Job summary
The Senior Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and environmental safety within the Churchill Intensive Care Unit and ensuring compliance with infection prevention, health and safety, and Trust policies.
Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, the role supports a safe, efficient, and high-quality patient environment. The Senior Housekeeper will monitor standards, contribute to audits and service improvements, and act as a point of contact for stocks and environmental issues within the unit.
Main duties of the job

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and environmental safety within the Churchill Intensive Care Unit in line with Trust and infection control policies.

Act as a senior point of contact for housekeeping and environmental issues, liaising with relevant teams as required.

Monitor housekeeping standards and carry out environmental checks and audits.

Support service improvements and quality initiatives within the unit.

Ensure appropriate use and availability of general stocks and supplies.

Escalate risks or concerns in accordance with Trust procedures.

Job summary
1. To work as an experienced, SVT accredited Clinical Vascular Scientist able to work unsupervised and autonomously to perform a wide range of vascular diagnostic investigations selecting appropriate methods depending on patient need
2. To report on own findings and discuss results with referring clinicians as appropriate
3. Undertake specific non-scanning roles in the day-to-day management of the service as agreed with the Chief Vascular Scientist
4. Take joint responsibility for daily workload planning and prioritising patients dependant on demand and resources while ensuring effective use of time
5. To be involved in training new members of staff i.e. departmental trainees, Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons (SPR's), AAA screening technicians, visiting technologists, clinicians and undertake audits/studies
6. Travel to other sites within the Thames Valley Vascular Network to provide scanning support to outreach clinics
7. Support and adapt to any service development needs including flexible working hours
Main duties of the job
- Be part of the VSU team performing a full range of non-invasive diagnostic tests on vascular patients, predominantly duplex ultrasound
- Write own diagnostic reports sharing with referring clinicians and uploading onto PACS
- Work closely with the vascular team, vascular ward, vascular triage and other services across the Trust and Thames Valley Vascular Network

RESPONSIBILITIES
CLINICAL
1. At a highly specialised level, perform accurate and detailed assessments to diagnose and monitor peripheral arterial and venous disease of the lower limbs, upper limbs, abdomen and neck. These mainly involve the use of colour Duplex ultrasound according to departmental protocols but may also include other relevant test modalities
2. Take history and examine patients to ensure appropriate examinations are carried out
3. To produce clear and concise reports in a timely fashion immediately after the investigations have been completed
4. To report directly to the referring Consultant/clinician within an appropriate timeframe and arrange urgent assessment by the vascular team if patients condition warrants
5. To communicate and expertly advise on results of all scans to clinicians and offer evidence based second opinions in cases of conflicting results between hospitals, junior staff or diagnostic modalities
6. Take a lead prioritising incoming referrals and plan appropriate investigations. Discuss any workload planning issues with the Chief Vascular Scientist
7. Provide advice in respect to on-going patient management where required
8. Communicate the scan results and implications to the patient in an appropriate manner. Sensitivity and empathy are required when dealing with emotional topics that may result in major surgery or limb loss
9. Reinforce information given by other healthcare professionals to the patients and relatives about risk factor management and disease processes
10. Represent the JW Vascular Studies Unit at joint clinical review meetings including weekly MDT meetings
11. Provide health education for patients with vascular disorders
12. Adhere to local and departmental infection control policy and procedures
MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
1. Accept delegated responsibility for agreed aspects of the day-to-day running of the VSU to both ensure effective service provision and broaden personal development

Main duties of the job
The role will involve being the allocated key worker (formerly known as Care Coordinator) for a caseload of patients with severe and enduring mental illness. We are looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Technologist / Dosimetrist to join our team.
You will play a key role in the provision of a technical/clinical service in Radiotherapy Physics, primarily in treatment planning.
This role carries the option to be part- or fully based at one of our satellites depending on applicant suitability and needs of our service. We also offer a comprehensive selection of flexible working arrangements.

Main duties of the job
The postholder will take a leading role in the provision of a technical/clinical service in Radiotherapy Physics, primarily in treatment planning and equipment quality assurance.
You will provide expert advice to consultant oncologists and other healthcare professionals to resolve problems with complex radiotherapy equipment and treatment plans. You will also provide training for other Radiotherapy staff in treatment planning techniques and equipment QA, and help to develop new techniques for the service.
The OUH Radiotherapy Centre at the Churchill Hospital is a five linac, all-Varian (including Halcyon, TrueBeam) site with CT-sim, ARIA, Eclipse and HDR brachytherapy unit. Our existing satellite centre in Swindon operates a further two linacs and a CT-sim. A second satellite centre in Milton Keynes operating a single linac and CT-sim opened in 2025. Supporting systems include AI auto-contouring and RadCalc. We have a modern suite of treatment planning functionality including RapidPlan, MCO, HyperArc and Velocity, and we treat with a wide variety of techniques including SRS/SRT and SABR. We have a range of development work underway and on the horizon and also an active computing team working to develop software and scripts for automation and data analysis. We have close links with Oxford University and an expanding portfolio of clinical trials.

For applicants from an anaesthesia background, there is the opportunity to provide anaesthesia for cardiac surgical, thoracic surgical and cardiological procedures depending upon expertise and the needs of the service. The work pattern on the Cardiothoracic Critical Care is comprised of 12 hour resident day shifts and non-resident overnight on-calls. The unit is therefore covered by dedicated Consultants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; this being divided between a group of 7 consultants. We have some exciting opportunities available to join the Urology team as a Assistant Patient Pathway Administrator. We have a variety of posts based at either the Churchill Hospital (Headington) or the Horton Hospital (Banbury).
As a Assistant Patient Pathway Administrator, you will work closely with our clinical teams to support the delivery of excellent care to our patients. Main duties of the job
1. Book new and follow-up outpatient and diagnostic appointments, ensuring that capacity is proactively and efficiently used. This includes booking patients into the correct clinic to ensure that they are seen by the most appropriate clinician.
2. Reschedule outpatient appointments as a result of patients calling the service, in line with local targets and agreed local processes in respect to patient cancellations.
3. Actively review patient DNAs, liaising with the appropriate clinical staff and reschedule patient appointments in line with agreed local processes.
4. Taking telephone calls from patients and actioning their queries or directing them to the appropriate person.
5. Contributing to the management of the daily emails accounts within the department, ensuring that queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
6. Completing clinical letters for patients and GPs
7. Adding additional clinic capacity on EPR as directed by management.

8. Support the ward staff with arranging discharges, liaising with all necessary teams and coordinating patient transport as appropriate. Ensure that follow-up appointments are booked if required.
9. Monitor that discharge letters are completed before patients leave the ward. Report weekly to duty consultant any that are not done within 24 hours of discharge.
10. Ensure that transport for any discharges is booked at least 24 hours an advance. Be a ward expert for transport booking ensuring that the nursing staff are able to book and check journeys.
11. Undertake surveys/audits as requested by the Ward Manager.
12. Provide cover for other ward clerks during periods of leave and absence.
13. To participate in the induction and training of new members of staff within the team
14. Liaise closely with the coordinator of each shift with regards to admissions and discharges.

1. Act as a first point of contact in person or on the telephone for patients, relatives and visiting staff, welcoming them to the ward and dealing with any queries, including those relating to admission, discharge, visiting times, claiming expenses, accommodation, insurance and parking.

8. Support the ward staff with arranging discharges, liaising with all necessary teams and coordinating patient transport as appropriate. Ensure that follow-up appointments are booked if required.
9. Monitor that discharge letters are completed before patients leave the ward. Report weekly to duty consultant any that are not done within 24 hours of discharge.
10. Ensure that transport for any discharges is booked at least 24 hours an advance. Be a ward expert for transport booking ensuring that the nursing staff are able to book and check journeys.
11. Undertake surveys/audits as requested by the Ward Manager.
12. Provide cover for other ward clerks during periods of leave and absence.
13. To participate in the induction and training of new members of staff within the team
14. Liaise closely with the coordinator of each shift with regards to admissions and discharges.
15. Liaise with other departments in relation to inpatient appointment bookings and follow ups.
16. Liaising with the coders to ensure all coding of discharged patients is completed.

About the RoleAs a Frailty ACP, you will spend the majority of your time (minimum 90%) in direct, autonomous clinical practice, managing a cohort of patients with complex frailty needs. Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Department of Clinical Neuropsychology at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. Working under the supervision of a consultant clinical neuropsychologist / clinical neuropsychologist, you will play an essential role in delivering a highly specialist service to patients and families accessing the neuroscience centre at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Main duties of the job
To assist in the provision of a clinical neuropsychological service to adults / children with a range of neurological and neurosurgical presentations, their families and carers, including neuropsychological test administration, and assisting in intervention.
To be responsible for the day to day running of neuropsychological audit, service development and research projects, as well as key administrative duties to support the running of the department. To take a lead role within the adult neuropsychology assistant team.

Job summary
This post offers an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated team of clinicians providing high quality sexual health and HIV care as part of one of the largest sexual health services in the country.The post holder is required to provide face to face clinics at both Buryfields Clinic as well as Woking Clinic.
The post holder will work closely with other members of the sexual health team to ensure delivery of high quality integrated sexual health services. The post holder will be expected to deliver training to staff depending on their experience and expertise.

Main duties of the job
Key roles include:

- To act as an Authorised Pharmacist in the Clinical Trials Aseptic Services Unit (CTASU). This will involve supervising the aseptic process and releasing products that have been prepared in CTASU in accordance with the CTASU Pharmaceutical Quality System. For this part of the role you will be professionally responsible to the Accountable Pharmacist for CTASU.
- To be involved with supporting advanced therapy medicinal product (ATMP) in the unit, and to ensure the multidisciplinary team follow appropriate procedures for handling ATMPs.
- To attend and contribute to Cancer Pharmacy Team Meetings.
