Job summary
Central Lakes Medical Group is looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
This is a 20 hour per week role, working primarily from Coniston Surgery on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone. Duties will include reception work, appointment management, administrative tasks, processing correspondence and supporting the wider practice team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is organised and able to manage a varied workload.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Is confident using computer systems.
- Is committed to providing outstanding patient care and service.
Previous reception or administrative experience is desirable, although full training will be provided.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the efficient running of the reception area at Central Lakes Medical Group, normally working from Coniston Surgery with some cover at other CLMG sites,
This includes general administration, data entry, equipment checks and liaison with multi-disciplinary teams.

3. Open up the premises at the start of the day, set the alarm to day function, including checking the heating/air conditioning and panic alarms and make all necessary preparation to receive patients.

5. Keeping a watchful eye on patients waiting to be seen and in the case of worsening symptoms, alerting a relevant professional.
6. Alerting Emergency Services in the event of an emergency and/or gain help from within the department.
7. Gain an understanding of coordinating workload to capacity.
8. Carrying out equipment checks and reporting issues to the Practice Management Team.
9. To work autonomously, managing own workload effectively referring to line manager when necessary.
10. Receive and make calls as required with the ability to handle heavy phone/patient traffic. Divert calls and take messages as appropriate. Ensure that the telephone system is operational at the beginning of each day.
11. Scanning and attaching patients data to patients electronic records.
12. Pulling, filing and photocopying of patient paper records.
13. Sort, screen and distribute incoming internal mail. Process outgoing mail following the procedure.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with an interest in Acute Medicine to join our existing team of consultants.
With the implementation of Direct Access Pathways, the UHCW Acute Medicine department is undergoing an exciting period of change and expansion. We are looking for passionate physicians to play an integral role in developing our existing medical admissions and short stay services, whilst also helping shape our new Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) and Acute Frailty units. We would welcome applicants with an interest in Acute Frailty and could support a Job Plan with this as the main area of clinical practice.
For consultants looking to undertake CESR application, we have a wealth of experience within our existing consultant workforce. We have successfully supported several of our consultants through CESR and offer peer support for staff are exploring CCT by this route.
The appointee will be expected to provide, and further develop, acute services for the Trust. This will be done in collaboration with colleagues in all disciplines, including primary and tertiary care, to provide an integrated and high-quality service for patients. This includes delivering services in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring the principles of risk management and clinical governance are always maintained.
Main duties of the job
o To take on going responsibility for patients under his/her care.
o Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with medical colleagues in other specialties and participate in regular clinical meetings and other postgraduate activities.
o Develop and maintain good communications with general practitioners and appropriate external agencies.
o The appointees will be required to work with colleagues to develop and deliver acute medicine within University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.
o Provide a consultation and advisory service to clinical colleagues in other specialties within the Trust and primary care.
o Participate in the further developments of the urgent care model for acute medicine working closely with colleagues in the emergency department and primary care.
o Participate in the further developments of Same Day Emergency Care pathways in acute medicine and of treatment protocols and guidelines for critical care medicine.
o Participate in the provision of out-of-hours cover on an equal basis with consultant colleagues to ensure that appropriate emergency services are provided.

Job summary
The above post has been funded to develop and deliver a research programme in autoimmune liver disease within the department of Hepatology at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. It is funded at 4 days a week for a 12 month period, due to the post being externally funded.
The successful applicant will be working alongside Professor Simon Rushbrook and Dr Victoria Mulcahy to enhance academic work in the field of Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis and Primary Biliary Cholangitis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all research components are delivered effectively and on time, coordinating activities across the project, and establishing pilot studies in partnership with NHS colleagues and allied organistaions. Close liaison with other researchers and teams will be essential to ensure integration and knowledge sharing.

Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities include reviewing relevant literature, obtaining ethical approvals, and adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and governance guidelines. The role also requires drafting conference papers and publications, presenting findings at conferences, and developing proposals for future funding.

The role is full-time at 10PAs per week.
We are interested in hearing from anyone who is interested in a flexible working pattern, which would include job share, compressed hours and part time working. There is an opportunity for 1 day of remote working for the postholder, as agreed with the Clinical Director. As the role will entail travel across the county and potential home visits, it is integral that the postholder is able to travel via car, due to limited public transport.
Main duties of the job
Provide senior clinical leadership in the management of complex cases and perform psychiatric assessments to establish eating disorder diagnoses and other psychopathology.
Take a senior role in the medical assessment of patients with eating disorders, arrange and interpret appropriate investigations, provide advice, and liaise with medical, paediatric, GP and emergency department colleagues in the management of physical complications associated with eating disorders.
Provide psychiatric and medical risk assessment and management for patients with eating disorders.
Liaise with children's services, social services, education services, GPs, medical and psychiatric colleagues in CMHTs, and families to support comprehensive care for patients with eating disorders.
Contribute to and, where agreed within the service, lead local implementation of relevant national policies and guidance, including NICE eating disorder guidance and MEED, alongside local guidelines and pathways.
Work with team colleagues to support the eating disorders service in meeting relevant NHS England and Department of Health service requirements, including access and waiting-time standards.
Work with team colleagues to support consistent use of Routine Outcome Measures (ROMs) and appropriate eating disorder-specific tools for screening, diagnosis and monitoring of progress with treatment.

We are seeking to appoint a substantive Consultant within our Forensics team. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the newly developed Forensic Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (F.I.N.D.) Community Team in South West London & St George's Mental Health Trust.
The Forensic Service sits within the Specialist Service Line of the Trust and is a provider within the South London Mental Health and Community Partnership (SLP) Forensic Provider Collaborative (PC).
The SLP Forensic PC's overarching goals centre on bringing care closer to home, improving patient pathways and outcomes by delivering excellent care in better environments. The SLP has a track record of delivering highly effective, clinically informed service developments across the Pathways within the Forensic PC. The post holder will be joining a skilled, motivated and innovative multidisciplinary team committed to continual learning and development and will be offered excellent CPD opportunities.
This is a less than full time role comprising 5 Programmed Activities for the F.I.N.D. role. In addition, 1PA will be offered for Adult Autism Intensive Support Team (AAIST).
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will provide medical leadership to the Forensic Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (FIND) Community Team in South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust. The FIND Community Team works with adults with a diagnosis of a Learning Disability and/or Autism who also experience co-morbid mental illness alongside offending behaviours which have brought them into contact with Forensic services.
The development of the FIND Community Team is part of a series of initiatives for this patient cohort, namely the opening of Oak Low Secure Unit on the Springfield site which facilitates the repatriation of out of area patients to South London and the development of the LDA community step down service with Local Authority and ICB partners to allow the development of a pathway into the community for these patients with the provision of supported housing with wrap around clinical support.
The FIND Team will provide community treatment and care coordination, including social and clinical supervision of restricted cases in the community (under Section 42 of the Mental Health Act 1983) and the Consultant will carry overall responsibility for the day-to-day clinical care, risk assessment, risk management, treatment and rehabilitation focused care delivered by the Team in the community.

Main duties of the job
The LD CAMHS service is a comprehensive multidisciplinary learning disability mental health team, incorporating psychiatry, psychology, learning disability nursing, speech and language therapy and behavioural analyst expertise.
The team provide a highly specialist learning disability CAMHS service for children and young people with moderate to profound intellectual disabilities with additional mental health needs and/or challenging behaviour. Many of the CYP have complex needs related to Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/ or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The team have strong relationships with the local authority disabled children services, special schools and education departments across all boroughs.

This is implemented through a structured competency programme which band 6 pharmacists can enrol on enabling their progression to Rotational band 7 without the need for additional recruitment process, if the requirements of the programme are met.
You will be expected to participate in the in-house training and the competency assessment programme. The opportunity to study for the Post Graduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice and Non Medical Prescribing is also available to a successful candidate.

Main duties of the job
Duties will include a ward pharmacist role to an assigned ward, dispensary work, medicines information, aseptic services and provision of pharmaceutical services to external community sites, therefore the ability to drive within the locality is essential.

This Band 7 role is a development post, which offers the possibility of moving to a Band 8a upon achievement of the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies.
This is a permanent contract, working part-time, 22.5 hours per week.Applicants will need to be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. It is essential that applicants can drive and have access to a car unless a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010 prevents driving.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing a variety of psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for individuals across a range of ability levels, plus support for their families and carers. This would be predominantly in community services but may also continue into inpatient services, if necessary.
The post holder will be joining a well-established Psychology service and receive supervision from an appropriately experienced Clinical Psychologist. We support a range of training opportunities and ongoing professional development. There are good links with the University of Essex and the University of Hertfordshire Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Programmes. There are great opportunities for R&D as our clinicians are already engaged in several research, teaching, and academic programs. We also actively promote further training and CPD opportunities such as systemic, EMDR, CBT, and Narrative based approaches. We offer a thoughtful and integrative model of psychological therapies for our service users.
