An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and forward thinking Administrator within our Integrated Therapies administrative team. You will be working within our Dietetics team. You will be required to work on your own initiative to ensure the smooth running of the administrative functions of the Department.
You will have good communication skills, ability to work well in a team and excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You must have an excellent telephone manner, as you will be speaking to patients and their families on a daily basis. You will also need to be able to plan and prioritise effectively, work within defined deadlines and have the ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service.

Main duties of the job
Acting as the first point of contact for patients, carers, clinicians and external agencies, responding to telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and compassionate manner.
Managing patient appointments using Epic, including booking, cancelling, rescheduling and maintaining clinic utilisation.
Coordinating patient pathways from referral through to discharge, ensuring actions are completed accurately and within agreed timescales. Monitoring referrals, work queues and electronic tasks, escalating issues where appropriate.
Supporting clinicians with the maintenance of electronic patient records and administrative aspects of patient care.
Producing correspondence, clinic letters, reports and other documentation using Microsoft Office and Trust systems

Our patients are looked after by a dedicated and knowledgeable stroke team made up of specialist nurses, doctors, physiotherapist, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and dietitians. You will have the opportunity to care for patients from diverse backgrounds with varied clinical presentations, while working alongside a friendly, experienced, and supportive multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for an experienced nurse who is passionate about stroke care, clinically confident and motivated to lead and develop others. You will demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
As a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse, you will support the Ward Manager and wider senior team in maintaining high standards of clinical care, patient safety, and ward leadership. You will be expected to provide visible leadership, coordinate the clinical area, support staff development, and deputise for the Ward Manager when required. The role includes day, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) provides good quality, safe and effective healthcare to the people of Cheshire and beyond. The post is aimed for Docter interested in Fetal-Maternal Medicine or High-risk pregnancy. Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Psychological Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work in a Talking Therapies service. The role is a combined clinical and administrative role. Duties will include: screening incoming referrals; conducting telephone triage assessments to gather clinical information about service user's mental health and progress referrals; proactively helping service users access treatment by making contact and responding to queries; managing waiting lists for a specific care pathway; assisting with administration, data entry and clerical tasks, as well as being the first point of contact for service users and professionals by phone, email and other mediums.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within the overall framework of the team and adhere to the team policies and procedures. They will be supported by regular supervision with a qualified clinician. This opening is ideal for people that are planning a career in psychological therapies and are keen to develop experience in working with adults presenting with common mental health problems. The PTA role is often a route into the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) postgraduate training course or apprenticeship scheme. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate commitment to this area of work, who would like to progress from the PTA role to the PWP training roles. The post-holder will be based mainly at the Lewisham Town Hall and also in various sites across the Borough of Lewisham. Home working is not possible in this role.

This key leadership role within Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals Group (LCHG) supports the Group Assistant Director of Strategy and Planning in delivering the organisation's strategic vision, objectives and transformation priorities. Main duties of the job

The Clinical Lead is responsible for providing visible, compassionate and effective operational leadership across St Michael's Hospice clinical services. The post holder will ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred specialist palliative and end of life care whilst leading clinical governance, workforce development and service improvement.
Working closely with the Clinical Director, the Clinical Lead will translate organisational strategy into operational delivery, supporting clinical teams to continuously improve patient outcomes, staff experience and quality of care.
The post holder will act as a senior clinical leader, role model and ambassador for the Hospice, deputising for the Clinical Director as required.
Clinical Leadership
The Clinical Lead will provide visible, compassionate and professional leadership across all clinical services within St Michael's Hospice, promoting a culture where patients, families and carers consistently receive high-quality, safe and person-centred specialist palliative and end of life care. As a senior clinical leader, the post holder will inspire and support multidisciplinary teams to deliver care that reflects current evidence, national guidance and Hospice values. Operational Leadership
The Clinical Lead will provide operational leadership to ensure the effective, safe and efficient delivery of clinical services. Job summary

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Reception Hub for Community Clinic Services at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust within the Southport and Formby area.
The Reception Hub provides first point of contact for patients, carers and healthcare professionals seeking support from community health services. The successful candidate will play a key role in answering telephone calls, managing referrals and providing administrative support to ensure patients are directed to the appropriate services quickly and efficiently.
This role will require working at various community clinics once training is complete and the post holder is confident in the role.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to work within various Community Clinics and will be first point of contact for service users providing a professional telephone and administrative service.
Key responsibilities will include:
