*Interview date: 16 Oct 2026 in Welwyn Garden City*
HCT will prioritise recruitment of workers living in England under the new immigration rules for care workers effective from 9 April 2025. Post graduate experience/training within paediatrics is desirable, however having a broad range of clinical skills across various rotations would also be taken into consideration. Support, mentoring and further training will be provided to meet the individual needs of practitioners in areas where up skilling and development is required.
Our integrated service provides opportunities for collaborative working, joint training and shared learning amongst each profession. We work closely with colleagues in education, with well-established relationships. HCT is strongly committed to continuing professional development and the delivery of evidence-based practice.
We can offer:
- Regular group supervision, managerial supervision and a well-established appraisal system
- CPD opportunities, including in service masterclasses
