Glangwili General Hospital. The successful candidate will join a motivated team of multi-disciplinary professionals delivering high quality, evidence-based care to our patients.
This vacancy is suitable for Registered Nurses/Operating Department Practitioners. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with the ability to work well within a challenging environment, and who can deliver high quality patient care. Willingness to work as part of an on-call, 24/7 rota will be required for this post.
A structured induction programme will be provided for all new members of staff, plus access to on-going continuing professional education and development.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Job summary
We are seeking to appoint a full time (10 PAs) Consultant Psychiatrist in the East CMHT service based at St Mary's House. This vacancy is a result of a Consultant colleague's retirement. Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of specialist mental health and learning disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist services across York, the Yorkshire and Humber region, and some highly specialised national services.
Main duties of the job
Duties will be in line with those of a Consultant Psychiatrist in a community setting. The post holder will work with the MDT colleagues and other agencies to deliver safe and effective care to patients referred to secondary care with psychotic and mood disorders, trauma based presentations and personality disorder. The post holder will provide regular clinical reviews and provide clinical leadership to the MDT. Given the nature of the work, there will be responsibilities in relation to the Mental Health Act (CTOs). Post holder also provides supervision to junior medical staff. There will be a requirement for significant liaison with colleagues with Inpatient and Crisis services to facilitate transitions, planning care and discharge.

The FCP Roadmap and becoming a prescribing paramedic is an essential part of the role, but you will be helped and supported along the way. You will be required to travel between our sites (4 miles apart) and for home visits within our catchment area. On occasion you may be required to work collaboratively with our neighbouring practices to aid with cover for home visits.

No two days will be quite the same. You'll work alongside our GPs, nurses and wider clinical team, managing your own mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations, with clinicians around you for advice, support and discussion whenever you need it.
Your day might include assessing an acutely unwell patient in surgery, undertaking a home visit, arranging investigations or a referral, reviewing results, or following up a patient after a hospital admission. One Health is looking for a qualified Consultant Psychiatrist to join our growing Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and evolving service focused on delivering high-quality ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments for NHS patients (both adults and children). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development of this service, helping to ensure timely access to clinically robust assessments and excellent patient care.
Work will be carried out through a combination of remote and face-to-face clinics, depending on service requirements. Applicants should have experience working as a substantive Consultant Psychiatrist within the NHS, be included on the GMC Specialist Register, and hold unrestricted GMC registration and licence to practise.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve undertaking comprehensive assessments and diagnosis for patients referred for potential Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting ADHD and Autism assessments in line with NICE guidance and best clinical practice.
Overseeing the assessment and diagnosis of ADHD and Autism assessments by a qualified Neurodevelopmental Assessor.
Reviewing referral documentation, screening questionnaires and supporting evidence.
Undertaking diagnostic interviews and comprehensive clinical assessments.
Producing detailed diagnostic reports and recommendations.
Communicating assessment outcomes and treatment recommendations to patients, families and referrers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Intravenous Administration Service (CIVAS) in Leeds as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse. This rewarding role involves delivering IV therapies, including antimicrobials, diuretics and antivirals, to patients in their own homes and clinic settings, supporting early discharge and reducing hospital admissions. You will work as part of a small, experienced and supportive team, managing your own caseload while maintaining regular communication with colleagues. The service operates 7 days a week between 8am and 7pm, with shifts of 8am4pm and 11am7pm. This is a 37.5-hour permanent post requiring flexibility, independence and strong organisational skills. Main duties of the job
As a Community Staff Nurse within CIVAS, you will deliver specialist IV therapy care to patients across Leeds in both home and clinic settings. You will undertake comprehensive, holistic patient assessments to ensure care is safe, effective and tailored to individual needs. Your responsibilities will include the safe administration of intravenous medications, insertion and management of peripheral venous cannulas, and monitoring and maintenance of vascular access devices. You will also carry out blood sampling and observe patients for therapeutic response and potential complications, taking appropriate action where required. Working autonomously for much of the day, you will manage a defined caseload, planning visits efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to clinical standards and protocols. Senior Clinical Coder wanted
Cardiff & Vale University Health Board is looking for a full-time, highly motivated individual with a passion for clinical coding to join their coding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for those wishing to further their clinical coding career and gain valuable experience within Wales' largest hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and evolving service focused on delivering high-quality ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments for NHS patients across both adult and child neurodevelopmental pathways.

We are excited to offer a fixed-term Band 5 Paediatric Dietitian maternity cover post. We are a small yet dedicated community paediatric dietetic team covering the East Riding of Yorkshire. Our service offers flexible working patterns, including virtual, telephone, and face-to-face clinical sessions.
We use telephone and video consultations and work closely with our multidisciplinary team via MS Teams to ensure safe and effective practice. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a positive attitude who is as passionate about our work as we are. We work with a range of children, including those who are looked after and those who may have complex healthcare needs.
Our service covers one-to-one clinic sessions, telephone clinics, input into special schools, MDT meetings, and group education sessions. We work with a variety of clinical presentations, including allergies, nutritional support, very restrictive food intake, nutritional deficiencies, enteral feeding, and learning disabilities. The team is committed to training and keeping skills up to date so that we can be as specialist as possible within our area of practice.
We strive to provide excellent student training to A, B, and C placement students and work closely with universities and our Humber Dietetic colleagues.
