Job summary
Enderley Road Medical Centre is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist. who has completed his Independent Prescribing Qualification and CPPE, to join our friendly, supportive and forward thinking practice for 15 to 22.5 hours per week. We are flexible on working patterns, provided your agreed hours are completed between 8:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
Main duties of the job
We are very active within the PCN and interested in providing excellent patient care. The post-holder must be a team player and willing to engage in care planning, bringing new ideas and providing a quality service to patients. About us
The practice has a registered population of 12,000 patients with 5 partners, 4 salaried GPs as well as an extensive clinical team comprising of Practice Nurses, Paramedic, Health Care Assistants, Phlebotomist, PCN Pharmacist, PCN Physician Associate, PCN First Contact Practitioner and supported by a large team of receptionists and administrators. The practice is also an established training practice with GP Registrars, Foundation Doctors and Trainee nurse. The clinical system used by the practice is EMIS web and has a CQC rating of Good. The practice is part of the Healthsense Primary Care Network (PCN).

Job summary
This is a new consultant post in paediatric hepatobiliary and transplant surgery, created to provide continuity of highly specialised hepatobiliary surgery (HPB), liver, intestinal and renal transplantation as part of a strategic succession plan. The post-holder will also be involved in developing donor procurement services that benefit paediatric recipients.
The successful applicant will be based within the Liver Unit at Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital (BWC). Surgical activity, including Transplant on-call, will be shared with one Consultant Transplant Surgeon also based at BWC and the Liver Transplant Team based at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust (UHB). Paediatric HPB will be shared with two Paediatric HBP Surgeons at BWC. Dependent on experience, they will also be expected to participate in the renal transplant programme or will train in post to acquire sufficient skills to be autonomous within 2 years of appointment. The renal transplant rota is shared with two Liver Unit Surgeons and one urologist. They will also work closely with the organ procurement team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust. Applicants will be expected to work very closely with Paediatric hepatologists and with the wider, extensive MDT team as well as the renal transplant team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be undertaking paediatric Liver, Bowel, Renal and Multi-visceral transplants and related activities. In addition, they will also undertake paediatric HPB surgery. This is a strategic succession post and the postholder will be expected to develop their skills under the supervision of senior colleagues. The successful candidate will be expected to be an active member of the Liver Unit and Renal Transplant MDT discussions.
. The clinical duties will be as follows:
- On-call for all pre-and post-transplant related work.
- Evaluation and management of patients re-admitted for surgical complications.
- Daily ward round, evaluation of patients and making the management plans.
- Attendance at multi-disciplinary team meetings (Histology, Radiology, - - Transplant, MDT ward rounds).
- Participation in elective surgical lists.
- Conducting the post-transplant clinic.
-Undertake additional renal transplant training to achieve autonomous practice (dependent on the postholders skills).
-Participate in the development of Normothermic Regional Perfusion organ procurement, application of new graft ex-vivo perfusion techniques and the living donor programmes, in conjunction with UHB colleagues.
- Participate in the on-call rotas for the Liver Unit including cross-cover to allow colleagues leave.

Haematology Personal Medical Secretary Permanent 22.5 hours per week
Pathology Medical Secretary to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Consultant Haematologists, Haematology/Transfusion Team and the Pathology Management Team, Pathology Quality Manager, Nurse Specialists, Directorate, Departmental and some Trust-wide committees.

These newly established posts have been created following a successful business case to enhance specialist pharmacy services for Haematology patients across the Health Board. Successful candidates will work closely with the multidisciplinary haematology team while providing cross-site support to outpatient and inpatient haematology services.

Job summary
The Trust is seeking to appoint one substantive 10 PA Consultant Gastroenterologist. This appointment will join the existing 16 Gastroenterologists. The post holder will be expected to work across the Trust's 3 sites: Andover War Memorial Hospital, Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, and the Royal Hampshire County Hospital.
The current consultants provide sub-specialty interests in upper and lower therapeutic endoscopy, inflammatory bowel disease, hepatology, nutrition, pancreatobiliary, and motility/functional disease. Existing services include bowel cancer screening, ERCP and SpyGlass, endoscopic ultrasound, advanced GI physiology, and capsule endoscopy.
The post holder will be involved with in-patient gastroenterology and GIM and participate in approximately 1:9 acute GI bleed on-call alongside a 7-day inpatient service in Basingstoke, reviewing new admissions that require Gastroenterology input over the weekend.
Main duties of the job
Location
The Consultant Gastroenterologist will be responsible for service delivery across the whole Trust, therefore cross site working over 3 sites is required. The service provides inpatient Gastroenterology in Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital and the Royal Hampshire County Hospital. There are fully equipped and JAG accredited Endoscopy suites at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital, Andover War Memorial Hospital and North Hampshire Hospital with bowel cancer screening, ERCP, EUS and a range of interventional procedures. Outpatient clinics are undertaken in all of the Trust's 3 sites in addition to at Alton Community Hospital.
There is full secretarial support with an administration team consisting of a Speciality Co-ordinator (Gastroenterology) and support staff based in both Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital and the Royal Hampshire County Hospital sites. Each Consultant has dedicated office space and supporting IT.

Management
The Trust has three Clinical Divisions, each managed by a Medical Director (Senior Clinician). This role is supported by a full time Operational Service Manager and a full time management accountant. The approach, in line with Department of Health guidance, devolves as much day to day operational management to the Divisional Management Boards as possible. Applications are invited for a Senior Clinical Fellow, ST3+ equivalent, to join an innovative team dedicated to Dermatology.
The post is for 12 months. The post is to cover maternity and a service need designed to offer a doctor further experience in dermatology.This post is based at the NNUHFT and Cromer Hospital. However, you may be asked to work at other sites as we are in partnership.
The NNUH Dermatology team includes 17 substantive consultants, 3 nurse consultants and 3 locum consultants.
We welcome all applications irrespective of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race or religion. Additionally, people with disabilities will be offered an interview providing they meet the minimum criteria for the post. The Trust operates job share and flexible working.
Main duties of the job
The post involves 10 sessions of which 6-7 will be outpatient clinics. These clinics vary from general dermatology, skin cancer clinics, minor surgery and specialist clinics. Dermatology does not have dedicated inpatient beds but dermatology patients may be on other wards. The duties of the Clinical Fellow post also include working with the Core trainees in looking after inpatients. The clinical fellows are on regular on call/ acute dermatology rota along with the ST3+ resident doctors (once a week frequency usually) holding the emergency phone between 8am-6pm (weekdays), dealing with calls from GPs, ward patients and A&E.
The appointee will be encouraged to undertake an audit and a short research project.
This post is designed for a doctor looking to gain further experience and a career in dermatology. Applicants will be encouraged to register for e-portfolio and to undertake work based assessment in line with those performed by trainees and we also support CCT via the portfolio pathway route. This is a non-training post, and therefore the successful applicant must be fully registered with the GMC.

Job summary
This role forms part of a newly established Clinical Co-ordination Function in Birmingham and Solihull (BSOL), aimed at improving support for children and young people (CYP) with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism (LD/A).
The Clinical Co-ordinator will lead on coordinating care and support for CYP with LD/A at risk of hospital admission, ensuring that pre-admission Care, Education and Treatment Reviews (CETRs) are completed in line with NHS England guidance.
We have two roles available, one covering the Birmingham area, and one covering the Solihull area.
For Birmingham, the post holder will sit within the Disability Intensive Care Enhanced (DICE) Team, who work to prevent avoidable psychiatric admissions for children and young people with learning disabilities and / or autism. The individual would engage directly with children and young people who are admitted to a mental health hospital, and work with networks to proactively support discharge and reduce the risks of readmission.
For Solihull, the post holder will sit with the MPOWER service, who work to prevent avoidable psychiatric admissions for children and young people with learning disabilities and / or autism. The individual would engage directly with children and young people who are admitted to a mental health hospital, and work with networks to proactively support discharge and reduce the risks of readmission.
Main duties of the job
- Provide clinical leadership and coordination for CYP with LD/A at risk of admission.
- Hold clinical oversight of complex cases, ensuring proactive risk management, contingency planning, and admission avoidance.
- Monitor and report on the inpatient cohort, ensuring timely discharge planning and post-discharge support.
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, governance, and adherence to national and local LD/A frameworks.
- Offer CAMHS inpatient reviews of treatment and support discharge planning, ensuring key stakeholder from within the service are present or referrals completed,Andinitiate escalation whererequiredto prevent delays in treatment or discharge.

About The East Sussex Community MSK Persistent Pain Service
The East Sussex Community MSK Persistent Pain Service provides specialist, community-based support for people aged 16 years and over living with persistent musculoskeletal pain.
The service aims to help people

- reduce fear and uncertainty whilst improving confidence, function and quality of life;
- participate in family, social, educational and working life;
- develop skills for managing pain and flare-ups;

Main duties of the job
Patient Care Advisors are often the first point of contact for people using the East Sussex Community MSK Persistent Pain Service. They play an important role in helping patients feel listened to, supported and directed to the right part of the service.
This is a predominantly phone-based role, requiring excellent communication skills, empathy, attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach. Patient Care Advisors respond to patient queries, help people understand the next steps in their care, support appointment and referral processes, and resolve issues in a timely and professional way.
Patient Care Advisors work with patient information every day, so accuracy, confidentiality and good data quality are central to the role. They use clinical, referral and administrative systems to record information, manage appointments, support clinic preparation and help ensure patients move through their pathway smoothly.
The role also involves working as part of a wider team, supporting colleagues, clinicians, GP practices, hospital and community teams. Patient Care Advisors contribute to the day-to-day running of the service by being flexible, organised and willing to support changing service needs.

Due to retirement within our existing Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oncology Nurse to join a well-established and supportive team to provide excellent clinical care for Uro-Oncology patients.
A high level of previous Oncology knowledge and experience will be required for this post but we are happy to support and train the right person. The successful applicant will be joining an established and supportive team.

Edgcumbe Ward is a specialist dementia 11 bedded assessment unit based at Mount Gould Hospital in Plymouth. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health or General Nurse to join our team.

The post holder will work a range of shifts including long days, early, late and night shifts over a 7 day period.

Main duties of the job
Edgcumbe ward is an 11 bedded dementia assessment unit based in Plymouth providing 24-hour care for people whose needs require specialist assessment.
The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care. Edgcumbe works within an MDT model with nursing staff / OTs / Physios and Medics.
The post holders will have a passion for the care of people with dementia. Previous experience of working with dementia is preferable however, this post is also suitable for people who are recently qualified.
Following a period of induction post holders will be designated as in charge of some shifts as well as completing medication and ward rounds.
Following a period of development, the post holder will have the opportunity to share their knowledge through providing supervision to junior staff. Job summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Assistant to join the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust Estates team, based at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch.
For this post, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who is experienced in general building repairs and general building maintenance, or has experience in a similar role.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
This post is based in the Department of Diabetes & Endocrinology at Guy's & St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The department provides comprehensive general and speciality services for all aspects of diabetes, endocrinology, lipids, obesity and metabolic disorders for both outpatients and inpatients at GSTT. There are established links with intermediate care teams which are community based in Lambeth and Southwark. Purpose-built day centres exist on both the Guys and St. Thomas' sites and the post-holder will work across the sites. The senior clinical fellow role is an important one in the Dept with the post-holder being an essential part of the clinical workforce in D&E.
Main duties of the job
This is a one-year fixed term post allowing the post-holder to focus on developing skills and experience in all aspects of endocrinology and diabetes in a teaching hospital setting. The department has >13 Consultants involved in the delivery of care to all aspects endocrinology and diabetes serving a large, urban secondary and tertiary population. The role will be predominantly out-patient based, working in thewider MDT to provide high quality care. The post-holder will deliver clinics, support the activities in the day centres, contribute to the delivery of multi-disciplinary meetings in addition to contributing to governance activities, QiP and teaching and training. There will be opportunity to attend clinical activities in allied departments, including the community setting to complete a broad experience in endocrinologyand diabetes. There is no general medicine commitment in the post, and no out of hours rota duties. The post would suit a post-CCT doctor, a colleague seeking CESR or a trainee who wishes to spend dedicated time immersed in clinical endocrinology and diabetes. The role sits alongside 1 other clinical fellow, research fellows and Deanery rotating SpRs (currently 6) working collaboratively.
