Main duties of the job
As a Non-Executive Director, you will contribute to the collective leadership of CSH, providing independent oversight, constructive challenge and strategic insight to support effective governance and decision-making.
You will bring strong financial and assurance expertise, with the ability to interpret complex information, identify key issues and risks, and provide thoughtful challenge to the Executive Team and Board.
While your particular contribution will be in finance, audit, risk and assurance, you will take a broad organisational perspective and contribute across the full range of Board matters, including sustainability, growth opportunities and commercial decision-making where appropriate.
You will ideally bring
significant senior or Board-level experience in finance, audit, risk or assurance
a strong understanding of financial management, reporting, controls and organisational risk
experience of operating in a complex, regulated or highly accountable environment
experience of audit and assurance processes
a recognised professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience
experience of leading, managing or running a business, commercial enterprise or substantial operational function, bringing commercial acumen and strategic insight.

Job summary
The Woking Community Nursing team are looking for a Band 5 Community Nurse to join our team across the neighbourhoods of Central Woking and Sheerwater, North and West Woking, East Woking and South Woking.
The Community Team visit patients in their own home as well as care homes. We offer excellent opportunities for training and development of both your clinical and leadership skills. The team has experienced Senior District Nurses who will ensure that you have the necessary support for your personal development. The community nursing service works over a 7-day week 8.00am to 8.00pm offering a variable shift pattern and includes weekend and bank holiday working.
This post requires an Adult Nursing qualification.
You will be supported with a comprehensive induction and training package as needed, to help you settle in, with the time and opportunity to get to know the people on your caseload, along with development opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist to join our friendly community team. We provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic interventions for adults in the community who have communication and/or swallowing difficulties, resulting from acquired or progressive neurological conditions such as stroke, motor neurone disease, Parkinsons and dementia as well as frailty. We work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team in the North-West Surrey Neighbourhood Boroughs.

Main duties of the job
We are a team committed to delivering high quality patient care, including a community FEES service. Our clinicians have wide ranging expertise, and peer support is always readily accessible. The post holder will have access to regular clinical supervision and CPD opportunities in line with their agreed personal development plan.
This post would suit a Band 6 therapist or an experienced Band 5 therapist who is keen to work towards developing to Band 6. Completed dysphagia training is preferred but therapists who can evidence significant progress towards completing their dysphagia competencies will also be considered. The successful candidate will join a team of highly skilled Speech & Language Therapists, delivering services in community inpatient, outpatient, and domiciliary settings. Job summary
CSH Surrey Intermediate Care Team (ICT) is a 7 day service which provides specialist individualised rehabilitation packages of care to patients referred from the community in crisis, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and supporting complex discharges from hospitals to enable patients to maximise independence in the most appropriate care setting.
In partnership with members of the multi-disciplinary team, including the Transfer of Care Hub based at St Peters Hospital,the post holder will develop,implement and evaluate a seamless specialist ICT service, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of clinical and rehabilitation care and support.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist to join our friendly community team. We provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic interventions for adults in the community who have communication and/or swallowing difficulties, resulting from acquired or progressive neurological conditions such as stroke, motor neurone disease, Parkinsons and dementia as well as frailty. We work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team in the North-West Surrey Neighbourhood Boroughs.

Main duties of the job
We are a team committed to delivering high quality patient care, including a community FEES service. Our clinicians have wide ranging expertise, and peer support is always readily accessible. The post holder will have access to regular clinical supervision and CPD opportunities in line with their agreed personal development plan.
This post would suit a Band 6 therapist or an experienced Band 5 therapist who is keen to work towards developing to Band 6. Completed dysphagia training is preferred but therapists who can evidence significant progress towards completing their dysphagia competencies will also be considered. The successful candidate will join a team of highly skilled Speech & Language Therapists, delivering services in community inpatient, outpatient, and domiciliary settings. As this is a community service that covers a large geographical area, being a car driver is essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist to join our friendly community team. This post would suit a Band 6 therapist or an experienced Band 5 therapist who is keen to work towards developing to Band 6. Completed dysphagia training is preferred but therapists who can evidence significant progress towards completing their dysphagia competencies will also be considered. The successful candidate will join a team of highly skilled Speech & Language Therapists, delivering services in community inpatient, outpatient, and domiciliary settings. As this is a community service that covers a large geographical area, being a car driver is essential.

We are looking for a Full time supervisor to work Tuesday through to Saturday. Supervising and working alongside the team you will work a mixture of early ( 7am to 3 pm) shifts and late ( 11 am to 7 pm) shifts
