Join our friendly Procurement and Supply Department and play a key role keeping wards and departments at Queen Alexandra Hospital and St Marys Hospital, Isle of Wight, stocked and ready to treat patients.
Main duties of the job
You will operate the Inventory Management System to process, track and replenish stock.
Use an advanced Inventory Management System, utilising barcode technology to order medical and surgical products.
Pick, pack and deliver medical and surgical supplies to wards and departments.
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock audits.
Provide friendly, efficient customer service to clinical and non-clinical teams.
Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and respond to urgent requests.
Perform light manual handling as required and follow health and safety procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes.

- The postholder leads project governance, assurance, reporting, risk management and performance monitoring across the capital programme. We are seeking a motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our busy and dynamic team and promote choice for our service users and their carers. You will be working alongside PT's, case managers and support workers and will develop overlapping skills with these professions.
In return, we'll give you the opportunity to develop skills and enhance your multidisciplinary working; we will provide you with regular supervision as well as the opportunity to develop your leadership skills.
We offer a flexible service which covers extended hours operating 7 days a week, to support our service user needs. Working arrangements include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Job summary
We are looking for a Triage Team Administrator to join the PCS Team, providing an innovative, professional, high-quality and efficient administration service to support the delivery of the Anima service.
Anima has been introduced to make accessing appointments and healthcare support easier and fairer for patients, providing an alternative to the traditional morning rush for appointments. Through the service, patients can submit requests for support at a time that is convenient for them, each request is reviewed and prioritised by a clinician according to medical urgency and individual need.
As a Triage Team Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth and effective operation of this service. You will provide operational and administrative support to help patients access appropriate healthcare and holistic support, supporting them throughout their practice journey and helping to ensure they are correctly navigated through the service.
This is a varied and patient-focused administrative role, suited to someone who is organised, proactive and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You will need to be able to work professionally and confidentially, use initiative to solve problems and contribute positively to a team delivering an important service to patients.
This role is 16 hours per week, based at North Darnall.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve coordinating administrative processes, including the registration of new patients through Anima, supporting patients and colleagues with the use of the system, and working closely with clinicians, reception teams and managers to ensure requests are managed effectively. You will also provide support within the hub and reception environment when required, helping to respond to patient queries and challenging situations and finding appropriate solutions.
You will work collaboratively with the Senior Practice Co-ordinator, Support Managers and Operations Manager, contributing to the continual improvement of processes and procedures and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and promote agile ways of working. The role will also involve supporting training and development within the team, monitoring workloads and actions, and helping to promote effective communication and team working.

Link Work will be a key specialism within MINT, overseeing recovery focused interventions that make use of community assets as well as those of the multi-disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
You will play a vital role in connecting young people who are experiencing a challenge with their mental health with community supports and resources. As a 16 - 25 Community Mental Health Link Worker you will specialise in signposting to and supporting with referrals to identified appropriate community resources, fostering autonomy and promoting independence, building on the individual's strengths and aiding in gaining skills and confidence in collaboratively identified areas of support, as well as escalating concerns should they arise.
You will be comfortable working both on your own and with others from a range of different backgrounds. You'll need to be resilient, motivated, and committed to adapt to working in an ever-changing environment.
You will also spend a portion of your time working closely with CAMHS to support young individuals to access vital services in their community and ensure a smooth transition into adult services.

The OAHaHTmodel aligns with national drivers including the NHS Long Term Plan, NICE guidance, Ageing Well initiatives, and the Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Team Fidelity Model. The team provides care from 08:00-20:30, seven days per week.The two Consultants will function as key medical members and leaders of the OAHaHT, supporting assessment, formulation, crisis planning, clinical reviews, and MDT decision making.The team is expected to maintain a caseload of between 30-40 patients across the 4 localities.

Main duties of the job
Main duties include:
1. Provide a medicines management service to an inpatient ward including drug history, and medicines reconciliation.
2. Responsible for safe, efficient and effective checking of prescriptions dispensed by other members of the pharmacy team in the dispensary and ward based.
3. Being part of the ward MDT and the wider pharmacy team. This includes being part of the pharmacy weekend and bank holiday rota.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
