Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Advanced Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team within the Emergency Department. Our ED provides high quality care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and it sees and treats around 104,000 patients every year.
The department has full resuscitation facilities, an integrated Urgent Treatment Centre and a separate Paediatric ED. As a service, the ED is dedicated to learning, steering innovation and leading service development in response to patient needs and system demands, enhancing patient experience and supporting the sustainability of the wider healthcare system.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be practicing autonomously as an Advanced Practitioner (AP) to provide patient-centred quality care. This will encompass the skills of advanced assessment, examination, diagnosis and management within an agreed scope of practice. The post holder will work as part of the ED AP and overall ED multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality service within ED to all patients attending the department.
The AP will work within the multi-professional framework for advanced clinical practice in England (HEE 2017). The post holder will dedicate 70% of their time to clinical duties and 30% to leadership and management, education and research activities, encompassing the four pillars of advanced practice.
The post holder will work collaboratively with the Advanced Practitioners/ Consultant/ Service lead. They will work with a high degree of autonomy and employ complex decision making and demonstrate core practice capabilities and area specific clinical competence.

Job summary
The advertised position is full time locum (10PA) post subject to renewal depending on service needs. The appointee will join a well-established consultant team across the Northampton and Kettering combined Ears Nose and Throat (ENT) service. The appointee will be predominantly based at NGH. The post holder can have cross site sessions, if required, to meet service demands. The KGH and NGH combined offer comprehensive ENT care to around 800,000 people across district with a wider catchment for more specialised services.
The Kettering Hospital Trust became a foundation trust in 2008. KGH provides services at the Kettering Hospital at Kettering, supported by services at the Corby Clinic and other outreach clinics. Our catchment population is 400,000 which are expected to steadily increase above the national rate.
The Successful candidate will be offered 10 PA's for consideration in the first instance, and the possibility of an additional clinic/theatre as an additional DCC PA if agreeable. Direct Clinical Care/Admin 10 PAs on average per week.
Main duties of the job
A formal job plan will be agreed between the appointees and their Clinical Lead/ Clinical Director, on behalf of the Medical Director, as soon as possible after the commencement date of the appointee. This will be signed by the Chief Executive and will be effective from the commencement date of the appointment.
The Job Plan will then be reviewed annually, following the Appraisal Meeting. The Job Plan will be a prospective agreement that sets out a consultant's duties, responsibilities and objectives for the coming year. It should cover all aspects of a consultant's professional practice including clinical work, teaching, research, education and managerial responsibilities. It should provide a clear schedule of commitments, both internal and external. In addition, it should include personal objectives, including details of their link to wider service objectives and details of the support required by the consultant to fulfil the job plan and the objectives.
The following provides an outline of the expected clinical activity and clinically related activity components of the job plan which occur at regular times in the week. Agreement should be reached between the appointee and their Clinical Director with regard to the scheduling of all other activities, including the Supporting Professional Activities. Upon appointment the consultant will be given a specific "work programme" detailing the initial allocation of direct clinical care activities and supporting activities.

We are delighted to offer two part-time posts (0.5 WTE), across two specialist services with an established partnership - for either post individually or combined for a fixed term of one year covering maternity leave. Main duties of the job
Post 1: Parent Infant Mental Health Service
As a highly specialist Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist, you will contribute to the delivery and development of the service alongside an experienced, skilled and passionate multidisciplinary team. You will work with infants, young children and their families from a wide range of backgrounds, providing specialist support where there has been early adversity or trauma, while also strengthening our close partnerships. You will have opportunities to further develop your skills in parent-infant mental health assessment, formulation and intervention through a range of training and professional development opportunities. You will provide a formulation-led service for families from conception to age five, delivering specialist assessment and therapeutic interventions. You will also support the wider workforce through consultation, training and supervision, helping to promote understanding of infant and early years mental health across the system.
Post 2: Family Intervention and Therapy Service (FITS)

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to make a substantive whole time appointment to this newly established post with Oldham Mental Health Services. This post will cover the Central sector within the Oldham area. The post has been created due to the current consultant moving to another job in the trust.
The Oldham general adult psychiatry service (generally for people aged 16 to 64) has been run since 2008 according to a model whereby our team of consultants are deployed as follows: Three consultants work exclusively in the community and outpatient focus areas, one working with the Early Intervention Service, and two inpatient area including Home Treatment and two A&E Liaison Team. Also one consultant in Living Well.
Within this arrangement, the consultant appointed to this post will work with other sector consultants (East, West and South sector community outpatients).

This is a newly created post. The Consultant will cover thecentral sectorwithin the Oldham area.This is an exciting time to join the Trust and there are many opportunities to contribute to the organisations' innovation and for personal development.
Oldham borough has a new state of the art TMS suite. This is the only NHS provider for this service in the North West.
Oldham has a very strong teaching commitment and candidates will be expected to contribute to the teaching of medical and nursing staff. There are close links to ongoing research projects such as Bright Mind, FreshSTART, Gamechange to name a few.
The Consultants contribute to local service user & carer groups.The Central sector covers the areas of South and East Oldham (Chadderton; Royton and Shaw; Delph, Uppermill, Lees, Ashton Under Lyne).
Patients will be seen in hospital and community clinics, at their own homes or in other clinical settings according to clinical need.
Outpatient clinics are held at the Cherrywood Clinic on the Royal Oldham Hospital site and at the Werneth Primary Care Centre. Werneth Primary Care Centre is 1.5 miles from the hospital.
The consultant in this post will work with the East, South and West Sector CMHTs and also with the Care Management and Review Team, which is a sub-team working across both CMHTs and which supports people with more stable but long term mental illnesses.

Main duties of the job
As Recruitment Officer, you will ensure all stages of the recruitment process are completed within the guidelines of Trust procedure, NHS Employment Checking Standards and our statutory obligations. You will take a proactive approach to supporting service delivery within care groups, ensuring the right candidates are identified to fill vacancies and can take up their post in a timely manner.

Attention to detail is key and you will ensure you maintain accurate notes on TRAC to record all actions taken. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Practitioner Psychologist or Systemic Psychotherapist or Psychological Therapist to support the development of our Multiple Admissions Patient Pathway (MAP) Team. The MAP team was created as a pilot project to work with individuals who present with complex mental health needs, are high users of services and at risk of multiple admissions to hospital due to frequent cycles of crisis and difficulties engaging in community support. The team uses principles of open dialogue to provide support for people coming out of hospital to develop relationships with services and move towards recovery. Main duties of the job
The team is a multidisciplinary team who work using dialogical and systemic principles based on the open dialogue approach. They offer an enhanced level of support that is delivered via regular network meetings alongside other services to improve trust and engagement in the community offer of support. They work closely with carers/families and other agencies to ensure a joined up and consistent approach to care. All staff will be supported to complete training in open dialogue and training in working with complex mental health needs.
Training in Open dialogue desirable but not essential but candidates need experience working with complex mental health problems and interest in working with trauma.

Ophthalmic Technician
The post holder will work flexibly across ophthalmology sub-specialties and virtual clinic pathways, ensuring investigations are undertaken accurately, safely and efficiently and that results are appropriately recorded and available to support clinical decision-making.

The role will include the assessment and recording of visual acuity and colour vision using Ishihara testing, visual field assessment, optical coherence tomography (OCT), corneal topography, wide-field retinal photography and intraocular pressure measurement using iCare tonometry. The post holder will also instil ophthalmic medication under the guidance and supervision of a Patient Support and Guidance (PSG) practitioner, in accordance with local policies and procedures.

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Blackpool Adult Cystic Fibrosis Service (BACFS) as a Band 7 Highly Specialist Dietitian.
We are seeking to recruit someone who is forward thinking and excited by challenge, can implement change, is passionate and committed to delivering a high-quality service and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role involves providing expert dietary advice, leading on speciality working groups and being an integral member of the supportive CF MDT. This position encourages continuing professional development, teaching and supporting the upskilling of other health care professions and students.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for leading the specialist dietetic aspects of the Blackpool Adult Cystic Fibrosis Service using a high level of knowledge, skills and experience as an independent practitioner.
To deliver a high quality, evidence-based Nutrition and Dietetic service to a specialised area. To act autonomously in the management of a cystic fibrosis adult caseload with varying degrees of nutritional complexity.
To contribute to the main Nutrition and Dietetic service within Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in terms of offering in reaching mentorship and continuous professional development opportunities to the acute and community dietetic team.

BACFS is the first new adult service in the UK for over 40 years, it was formed in 2016. We provide a locally accessible and highly specialised service improving life expectancy and quality of life for adults with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) in Blackpool and surrounding areas. The service is based at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. We are one of the first Cystic Fibrosis Services to offer a digital CF service in the form of virtual clinics, home monitoring, communication for our patients via Attend Anywhere, email and text.
BACFS is a close-knit, highly supportive and encouraging team. 1) Post holder will work independently (work will be self- directed and autonomous) to manage and provide the cystic fibrosis dietetic service. You will be expected to seek peer support and clinical supervision via the specialist cystic fibrosis dietetic networks.

Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated GP to join our medical practice on the Leeds/Wakefield border. We are seeking an individual who can provide 6 sessions per week for continuity of care for our patients.
Our practice operates out of a single site in purpose built modern premises in the pleasant residential area of Tingley/East Ardsley near Leeds. We sit between the M1 and M62 motorways, making the area popular with commuters and our practice easy to get to. Our patients primarily favour Wakefield referral routes, though we sit officially within the Leeds boundaries. The practice is part of Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group.
We have a dedicated team of administration staff and nursing colleagues and have engaged in many enhanced services and new projects, working closely with practices in the Morley neighbourhood. We feel that we have a reputation for delivering an efficient and quality service and we encourage continuity of care. Patients have a named GP and each GP has their own personal list. Our attached staff team who work in-house include the Midwives, Podiatrist, Ultrasound and Physio and we have space for accommodating further services over the coming years.
Main duties of the job
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Undertaking a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork, reports and correspondence in a timely fashion;
- Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting medical problems, whether self-referred or referred from other healthcare workers within the organisation;

About us
The list size is around 16 800 patients, with no nursing homes in our catchment area, although we do cover a few specialists learning disability homes. There is a total of 11 GPs - 8 partners and 3 salaried GPs at full recruitment. We have a wide range of skills and experience and would be happy to accommodate for GPs with specialist interests. We are experienced in teaching and do take short term placement for training. We are also happy to support and mentor newly qualified GPs.
We try to keep paperwork to a minimum and have a team of administrative staff who will type letters and complete forms on your behalf. We also have a dedicated prescription lead who deals with most of the repeat scripts, TTOs and queries to help reduce the time spent dealing with prescriptions. We try to be as fair as possible with sharing work out you will not be expected to take on any additional work without prior agreement, and the partners will share out the visits equally amongst all the doctors on the day. On average there are 1 visit per doctor each day. On average GPs are on call once every 2 weeks. We meet for coffee every morning after surgery to have a catch up and an informal chat. There is a weekly clinical meeting every Thursday morning.

Job summary
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team at Priory Medical Group.
Essential hours are a minimum of 24 hours covering Monday to Wednesday, there may also be the opportunity to work up to FTE which can be discussed at interview.
You'll work alongside our experienced pharmacy and clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
You will be a GPhC registered pharmacist.
Main duties of the job
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical pharmacy services within a busy, forward-thinking primary care team.
Manage acute and repeat prescription requests, ensuring prescribing is safe, effective, evidence-based and clinically appropriate.
Conduct structured medication reviews (SMRs) and support patients with long-term and complex conditions, including chronic pain, hypertension and diabetes.
Provide patient consultations and comprehensive reviews of clinical notes, medicines and prescribing records, applying NICE guidance, QOF requirements and local prescribing policies.
Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT), providing expert pharmaceutical advice and contributing to complex clinical decision-making.
Support the safe management of shared care agreements, ensuring continuity and safety across services.
Supervise and provide clinical support to pharmacy technicians and contribute to the training and development of trainee pharmacy technicians and pharmacists.
Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement and service development initiatives.
Use strong clinical judgement and excellent time-management skills to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Bring up-to-date clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to improving medicines optimisation across the practice.
Experience with SystmOne is desirable.
About us
We are a friendly, well organised and social surgery with an increasing patient list of 15,550 patients, operating from three sites; North Shields, Hadrian Park and Tynemouth.
We are a teaching practice with GP Registrars, F2 Doctors, Physician Associate, pharmacy and medical students on placement.
Our clinical team comprises; 6 GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Physician Associate, Advanced Paramedic Practioner, 3 Pharmacists and 3 Pharmacy Technicians.
The practice hosts First Contact Physio clinics and has an in-house Mental Health Nurse.
