Job summary
The Senior Business & Transformation Manager will lead on high priority, complex programmes. You will focus on schemes that have been agreed as cross-organisational priorities, overseen by Trust Executive and central to our transformation plan.
Main duties of the job
This role will focus on a number of schemes to support these aims. These may include patient self-management, patient initiated follow up, bed consolidation, CAMHs redesign and integration across mental health service, older adults and physical/ mental health services.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a member of Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster Early Intervention and will carry a caseload of service users 14 years and over who are experiencing a First Episode of Psychosis.
Responsible for undertaking initial and comprehensive assessment of health and social care needs alone or with colleagues and feedback to Multi-Disciplinary Team.
Care co-ordination responsibility for the overall care of an identified group of service users, being part of a service that is committed to recovery and social inclusion.
Carry out MDT activities including being on duty and clinic rota as appropriate and within sphere of profession.
To be a role model to Band 5 RAD nurses and students Nurses in the team.
Our EIP Practitioners are specially trained and committed to using these skills to offer nursing which is centred around working with an individual's strengths in order to maximise autonomy and to deliver NICE concordant care for First Episode Psychosis. You will be working with individuals who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis, ranging from 14 to 35 years of age and where the prognosis for a full recovery is very high. The Research Delivery Team at Central and North West London NHS Trust is looking for a Clinical Research Assistant to join their team to support recruitment to and coordination of clinical research in the Trust. The postholder will primarily cover clinical services in the borough of Hillingdon, although their main office base will be in Kentish Town.
This post is hosted by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and supported by the North London Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN), which forms part of the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) which was established by the Department of Health and aims to improve the speed, quality, and integration of research, ultimately resulting in improved patient care.
Main duties of the job
The role will be based in the Research Delivery Service at Noclor Joint Research Office, hosted by Central and North West London NHS Trust. This role also involves working across multiple organisations within North West London to ensure people with mental health, dementia, learning disabilities, neurodegenerative and neurology problems have access to research opportunities.
You will work across the Trust in clinical services to recruit patients to a range of National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) portfolio studies. You will also promote research engagement actively assisting research teams with patient recruitment and data collection. You will be expected to have a good working knowledge of ICH GCP and be able to competently coordinate research trials, and to be involved in supporting junior staff in the team.
You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges of research delivery in the NHS, particularly within mental health. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, good organisational skills, flexibility, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously. A willingness to travel to sites across London is essential as the roles are based within services, as well as an ability or willingness to learn phlebotomy is essential.

Buckinghamshire Priority Dental Service is looking for a Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry to join their community dental team. The service is hosted by CNWL Trust.
The post holder must be registered and maintain registration as a Specialist in Special Care Dentistry with the General Dental Council and must have an active NHS Primary Dental Care Performer Number.
Main duties of the job
You will be the Paediatric clinical lead providing specialist advice and treatment for children who are accepted by the service. You will provide care in clinics with sedation facilities and on a domiciliary basis when necessary. You will provide comprehensive care under general anaesthesia at Wycombe, Stoke Mandeville and Milton Keynes University Hospitals.

Job summary
CNWL is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Specialty Doctor, based within Shore Ward at Park Royal Centre for Mental Health. This full time positions would be excellent for someone wanting to broaden their experience of acute psychiatry and develop their clinical skills in a supportive and challenging environment.
The postholder will provide overall clinical leadership for the ward's multidisciplinary team as well as direct clinical assessments and consultations. The post holders will be supervised and supported by the ward Consultant Psychiatrists.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have a central role in providing medical input within the well-established acute inpatient ward. He or she will work closely with the other members of the multidisciplinary team, in order to ensure that patients are provided with the highest standards of care. You will be supervised and supported by the Consultant Psychiatrist for the ward.
The post holder will be expected to ensure that any leave taken is covered by members of the clinical teams within which you work. The directorate is keen ensure flexible working and you may be asked to undertake additional duties to maintain high quality patient care.
