Main duties of the job
Supervise and support the smooth running of own specific area in keeping with regulations and Turning Points policies and practices in order to provide efficient and high-quality service. Provide a comprehensive administration service by working closely with the wider Management Team and where appropriate, other colleagues . Liaise with service users and stakeholders to facilitate appointments, pathway progression, and effective communication throughout the patient journey.

Domestic Assistants are important members of the team who assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming environment over a 24/7 period for patients, staff and visitors within a busy acute hospital. Main duties of the job

The London Borough of Newham LBN has been identified as one of the 75 local authorities chosen to trial a new-style family support centre known as a Family Hub. They will be created in Newham through a £4 million Family Hubs & Start for Life grant fund successfully secured by the Council from Central Government. The Family Hub concept is an approach that ensures services and professionals work better together to provide families easier access to services in their local community. It will include, for example, health services (antenatal, maternity, health visitor, school nurses), early years and childcare, education, parenting support, safety and relationship support.
The Specialist Baby Feeding Supporter will contribute to fulfilling the minimum requirements of the Family Hubs Programme. The London Borough of Newham LBN has been identified as one of the 75 local authorities chosen to trial a new-style family support centre known as a Family Hub. They will be created in Newham through a £4 million Family Hubs & Start for Life grant fund successfully secured by the Council from Central Government. The Family Hub concept is an approach that ensures services and professionals work better together to provide families easier access to services in their local community. It will include, for example, health services (antenatal, maternity, health visitor, school nurses), early years and childcare, education, parenting support, safety and relationship support.
The Specialist Baby Feeding Supporter will contribute to fulfilling the minimum requirements of the Family Hubs Programme. At its core, this includes providing support and guidance to parents in Newham to help improve breastfeeding initiation, exclusivity, duration and support families with their wider infant feeding goals. The successful candidate will provide expert nutritional assessment and management for infants, children and young people across the inpatient and outpatient cardiology pathway. It incorporates both in-patient and out-patient care.

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Dietitian with an interest in children and young people's mental health to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team. Main duties of the job

The team is based in the Leicester Royal Infirmary and provide assessments for over 18's presenting in the acute medical setting with primary or co-morbid mental health problems. We offer an urgent assessment service to people attending the Emergency Departments in times of mental health crisis, and an assessment and liaison service to the medical wards across the 3 UHL sites. The service operates 24/7, days and nights. The Mental Health Liaison Service experiences a high number of referrals which can be complex and challenging. This provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your practice and develop your nursing skills.
We would require an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced RMN, OT or social worker with relevant post registration experience. You would work as part of the established team and would need to demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to high standards of patient care. Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team, review and triage of referrals whilst completing comprehensive patient centred assessments and completing risk assessments.
Sharing of information relating to patient mental health history and involvement with services and supporting any advice around specialist treatment plans.
The post requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to work in a dynamic and busy environment. Support the day-to-day running of the pacemaker service alongside the pacing team, you will be expected to ensure optimum delivery of the pacing service. You will be required maintain awareness of the status of the service as a whole and provide support and, where necessary, personal participation in the work of other sections to ensure the highest possible standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.
Working to Trust and National Guidelines and in cooperation with the Procurement Service, you and the pacing team will also be responsible for ensuring the infrastructure and equipment of the implantation service is maintained in good working order and is adequate for purpose.
You and the pacing team will ensure the service is at the forefront of modern practice by the development, implementation and maintenance of education and monitoring programmes in the field of implantation technology. This will require a substantial personal involvement in the training, mentoring, supervision and assessment of cardiac physiology, nursing and medical staff.
Main duties of the job
Clinical- Generic
1. Support the pacing team with the day-to-day delivery of the pacing service and Implantable devices Service at Manor Hospital, in co-operation with the Cardiologists and Head of Technical Services, Cardiology.
2. Provision to support and oversee Domiciliary patients. Organise pacing staff to attend to these patients as well as occasional home visits.
5. Independently analyses complex data, performs complex calculations and compiles an accurate written technical report.
6 Performs a wide range of non-invasive Cardiac investigations for example ECGs, BP, Holter Monitoring, Exercise Tolerance Testing, Device downloads and device re-programming.
7. Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Cath Labs during Angiograms, PCI, Device implantation and Cardioversions.
8. Promote Physiologist ILR implants - maintain competencies to gain formal written consent from patients.

The T08 side rooms are Negative Pressure therefore we care for patients with a range of infections including TB, potential VHF and infections in returning travellers, and additionally provides the inpatient service to the Hospital for Tropical Diseases. Within the Respiratory bed base T08 cares for patients who have an acute respiratory condition and may require Non-Invasive Ventilation and those who have Tracheostomies.

Job summary
We are looking for a Salaried GP to provide 4-6 general surgeries per week on a Monday, Tuesday and/or Friday, although there will be flexibility for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
The clinical sessions are delivered over our two sites, in Kenton and Benwell respectively, depending on the needs of the Rota. The work timetable includes participation in the on-call Rota (usually 1 full day per week) and the Care Home Ward Round Rota (one session every 2-3 weeks.)
The surgeries will include clinical admin time as well as protected time for supervision of the medical students if necessary. The role will also include up to 2 lunchtime house calls that will have been triaged by the On-call GP. The start and finish times of the surgeries can be flexible to suit individual needs.
The On-call GP covers both sites from 08:30 am-18 pm as the single point of Access and Triage of all house call requests, Urgent queries from the practice team, community and Hospital teams as well as complex medication queries.
We offer a competitive salary (both experience and qualifications will be considered), indemnity paid (in addition to salary) and 6 weeks annual leave. We operate a standard BMA contract which includes protected CPD time pro rata. We support professional development and encourage applications from GPs with special interests.

Betts Avenue is a long-established GP Practice operating over two sites (Kenton and Benwell) in Newcastle upon Tyne.
We are a team of 3 GP Partners supported by 3 salaried GPs, 2 long-term Locum GPs, 1 Advanced Care Practitioner, 1 Lead practice Nurse/Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA as well as an experienced managerial and admin team. We deliver a range of GMS services to a population of approximately 10,500 patients. We also have support from Care-Coordinators, Workflow Team, Pharmacy Hub, PCN pharmacists and Technicians, House Visiting team, our 2 own Practice Pharmacists, a Physiotherapist, 2 Mental Health co-ordinators for adults and a team of Social Link Workers. We use SystmOne, Accurx and AnalyzeRx.
The GPs are also delivering weekly Ward Rounds in two large local Care Homes. We currently teach Year 5 Medical Students and Nursing Students. Our practice is a member of the Inner West Primary Care Network, LMC, NGPS and North East North Cumbria ICB.

The post will be based onsite at Kingston Hospital.
