This is a 9 month fixed term full-time post which will complement the present team of 19 'in-house' Clinical Cardiologists delivering tertiary cardiac services of the highest standard to a population of 1.3 million people.
This service works on a hub and spoke model with Cardiff and Vale UHB acting as the level 2 hub with identified links into Bristol and outreaching to each Health Board across South Wales.
Although this post is full-time, consideration will be given to applicants who require flexible working arrangements.
Applicants should either be on the Specialist Register or be a Specialist Registrar within three months of their expected date of receipt of a CCT / CESR(CP) at the time of interview.
