Main duties of the job

What you will bring to the roleTo fulfil the role of Neonatal Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will be an expert practitioner with substantial experience working at an advanced level in the assessment, differential diagnosis and management of neonatal feeding and swallowing difficulties and early communication and interaction within a tertiary neonatal setting.
You will demonstrate practice consistent with RCSLT Neonatal Competency Framework Level D, providing clinical leadership for highly complex neonatal dysphagia and communication needs across the service. You will possess highly developed specialist skills in the assessment, treatment and management of infants presenting with complex feeding and swallowing disorders, including those requiring tracheostomy management, instrumental assessments such as videofluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) and Fibreoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), and multidisciplinary decision-making regarding feeding and airway management. You will be an autonomous practitioner with advanced clinical reasoning skills, capable of managing highly complex and unpredictable clinical situations. As the clinical lead for neonatal speech and language therapy, you will provide professional and operational leadership for the neonatal SLT service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, evidence-based and family-centred care. You will lead service development initiatives, quality improvement programmes, audit, research activity and implementation of national standards and best practice guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant clinical drivers and governance requirements. You will hold responsibility for a complex clinical caseload whilst providing expert advice, supervision and support to SLTs, neonatal colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team. You will lead the development and delivery of training programmes for clinical staff and contribute to workforce development, competency frameworks and succession planning within the service.

What you will bring to the roleTo fulfil the role of Neonatal Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will be an expert practitioner with substantial experience working at an advanced level in the assessment, differential diagnosis and management of neonatal feeding and swallowing difficulties and early communication and interaction within a tertiary neonatal setting.
You will demonstrate practice consistent with RCSLT Neonatal Competency Framework Level D, providing clinical leadership for highly complex neonatal dysphagia and communication needs across the service. You will possess highly developed specialist skills in the assessment, treatment and management of infants presenting with complex feeding and swallowing disorders, including those requiring tracheostomy management, instrumental assessments such as videofluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) and Fibreoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), and multidisciplinary decision-making regarding feeding and airway management. You will be an autonomous practitioner with advanced clinical reasoning skills, capable of managing highly complex and unpredictable clinical situations. As the clinical lead for neonatal speech and language therapy, you will provide professional and operational leadership for the neonatal SLT service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, evidence-based and family-centred care. You will lead service development initiatives, quality improvement programmes, audit, research activity and implementation of national standards and best practice guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant clinical drivers and governance requirements. You will hold responsibility for a complex clinical caseload whilst providing expert advice, supervision and support to SLTs, neonatal colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team. Job summary
Northern Lincolnshire Integrated Sexual Health (NLiSH) services have an opportunity for a healthcare support worker to join their countywide team. The base for this post is Grimsby, but there will be an expectation to support other clinics across North and North East Lincolnshire when service demands require. Travel time and expenses are supported.
The role is varied and requires candidates to be non-judgemental and adhere to strict confidentiality policy. This is a dual role which includes reception and administration duties alongside the healthcare role. Experience within healthcare including venepuncture skills is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Main duties of the job
HCSW:
Sets up clinical rooms, chaperones specialist practitioners within clinical examinations and handles and processes samples.
Provides support on a regular basis for reception and central booking line.
Undertakes stock control, ordering of sundries and stock taking duties.
Ensures all infection control policies are met with by ensuring cleaning duties and clinical waste duties are appropriately met.
Will be taught microscopy skills to support in house diagnostic services.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the delivery a high quality, comprehensive mental health service for children and young people with emotional health/mental health difficulties. The role involves managing a defined caseload with a focus on working with children and young people and their families who experience a complex range of needs and difficulties. Acting as a key member of the team, the post holder will provide assessment, psychosocial, evidence-based interventions using a collaborative approach and will be skilled at risk assessment and management. They will provide supervision for other team members in an area of interest such as family work, safeguarding, SEND as agreed with the Operational Manager.
They will lead on supporting the team with the whole school approach developments and evaluation and offer liaison, advice and consultation with schools and a wide range of external agencies.
Main duties of the job
Take responsibility for the management of a complex caseload, which includes, specialist assessment (within service specification), and care planning in conjunction with service user and carer, evaluation of individual treatment plans for CYP with mental health needs.
Responsible for participating in the setting of quality standards, including the auditing, monitoring and reviewing of practice in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy.
Assess patient's individual care needs, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
Deliver a range of interventions in accordance with the agreed plan of care and Pathway guidance.
Complete and contribute, where appropriate to robust risk assessments and risk management plans. Deliver and promote positive risk taking, where appropriate, to improve quality of life and maximise occupational performance/independence.
Maintain an effective reporting system by observing and reporting verbally and in writing on patient conditions.
To encourage and support service user and carer involvement and participation.
To attend and contribute to MHST business and development forums.
Utilise agreed outcome measures to review the effectiveness of interventions, as part of the care planning and evaluation process. Assist in ensuring that the aims and objectives of the service are fulfilled and to identify factors which may inhibit these from being achieved.

We would like to welcome additional Practitioner Psychologists to be part of our CAMHS multi-disciplinary teams, working within established services.
We have 2 fixed-term 12-month vacancies for Clinical/Counselling Psychologists based in our Tamworth and Lichfield CAMHS teams, working alongside the multi-disciplinary teams and supported by a Principal Clinical Psychologist and Consultant Clinical Psychologist. These are a band 7 posts and we will support newly qualifying Clinical Psychologists, who may be seeking a Band 8a post in the future, via our development programme.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Passionate about working with the children and young people seen in our community CAMH services
- Collaborative in their approach to working with children, young people, their families/carers and networks
- Excited about the opportunity to contribute to service developments
- Keen to maximize what psychologists can deliver whilst also working with, and recognizing the strengths of, the multi-disciplinary team

Main duties of the job
- You will be responsible for the provision of a therapeutic psychological / mental health service to children & young people presenting with psychological distress and mental health difficulties. The role will incorporate complex assessments leading to psychological formulations and the delivery of effective interventions to this population.
- All clinical staff in the team assist with the duty rota (9-5 on working days), contribute to initial assessments, manage risk and act as case managers for their general caseload.
- CAMHS staff need to be able to work in a range of settings, most usually clinic settings but also including home visits, residential settings, and schools as well as attending meetings at different sites. As such, the ability to travel across South Staffordshire is required.

Enhanced Reconnect is an innovative service supporting people in contact with the criminal justice system, recognising that offending is often linked to unmet health and social needs. The service empowers individuals to successfully reconnect with their communities after release, ensuring they can access the right support at the right time.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System or prison custody to make a real and lasting difference. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ESS Nurse to join our team at HMP Swinfen Hall.
HMP Swinfen Hall is a Category C prison for men and young offenders located in the village of Swinfen in Staffordshire.
The ESS service is part of the national personality disorder OPD pathway. It is comprised of a small multi-disciplinary, multi-agency team to offer short term specialist interventions to the young men in our service who cause disruption to the establishment.
Our aim to reduce the level of disruption and risk to self and others by encouraging positive engagement. Service users present with several complex difficulties, and we offer treatment to meet the needs of the individual utilising the specialist skills of the team.
Main duties of the job
Working effectively within the team you will provide evidence based interventions. You will manage a caseload of patients and will be required to undertake assessments and reviews.
You will be responsible for the provision of specialist interventions for mental health / personality disorder / neurodiverse service users referred to ESS.
You will develop assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care and assist with the ongoing development of the ESS service.

Main duties of the job
The service we provide is in line with NICE Evidenced Based Treatment for those children and young people. Job summary
Spring Tide is a Tier 4 Intensive Therapy Program based in Hove that treats Young People aged 10-18, with a diagnosed Eating Disorder. We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Sussex-wide team for 10 sessions per week.
This role plays an integral part in prioritising the delivery of a safe, effective and caring service to those YP and their families/carers within Sussex. The ITP is based on the Maudsley model and has been open in Sussex for 3 years. We accept up to 10 cases, which are referred to from the local CAMHS teams and/ or the local community Eating Disorder Service (SFEDS)

Main duties of the job
The role is based at Aldrington House, Hove. The program treats children and young people with serious mental health problems and Atypical Anorexia/ Anorexia Nervosa.
The service we provide is in line with NICE Concordant Evidenced Based Treatment.
You will provide high quality specialist clinical assessments, including relevant psychiatric and physical investigation to children, young people and their families and work collaboratively with other members of the team to plan and deliver appropriate individually tailored treatment plans.
You will work as part of a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team which includes nurses, systemic family therapists, clinical psychology, occupational therapy, dietician, Assistant Psychology, and Support workers.
This post works alongside other Consultants and Specialty Doctors who work in Sussex ChYPS.
You will also be part of a Trust wide consultant network where there are opportunities to liaise with colleagues in other posts throughout the Trust and develop peer networks. You will also see consultant peers at regular division meetings in the locality and at clinical governance meetings.

Do you have driving & administration experience? Primary care 24 (PC24) are looking for Drivers to join our workforce, who will drive clinicians to home visits and cover reception duties in our Out of Hours services.
