Main duties of the job
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner role at Operose Health requires delivering great primary care by improving access, outcomes, and patient experience. - You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Main duties of the job
As a Neuro Physiotherapist you will be part of our valued team in our Surrey Inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation and Neuro Service, receiving access to exclusive rewards and benefits. You will be working with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation for a range of neurological conditions. The role comprises of 2 x 9-month rotations, involving inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation and a mix of neuro outpatients and community rehabilitation. You will maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with the team, and appreciate cultural and religious differences in patient care. Candidates should have CSP and HCPC memberships, a minimum of 1-year post registration experience, NHS experience, and a full UK driving licence. The service, based at Farnham Hospital, operates Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. This role requires a DBS check and professional registration.

The Band 6 CYP Continuing Care Assessor is responsible for carrying out high-quality assessments for children and young people with complex, ongoing health needs, ensuring eligibility decisions are fair, transparent, and aligned with the national Children & Young People's Continuing Care Framework. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Powys Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team (CNRT) as a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant.
CNRT specialises in therapeutic rehabilitation and management strategies for adults with progressive and non-progressive neurological disability. As a vital part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to delivering a patient-centred rehabilitation service, working closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists as well as other healthcare professionals, in a range of environments including patients homes and clinic settings, both 1:1 and in group work settings.
CNRT operates weekdays only. Weekends and bank holidays worked will be as part of a rota within the wider community therapy team, in hospital and community environments.

- Assist patients to overcome their difficulties, build confidence, and improve or maintain functional ability and independencein everyday tasks under the supervision of a therapist.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams promoting the role of rehabilitation and taking an active part in team projects.
- Support in the organisation and management of a delegated caseload; obtain service data, analyse where appropriate andbring forward ideas for service development.
- Participate in the 7-day service rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

We are seeking a qualified clinical psychologist to work across the Bexley Older People's Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and Bexley Memory Service to provide specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments, and individual and group-based psychological interventions to our client group and their carers.

The Whittington Emergency Department (ED) serves the diverse local community of North London. Our CQC inspection in January 2020 praised the teamwork displayed amongst our staff who support each other to provide good care.
We provide high quality emergency care and maintain an above average performance. We are a dedicated trauma unit as part of the North East London and Essex Trauma Network.
We have very strong nursing leadership and can offer support from our substantial senior team including two ED Matrons, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Paediatric Lead Nurses, and 2 dedicated and innovative practice development nurses.
You will be given the opportunity to rotate through the department including the following:
our 4 bedded resuscitation room caring for critically unwell patients
developing your skills in minor injury in our Urgent Treatment Centre
Majors where we assess and treat the majority of ambulance patients
the fast paced Rapid Assessment Area where investigations are initiated
you will also gain knowledge and skills in caring for unwell children under the supervision of our team of paediatric nurses
Main duties of the job
Due to internal promotions we are pleased to have vacancies for Senior Staff Nurses in our Emergency Department. If you are passionate about delivering excellent nursing care and looking to work as part of a dynamic team we are looking for you!
The senior staff nurse is a highly skilled practitioner who is able to work as the senior nurse in all areas of the department. They will also be expected to take charge of an area of the department and develop shift leader competencies under supervision.
We regularly offer places on ILS, ALS, ATNC, APLS, Physical Assessment or ENP courses. To support your leadership development the trust offers many in house courses such as the icare leadership course as well as external accredited courses.
Applicants will demonstrate experience of working in all areas of ED. All records of courses attended or competencies achieved must be brought to interview.
Post holders would be expected to rotate onto nights and weekends as part of a four-week rota basis. Flexible working will be considered as part of the trust values

Main duties of the job

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Monitoring the Mental Health Generic Inbox
- Ensure support has been given to external and internal stakeholders.
- Frequently liaising with the Mental Health Nursing Team, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Atrium, and other external / internal stakeholders.
- Process and log all referrals in line with Trust Access Policy and speciality SOP.
- Schedule new and follow up appointments with the most appropriate clinician, ensuring that capacity is proactively and efficiently used, escalating issues as required to the line manager.
- Reschedule appointments as requested by the line manager, in line with waiting time targets.
- Complete clinic cancellation requests and process according to SOP.
- Ensuring ADHOC clinics are built and sent to the relevant person (s) for confirmation / acceptance.
- Ensuring patients are aware of their appointments, in line with our clinic slips and movement slip SOP.
- Monitoring the waiting lists for inhouse clinics and ensuring a cancellation list has been created.
- Timely process the CMS tasks daily.
- To be prepared to attend and take minutes and complete any actions for departmental meetings e.g., Complex Case Discussion meeting and Health and Wellbeing Meeting.
- To complete comprehensive and detailed minutes for meetings, which will include In-Patient weekly ward round and In-Reach weekly case management meetings please bear in mind this will be clinical information.
- Expected attitudes towards work include an enthusiastic and positive attitude, compassion, and flexibility and to be able to remain calm under pressure.
- Be responsible for providing an administrative service for the clinical leads, other clinicians, and managers.
- Maintain stock for the department and order new stock as required.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE:

- To demonstrate excellent typing skills with an average 40 60 wpm and pitmans intermediate certificate or equivalent.
- Receiving and dealing with telephone enquiries as appropriate

- To ensure post is opened daily and dealt with accordingly.
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing letters as required.

- Co-operate in the introduction of new technology and new working practices to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Provide excellent telephone skills.
- Accurately record telephone messages and other enquiries and refer as appropriate.

- Be sympathetic and sensitive to the requirements of staff, service users when communicating by telephone or face to face, including dealing with a difficult situation, e.g., aggressive, or demanding behaviour.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
