Main duties of the job
Join our team as a Care Assistant and make a real difference. In this role, you will help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. You'll provide personal care and support, administer and record medication, assist with daily living activities, support activities and social engagement, and deliver person-centred care as part of a team. We offer outstanding career development with funded training up to QCF Level 5, a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, and a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.76. Additional benefits include Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. We are looking for someone kind, compassionate, and great with people. You must have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, as we cannot currently offer sponsorship. As a Bank Care Assistant, flexibility is key, and you should be willing to work as and when required, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
