- Enter requests for home visits into the home visits book, ensuring careful recording of all relevant details and where necessary refer to Duty Doctor.
- Action repeat prescription requests and ensure that they are ready for collection by the patient within 48 hours, in line with Practice protocol.
- Take action on clinicians requests for further information/patient contact information etc. (including computerised Practice notes), ensuring completion of all associated paperwork.
- Advise patients of relevant charges for private (non-General Medical Services) services, accept payment and issue receipts for same.
- Enter patient information on to the computer as required.
- Prepare clinical rooms for surgeries, supply prescription forms and record numbers in use and ensure adequate supplies of consumables (including bottles, couch rolls, test request forms etc.).

Job summary
We are recruiting for a full-time Consultant Psychiatrist to join ourCrisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) based at Saffron House in High Wycombe where you will have an active leadership role and medical responsibility for the diagnosis, management and treatment of adults of working age and older adults who are at risk of developing a mental health crisis.
With your expertise in Adult Psychiatry, you'll join our multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to deliver patient care through home treatment enabling early discharge from inpatient care. You'll work closely with inpatient wards and community teams, including the Inpatient Social Work service and the Patient Flow Transformation lead.

Main duties of the job
This role provides senior medical input and clinical leadership to the Buckinghamshire Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). You will have responsibility for your own patients as well as those patients seen by medical staff under your supervision.
The key components of the CRHTT service are:
1. Crisis response (emergency assessments and reviews)
2. Intensive home treatment characterized by the availability of multiple visits each day which are of a length and content to allow for specialist psycho-social intervention to be delivered
3. Gate-keeping admissions to psychiatric beds
4. Enabling early discharge from psychiatric admission
The CRHTT provide crisis response and inpatient gate-keeping and a home treatment service to service users leaving inpatient care and living within South Bucks. There will be a phased approach to future expansion which will be dependent on further new investment. The nature and speed of phasing will also take account of CRHTT model fidelity and assessment of safety and quality in relation to existing service provision (i.e. whatever is developed will have good fit and add value to user / care experience).

GP Training Programme Director - Windsor
The role of GP Training Programme Director is to work with and support the Heads of School & of Primary Care Dean in leading the delivery of a wide range of functions, aligned to the NHS England mandate. As part of the TPD role candidates will need to continue to be active on the performers list and an active clinician.
The Training Programme Director is professionally and managerially accountable to the Head of School. The Training Programme Director will focus upon improvement of learner supervision, assessment and experience, engagement of faculty and ensuring effective educational outcomes, both now and in the future. The role is evolving and will also focus on whole workforce transformation and developing multi-professional links.
To support the Primary Care Dean & Postgraduate Dean, Training Programme Directors will work across the spectrum of health and where relevant, social care, within the context of a team, so that the provision of education reflects changing service models. This will deliver an integrated workforce comprising individuals from a spectrum of professional and other backgrounds.
Main duties of the job
The TPD role involves working with the local education team supporting Doctors in GP Training to perform and achieve their potential during GP Training hopefully graduating with MRCGP.
The role involves preparation and delivery of teaching sessions as well as pastoral support for GP resident doctors and individuals within the GP Training Programme. There is an expectation to work within the local programme team, help support trainers and be involved in the assessment process.
We are looking to recruit a TPD on 2 sessions for maternity cover for 3 months for the Windsor GP Training Programme.
Remuneration will for 2 sessions at GP00-GP01 point of national GP educator pay scale. These sessions are usually ascribed to the educational day release which is currently held on Tuesday and as Programme Director, you would be expected to be available to participate unless on leave.
Please note although based in the local programme there will be travel around the Thames Valley region when attending development days, Trainers conferences and meetings.

We are looking for a committed research Assistant Psychologist to support the development of an evidence base for two key areas of our Integrated Non-Custodial Service (IN-CS). Main duties of the job
The Patient Safety Specialist, Risk & Governance Lead Midwife will work collaboratively with the greater team including the DOM, HOM, Maternity Safety Champions, Consultant Obstetricians, Deputy Heads of Midwifery and Consultant Midwife to ensure effective communications systems are in place for shared learning that optimises excellent standards of care and compliance with national and local standards.
The post holder will be the lead contact for safety, risk and governance responsibilities and will be expected to prepare and present assurance papers based on elements of safety risk and governance to the Maternity and Neonatal Safety Committee and in turn to the Trust Board on trust compliance in relation to national reports, governance, and compliance. Clinic-based position supporting nurse lead clinics across Locality - applicants must have an active NMC PIN number as essential to role.

This is an exciting chance to join the East Locality to work as a Clinic, supporting non housebound patients that require clinical interventions that are deemed complex and do not meet practice nurse criteria. The successful candidate should have experience of wound care, with a particular interest in leg ulcer assessment, treatment and follow up care including compression therapy and lymphoedema care as well as catherisations. Prescribing or a willingness to complete nurse prescribing essential. You will also support with triaging of referrals.

East Therapy Hub provides community therapy services within the Adults and Community Division. The post holder will facilitate and empower parents and carers to promote the development of children's communication in close collaboration with other Flying Start team members, actively involving parents in all aspects of their child's communication development, promoting parenting skills and supporting families to access to other support networks.
The post holder will advise and/or train parents, carers, Flying Start workers, childcare staff and others in the child's environment on facilitating and enhancing the child's communication development and environment.
The post holder will contribute to the ongoing development of the Flying Start Speech and Language service.

This is an extremely exciting time to be working within iCaSH Cambridgeshire. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist, with a strong team-work ethic to join our team in Wisbech.
You will be a NMC Registered Nurse or a NMC Registered Midwife with a nationally recognised qualification in Sexual Health and or Contraception (i.e DFSRH/ BASHH STIF) and a Letter of Competence in Intra Uterine Technique or willingness to undertake this training.
You will also have recent experience of working in sexual health (Contraception, GUM or equivalent), and ability to demonstrate competency in supply of treatments by Patient Group Directions (PGDs) & be able to work autonomously.
