The Wellbeing in Mind Team deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors in England. We currently have 5 Wellbeing in Mind teams across North Yorkshire, which are embedded within education settings
The Wellbeing in Mind team has 3 functions
1. Support the development of a whole school (or college) approach (WSA) to wellbeing. This can include, but is not limited to, supporting sites to develop and implement mental health and wellbeing policies, development of resources, supporting campaigns and delivering training, assemblies and PHSE curriculum.2. Provide timely advice and consultation to education staff. This is designed to support teaching staff to build their skills and confidence in supporting the wellbeing needs of their students/pupils. This is offered in both a formal and informal way.3. Undertake direct assessments and intervention for young people within education. We offer a low intensity service model, predominantly using cognitive-behavioural therapy.
Main duties of the job
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Whole School and college Approach (WCSA) Practitioners on a permanent basis to cover our York Team. This is a brand new position to coordinate the whole school approach activities and resources.
You will be responsible for the development, monitoring and implementation of the WSA approach in participating schools with limited or indirect supervision, with direction from Leadership team.
You will coordinate resources across the service for the delivery of WSA interventions, including planning of service/staff time required and working across the service, engaging with schools, colleges and other key stakeholders.
The post holder will improve the lives of children and young people with mental ill health by minimising the impact of their condition through the delivery of excellent services to promote recovery and well-being and will be compassionate in meeting the needs of children and young people and their carers.
You will promote social inclusion, positive wellbeing cultures, community access and participation through the provision of whole school interventions and collaboration with stakeholders.

This pivotal role provides strategic, professional and operational nursing leadership across a large and complex UEC portfolio, including Emergency Care, Acute Medicine and unscheduled care services. Working as part of the divisional triumvirate, you will lead quality improvement, workforce transformation, governance, patient safety and operational performance.
We are seeking a credible and experienced senior nursing leader with substantial UEC experience and a proven record of leading large teams, delivering service improvement and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Significant senior nursing leadership experience within Urgent and Emergency Care.
Current or recent experience at Head of Nursing, Deputy Head of Nursing or Associate Director of Nursing level.
Demonstrable experience of leading quality, governance, workforce and operational performance.
Proven success in service transformation, workforce planning and safe staffing.

At Care in Mind our homes are always a hub of activity and energy where the young people can feel safe, and our staff enjoy coming to work. Your role will involve working with our young people to promote independence through support with education, household tasks and general life skills. You will also update online care records and complete medication administration. In addition, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and tidiness of the home ensuring the young people live in homely environment.
At our home in Liversedge, West Yorkshire you will be working with young people who have a variety of mental health diagnosis including personality disorder, those who have difficult relationships with food and those who use self-harm as a strategy to cope with their emotions. As such, you will be required to be patient and resilient as the support you will be providing to our young people will include supporting them to improve their relationship with food and managing incidents of self-harm. When our young people are preparing for moving on positively from the home into the community, you will be supporting this transition through things such as: supporting them to self-administer their own medication, re-engaging with education, accessing public transport and appointments independently. The young people enjoy in house activities such as arts/crafts, baking, cooking, board games and quiz/movie/theme nights. They also like going out in the community, on day trips to the beach or similar, shopping, eating out, bowling, walks, concerts and the cinema.
The home is a 5-bed service and is an Edwardian building with lovely spacious rooms including plenty of communal areas where young people and staff can work together. Alongside the house there is a fabulous back garden and large decking area, which are perfect for when the summer months bring the sunny weather to Yorkshire. You will be working with an established, experienced and diverse staff team who all have a passion for supporting the young people to achieve their goals and help them move on to full independence.

The young people enjoy in house activities such as arts/crafts, baking, cooking, board games and quiz/movie/theme nights. The home is a 5-bed service and is an Edwardian building with lovely spacious rooms including plenty of communal areas where young people and staff can work together. Alongside the house there is a fabulous back garden and large decking area, which are perfect for when the summer months bring the sunny weather to Yorkshire. The Integrated Mental Health Teams at HMP Full Sutton and HMP Millsike are a partnership between TEWV and Rethink Mental Illness, delivering primary and secondary person-centred, recovery-focused mental health care. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide OT assessment, intervention and care planning for men with complex mental health needs, supporting recovery, wellbeing and successful transitions across custody settings and in preparation for release into the community.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will complete occupational performance assessments and occupational formulations, as part of the wider context of team assessment. In addition, you will use client-centred approaches to co-produce negotiated occupational goals and evaluate these in line with clinical outcome measures.
You will offer clinical advice and support relating to occupational needs with multi-disciplinary professionals and multi-agency partners, contribute to multi-disciplinary team working in line with the service operational policy and Health and Justice Clinical Model and use relevant electronic record systems in the prison setting including Systm One and NOMIS (as required).
The successful postholder will abide by all Trust policies and procedures, be able to respond flexibly and creatively to challenges that arise within the context of a prison setting, contribute to own clinical supervision provided by an experienced Occupational Therapist, line management from the Team Manager, and professional leadership from the OT Lead for Health and Justice Services. Main duties of the job

Previous CT experience is essential and as part of the CT scanning team you will be expected to work a variety of shifts to provide a service, 24/7. York Hospital currently operates 2 Siemens CT scanners (Definition Edge and AS+),with the replacement of a third CT scanner, a Canon Aquilion One INSIGHT CTfor cardiac CT, in Autumn 2026. We also staff a mobile CT scanner (Siemens Go TOP) to perform lung cancer screening checks out in the community. The existing Siemens scanners will be replaced in Spring 2027 with 2 Siemens Xceed CT scanners.
We are a forward-thinking department committed to advanced practice currently undertaking extended roles, including vetting and reporting of CT head scans. We undertake a variety of CT examinations including Cardiac CT and colonography. The CT scanning team are supported to attend the Post Graduate Certificates in CT and Forensic Imaging, the National CT Colonography Academy and the Goodwood Cardiac CTA course.
Main duties of the job
Requirements of the role:
1. Must have a degree in Diagnostic Radiography (or comparable higher education qualification in Diagnostic Radiography).2. Must be HCPC registered.3. Must have relevant prescribed clinical experience leading to qualification.4. Evidence of continuous professional development.5. Must have excellent communication skills, be calm under pressure and exhibit a caring attitude.

Within your role you will form a crucial part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, delivering a high standard of healthcare to patients living within their own homes, facilitating short term rehabilitation, reablement and recovery in order to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and enable patients to recover following an acute hospital stay.
You will work closely with patients and their families, nursing and therapy colleagues within the team, and will build connections with health and social care partners across the local system. Taking a reablement approach the service supports people to return to, and / or, remain in their own home.
We are looking for candidates with the ability to motivate individuals, to aid their recovery and maximise independence in order to achieve the goals that matter to them.
Main duties of the job
You will undertake duties delegated by the Nursing, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams, and will be responsible for providing holistic, person centred, compassionate health care to patient's 18 years and over, supporting rehabilitation, reablement and recovery within the comfort of the patients home.
We provide a 7 day service, between the hours of 8am - 8pm; therefore successful candidates will take part in a rota that covers the hours of the service, however we do offer a flexible and varied shift pattern. Our experienced nursing team operates an effective letter triaging system, significantly reducing GP administrative workload, while our efficient on-site pharmacy team helps streamline prescribing and medication queries, allowing you to focus on patient care.
You will be based in modern, purpose-built premises with an on-site pharmacy and dental practice, dedicated doctors' parking with full CCTV surveillance, and excellent access to major road networks.
The successful applicant will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care to our practice population, managing a broad spectrum of health conditions in a timely and efficient manner.

We are looking for a confident Hospital Administrator with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
You'll be working 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Pindar House.
Cygnet Pindar House is our 22 bed Neuropsychiatric care and treatment service for men affected by acquired brain injuries. It is a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease like Huntingtons Disease, a caring and longer term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms.
The service is a modern purpose-built facility, designed specifically to provide a clinically-led evidence-based neuropsychiatric pathway for individuals presenting with behaviours that challenge. Our focus is to create a therapeutic rich environment to engage the men in our care and offer them the opportunity to maximise their independence.
Our in-house Neuropsychiatry interdisciplinary team are able to support those with complex physical health needs and we have bedrooms located on the ground floor for men with mobility impairments.
Our person-centred approach puts the individual at the centre of their care and discharge planning. The service offers a wide range of activities and facilities to promote independent function. Positive behaviour goals are focused on discharge planning to support service users to return to community living either with support or independently.
Main Purpose of the Role. To provide high-level administrative, reporting, and tracking support to the hospital management and finance teams. The post holder ensures the site meets strict training and performance compliance frameworks.
Administration Contractual KPI Tracking: Monitor and maintain records for site-specific compliance requirements stipulated within ICB and NHS commissioner service level agreements (SLAs).
Clinical Governance Meeting Support: Coordinate logistics, compile briefing packs, and record
Mandatory Training Compliance & Matrix Management Commissioning Training Audits: Track, update, and manage the staff training matrix to ensure 100% compliance with Cygnet core requirements
Operational Finance Support & Billing Admin Accounts Receivable Liaison: Ensure accurate bed-occupancy data, funding configurations, and split-funding arrangements (between ICBs and Local Authorities) are correctly documented for the centralised Accounts Receivable function.
Manage Patient Accounts: Administer personal spending funds (Patient Monies) for long-stay, residential, or vulnerable patients, ensuring precise tracking of all deposits and withdrawals and complete regular audits
Data Management, Reports & Audits Information Governance: Maintain immaculate electronic and physical records in strict compliance with the Data Security and Protection and ICB publishing guidelines .Dashboard Compilation: Collate complex operational data to build comprehensive weekly performance reports, highlighting training drop-offs, billing variances, or overdue HR actions.
Manage Staffing Wages: Oversee and execute the end-to-end processing of wages f or permanent, temporary, and agency staff. Timesheet Reconciliation: Review, verify, and approve digital and physical timesheets, actively resolving discrepancies or missing sign-offs with the management team. : Maintain strict adherence to working time directives and Cygnets policies, healthcare overtime regulations, Audit & Data Integrity: Conduct routine audits of timekeeping records and payroll databases to eliminate errors, prevent compliance issues and ensure accurate financial reporting.
