Main duties of the job
We are seeking a skilled and proactive MSK Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. This role requires advanced clinical reasoning, robust assessment and treatment skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. You will deliver exceptional MSK services while building strong collaborative relationships with GPs, First Contact Practitioners, and Advanced Practitioners across local practices.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Apply advanced clinical reasoning to assess, diagnose, and manage complex MSK conditions in an outpatient primary care setting.
Service Development: Actively participate in quality improvement and service development initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Collaborative Practice: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, administrative staff, General Practitioners (GPs), First Contact Practitioners (FCPs), and Advanced Practitioners (APs).
Autonomous Working: Demonstrate adaptability, efficient time management, and confidence operating independently during lone-working periods.
Continuous Professional Development: Engage actively in structured clinical supervision and internal CPD sessions.
Candidate Requirements
Suitable professional qualification in Physiotherapy with appropriate professional registration.
Proven commitment to ongoing professional development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships across primary care networks.
Previous NHS experience is a MUST.

Bradford Physiotherapy is recruiting for FCP Physiotherapists to join our growing team. We have offered FCP for over 10 years so have a wealth of experience in running this service. We pride ourselves in our staff and the team we have created. Our roles are based across Bradford, due to significant expansion in our services.
