Job summary
Goodcare Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our team for three to four sessions per week on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2027.
We are a well-established GP practice serving approximately 10,000 patients in West London. This is an additional post intended to increase our clinical capacity and provide greater continuity of care for our patients.
Working days are negotiable, and we will aim to agree a suitable pattern with the successful candidate. Applications are welcomed from both newly qualified and experienced GPs. Any newly qualified applicant must have completed CCT and be eligible for inclusion on the GMC GP Register and NHS England Medical Performers List before commencing employment.
The successful candidate will receive an annualised salary of £11,000 per weekly session.
The post is funded until 31 March 2027. Any continuation beyond this date would be subject to a review of the practices requirements and available funding and cannot be guaranteed.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide high-quality general medical services to the practice population and work collaboratively with the wider clinical and administrative team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Undertaking face-to-face, telephone and digital consultations.
Assessing, diagnosing and managing patients presenting with acute and long-term conditions.
Prescribing safely and appropriately in accordance with current guidance and the practice formulary.
Reviewing test results, clinical correspondence and medication requests.
Making referrals and seeking specialist advice where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive clinical records.
Completing the clinical administration associated with patient consultations.
Participating in agreed duty doctor, home-visiting or clinical triage responsibilities where required.
Contributing to the management of long-term conditions, QOF and enhanced services.
Following practice procedures for safeguarding, infection prevention, medicines management and clinical governance.
Participating in relevant clinical meetings, significant-event reviews, audits and quality-improvement work.
Working effectively with the multidisciplinary practice team and external health and care professionals.
Supporting the practice in providing safe, accessible and patient-centred care.
The precise working pattern and responsibilities will be agreed with the successful candidate through an appropriate job plan.

Job summary
Following the successful move into our state-of-the-art facilities at Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH), we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking Lead Pharmacy Technician - Quality Assurance to join our expanding Pharmacy team. This is a highly specialised role with a key responsibility for leading and developing Quality Assurance activities across the Aseptic Preparation Unit (APU), ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), NHS Quality Assurance of Aseptic Preparation Services (QAAPS) standards and all relevant regulatory requirements. The post holder will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, supporting environmental monitoring programmes, managing audits, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and inspection readiness, while helping to ensure the safe delivery of aseptic and chemotherapy services. We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Main duties of the job
Main duties of the job are the following:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of Quality Assurance activities within the APU, ensuring compliance with GMP, QAAPS standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and develop quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, audits, validation, and risk management processes.
- Oversee environmental monitoring and quality control programmes, investigating trends and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate internal audits and support external inspections, ensuring the service remains inspection-ready at all times.
- Act as an authorised product approver for aseptic products, supporting the safe release of chemotherapy and other aseptically prepared medicines.
- Provide specialist quality assurance advice and support to pharmacy, aseptic services and clinical trials teams.
- Support staff training, competency assessment and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of pharmacy technical services, ensuring safe, efficient and patient-focused service delivery.

Job summary
The clinically-led musculoskeletal services at SWB Trust comprises physiotherapists, occupational therapists and consultant/advanced practitioners. We deliver a portfolio of patient-focused pathways within a range of Specialties including Pain Management, Rheumatology and Orthopaedics together with specialist or multidisciplinary clinics such as Hand Clinic, male/female pelvic floor dysfunction and rehabilitation programmes (at community leisure centres). Main duties of the job
This role is an exciting opportunity for a MSK clinician who is ready to progress towards a role specialising in MSK. You will work with a mentor to help support your learning needs and have access to supervision together with the monthly Quality Improvement Half Days, (available for all staff across the Trust). In turn, you will be expected to engage in activities to evaluate and develop an area of practice together with actively contributing to the support of peers and colleagues. The department is research-active, participating in several multi-centre trials with clinicians undertaking PhD study and other research training. We have close links with local universities and provide post-graduate placements for MACP students from the University of Birmingham.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RMN to join Bevan Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) as a part-time Clinical Practice Lead.
Bevan PICU provides intensive care and treatment for men experiencing acute and complex mental health difficulties. Main duties of the job

Job summary
An exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity has arisen for either a full time or part time Breast Screening Radiographer(s) to join our caring and supportive team.
This role focuses on attracting a mammography trained Radiographer with experience in mammography in the relevant clinical settings. The role is varied and requires the individual to undertake and support breast screening, symptomatic and assessment clinics. The work is extremely rewarding and would be best suited to individuals with the mental and physical resilience to complete this role.
Duties will be undertaken flexibly in the week to include a mixture of shift patterns to include weekend working, early starts and late finishes.
A full UK driving license is essential for this post. Please note that an international driving license is not accepted.
This role is only open to female candidates. The requirement for a female to undertake this role is a Genuine Occupational Qualification and is exempt under section 7(2) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, superseded by The Equality Act 2010.

Main duties of the job
For the Band 6 position, the post holder should possess a BSc. in Radiography or equivalent, be state registered, have attained the Postgraduate Award in Mammographic practice, hold a full current UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
The post holder will be a member of the multidisciplinary team based at Coventry & Warwickshire Hospital undertaking mammography examinations related to the NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) and symptomatic imaging referrals from local surgical out-patient clinics.
Duties will be undertaken at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire Hospital, the newly opened Coventry City Health Centre Unit, George Eliot Hospital, Nuneaton, and on the three mobile breast screening units according to NHSBSP guidelines and Warwickshire, Solihull & Coventry Breast Screening Service & ISO 9000:2008 standard operating procedures.

A exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Occupational Therapy Team at Prince Charles Hospital, Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB.
As an Occupational Therapy Support Worker you will work closely with the Occupational Therapists and with the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide a patient centred approach to engaging patients whilst adjusting this to reflect their fluctuating needs. Job summary
The post holder will be joining our Performance & Informatics (P&I) department who are well respected and the largest of our corporate services. The P&I portfolio encompasses Business Intelligence, Clinical Administration and Patient Access.
The post holder will line manage a team of analysts and lead the improvement and use of data and BI around Elective, Cancer and Urgent and Emergency Care throughout the Trust, as well as supporting the Trust's Clinical Groups and Specialties.
The post holder will be expected to work to their own initiative, providing high level information analysis, systems development and investigation, but also have the skills and expertise to interpret, articulate and create business intelligence and insights to inform and drive organisational decision making.
The post holder will ensure that high quality data and intelligence is provided, interpreted and investigated to support service planning, management, delivery and transformation through designated Trust programmes. They will also be responsible for ensuring the Trust reporting supports the national requirements, including submissions of statutory/NHS returns ensuring data is both accurate and timely.
This is a senior post within P&I and therefore the successful candidate will be required to work on-site for a minimum of three days per week subject to business need, with the first three months working on-site five days to understand current practices and to build relationships and networks.
Main duties of the job
- Deputise for the Head of Business Intelligence when required.
- Be accountable for Trust wide and programme information to support operational colleagues in the management and development or transformation of their services.
- Carry out complex analysis to support Trust staff at all levels, offering guidance and interpretation to ensure the analysis is both appropriate and useful.
- Provide advice and specialist knowledge to define Trust wide and external information requirements and establishing appropriate reporting mechanisms.
- Utilise experience, knowledge, judgement and skills to develop and improve information reporting systems for operational and strategic monitoring of patient information in line with National data requirements and definitions. This will be achieved using a variety of reporting tools and a combination of advanced procedures in, but not limited to, MS Excel, SQL Server, Power BI / MS Fabric.

Job summary
This is a full - time appointment for a Specialty Doctor in psychiatry to work in an established post in the central Manchester Early Intervention in Psychosis Team. The post consists of assessment and management of patients with psychotic conditions in the community. The team currently has a caseload of approximately 230. All of these service users are on CPA and will have care coordinators.
The successful candidate would assess 1-2 new patients a week and also conduct follow-up appointments. These appointments will take place either at the patient's home or within a community base and will generally be undertaken jointly with the care co-ordinator.
There is ample opportunity for development of a range of skills including domiciliary assessments, MDT interactions, Mental Health Act work, teaching and training of medical students and junior doctors, managerial, research and clinical governance work.
The Appointee is not required to participate in an on-call rota. However, this can be negotiated if the successful candidate wants to do on calls.
Main duties of the job
o The post holder will work as part of the team at Chorlton House. The post is community based with most work taking place at Chorlton House and some reviews taking place in patients' homes or in other community bases such as local CMHTs or GP surgeries.o The post holder will have access to the secretary shared across the 3 Manchester teams. ando The post holder will have a shared office with the ST doctor attached to the central team and the specialty doctor with the south EIS team. This is located within the team's base.o The post holder's work will include assessment of new patients, follow up reviews and CPA reviews with other MDT staff. There will be 1-2 new patient assessments per week and approximately 10-11 follow up reviews. The post holder will be expected to make diagnoses, assess risk, and formulate management plans with supervision as required. o They will assess and manage risk including of vulnerability, suicide risk, risks to health and safety and risk of harm to others. o They will attend the Early Intervention MDT and referral meetings.o The post holder will do some emergency work for the team's patients within usual working hours. We are seeking a HCPC registered Specialist Biomedical Scientist for this exciting role within Haematology and Blood Transfusion at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
The successful candidate will have:

The post is based at Prince Charles Hospital however rotation to Royal Glamorgan Hospital may be required to support service needs and is encouraged for professional development.
Applications are also welcomed from candidates who will be supported to undertake an up to 24 month training programme under Annex 21 to obtain the IBMS Specialist Diploma and relevant work experience. During this period, remuneration will be in accordance with Annex 21 Terms and Conditions of Agenda for Change.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for performing a range of assays that contribute to the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of disease, and will be required to develop and maintain competency in specimen reception, haematology, coagulation and blood transfusion.
A 24/7 service is provided for Haematology and Blood Trnsfusion. Therefore the post holder will be expected to fully participate in the out of hours rota once they have completed their departmental training and competency assessment.
The ideal candidate will have proven post-registration experience within Haematology and will meet the full criteria of the Specialist BMS Band 6 Job Description and Person Specification.
This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable. Whilst the candidate doesn't need to have skills in Welsh, we'll consider it an advantage when short-listing and selecting candidates. Main duties of the job
- Provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to patients attending the plastic dressing clinic.
- Assess wounds, including size, depth, tissue type, exudate, odour, surrounding skin and signs of infection.
- Assess and manage post-operative wounds, grafts, flaps, donor sites and complex wounds within the nurse's competence.
- Undertake VAC/NPWT dressing changes following appropriate training and competency assessment.
- Maintain aseptic technique and infection prevention and control standards during wound care.
- Monitor patients for complications
- Escalate concerns promptly to the relevant healthcare professional.

c) Devise detailed programme and project plans, identifying key timescales, milestones and resources. Set up and manage individual workstreams that will contribute to the overall success of programmes and projects. d) Undertake supervision and appraisals. Ensure all staff have personal development plans, opportunities for personal development and are encouraged to develop their careers in a way that is appropriate to their skills and aptitudes.

The system must be maintained and made available to trained users to record patient activity in a timely and accurate manner. Correct recording of data onto these systems is fundamental for Information Governance, Patient Safety, Operational Management and Commissioning. Many of the Trusts Performance Indicators are also dependant on the quality and completeness of the data provided from the EHR for various external NHS bodies.

Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will have proven post-registration experience within Haematology and will meet the full criteria of the Specialist BMS Band 6 Job Description and Person Specification.

Job summary
The post involves working with people of all age (Children and Young People, Adults or Older People) experiencing a mental health crisis via the telephone. Working as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, Mental Health First Responders will provide initial assessment and triage via the phone, as well as information, support, signposting, andadvice.
The post holder will provide compassionate and professional support to callers (including carers) and will support and assist individuals to cope more effectively with their mental health issues by assisting then with key aspects of their care plans, (if in place), supporting them in managing distress and challenges / difficulties which they might be struggling todeal with.
The post holder will seek advice from the clinical leads/shift coordinators with any call where the caller may require urgent assessment, or any call in which the appropriate response is unclear.
For people experiencing a mental health crisis, Mental Health First Responders will provide.o Mental state assessmentso Risk assessmentso Case formulationo A range of recovery focused interventionso Validation and de-escalation of crisis
Main duties of the job
Provide complex and sensitive information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders (users of services, carers, multi-disciplinary staff, and other statutory / non statutory services)o Contribute to the safe and effective day to day operations of the service managing clinical enquirieso Provide a high standard of written and verbal communication that is clear and in line with local guidance.o Role model effective communication: demonstrating empathy, respect, compassion, and hope where there may be barriers to understanding
Ensure that individual episodes of care are delivered in a timely, effective and integrated manner.o Promote a recovery model that empowers persons, carers and relatives to be at the forefront of decision making, owning their packages of care/treatment.o Create, implement, and update care plans as required.o Utilise a range of hardware, software and applications provided by Trust and other stakeholders to sources and record information and communicate with service users and partners and be proficient in the use of IT hardware and software and digital telephony.o Champion persons' rights and service users including dignity, equality, diversity, choice and respect.o Provide advice and guidance regarding mental health problems.o Request information on specific individuals from Police Officers as per information sharing protocol
