Job summary
The role is ideal for someone who is reliable, flexible, a team player and loves working with the public.Clinical coding knowledge is an advantage.The role is only part-time and could include reception cover for evenings from 2pm. It is also very important that colleague's annual leave is covered so there may be hours outside normal working hours.You would be part of a team and be responsible for the coding of relevant information into the patients electronic healthcare records on EMIS Web clinical system, adhering to the practice coding policy. In addition, the post-holder will also provide administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the practice which will include letters for patients/ERS referrals.
Main duties of the job
- Accurately read-coding data on EMIS Web into the patient record
- Identifying relevant clinical information documented in patient correspondence, coding appropriately and completing any detailed actions
- Input and extract data as required to support practice reports
- File and store records as required
- Photocopy documentation as required
- Scanning of patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients healthcare records

We are looking for an experienced dietitian to work within a Primary Care Network in Haverings. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of primary care, delivering specialist dietetic services directly within GP practices.

Main duties of the job
