An exciting opportunity has arisen for Administration Assistant to join our Humbelievable bank and support services throughout the Trust.

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Bank Administration Assistants to join our Bank Workforce.
Primarily the shifts for this service mainly operate within our Mental Health units based at Newbridges, Miranda House, Mill View Court / Lodge, Maister Court, Cottingham Road, Hull.
However, as a member of our bank you will be able to pick up shifts trust wide.

Main duties of the job
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the service, including filing, scanning, photocopying and document management.
- Receive and respond to telephone calls, emails and face to face enquiries, ensuring messages and information are accurately recorded and passed on.
- Input, maintain and retrieve patient and service information using Trust electronic systems and databases.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure information is processed in accordance with Trust policies and data protection requirements.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, reports and routine communications.
- Support the booking and administration of appointments, meetings and events as required.
Prepare routine documentation, reports and standard correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
Assist with the organisation of meetings and take notes/action points for non-complex meetings where required.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the delivery of health visiting services to a defined corporate caseload within Derby City, working within the 0-19 framework ensuring a seamless service to the family as appropriate and working collaboratively with partner agencies.
You will lead on the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as defined within the service specification, identifying packages of care based on the Universal, Targeted and Specialist models of service delivery. You will provide leadership and supervision to other members of the team and work within Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust policies and procedures.

Job summary
An SRE engineer will apply engineering principles to remediate infrastructure and operational problems. The primary focus will be on automation and CI/CD; ensuring our services run reliably, are scalable, and perform optimally in production environments. The role will monitor and manage these aspects while taking responsibility for multiple cloud infrastructure services. Observability of systems will be key to prioritising the operational service improvements and performance improvements to meet and exceed SLOs (Service Level Objectives).
Main duties of the job
Working with the HPC & SRE Team to:

- Respond to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and restoring services as quickly as possible
- Prioritise operational service improvements to meet or increase SLO, minimising downtime
- Ensure that effective monitoring/alerting is in place to proactively identify issues using tools and dashboards. Reducing times to respond to issues.
- Leverage automation to streamline tasks, reduce overhead on repeatable operations, reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency. Write code that is maintainable, clear, and concise
- Optimise system performance using strong problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks with an engineering mindset
- Ensure systems can handle current and future workloads through automation and capacity planning
- Continuously improve services through observability, and identify ways to improve observability practices
- Follow SRE principles. Guide and educate stakeholders to adopt implemented principles

CONSULTANT IN CARDIOLOGY WSI IMAGING
We are seeking to recruit 2x innovative and progressive Consultants with an interest in Imaging (Cardiac MRI) to join our Cardiology team. The appointees will cover our new hospital Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH) during the on call with outpatient clinics at City hospital Birmingham and/or Sandwell General Hospital. Applications are welcomed from candidates with CCT (or equivalent) with an interest in Cardiac MRI who are on the General Medical Council's Specialist Register in Cardiology or who will be within six months of obtaining their CCT at the time of interview. In addition, applicants should demonstrate within their application that they are fully trained in general Cardiology, can manage Cardiology oncalls and can perform the imaging modality independently. This job is a substantive post.

Main duties of the job
The appointee will perform first class imaging (CMR) for elective outpatient cases and urgent inpatients where required. The candidate will also perform on-calls for Cardiology wards and general cardiology 1 in 10 (with internal cover).
The appointee will cover clinics (general Cardiology & specialty), ward rounds and administration duties and will also provide flexible imaging cover. The post will be based primarily at MMUH for ward rounds, and oncalls. Based on the imaging modality, the sessions will be either in MMUH, Sandwell General Hospital or Birmingham City Hospital. The Trust has reconfigured its services in preparation for the implementation of the Right Care Right Here Programme and the post-holder therefore is required have outpatient work continuing on at least one of the other sites.
The appointee will take equal responsibility with existing Consultants for the proper functioning of the clinical service, working with clinical and managerial colleagues towards achieving and maintaining national maximum waiting times and developing clinical pathways.

All the patients requiring cardiology management are reviewed by the cardiology team with daily ward rounds on the cardiology wards, acute medical unit and ward referrals. All suspected acute coronary syndrome patients will be seen, as well as those with significant arrhythmias and those with heart failure. AMU Cardiology referrals in MMUH are covered by the Interventional Cardiologists who perform a 1:8 cover Monday to Friday from 08:00-12:30 noon. On call weekend interventional cardiologists do a Saturday morning list for acute ward patients.
Out-patient Clinics at Sandwell and City Hospitals
At Sandwell Hospital, the out-patient department is directly adjacent to the cardiology department and therefore access to exercise testing, echocardiography and rhythm management facilities. At City Hospital, the Birmingham Treatment Centre also provides out-patient facilities adjacent to the Cardiology Department. The appointee would have two cardiology clinics per week. There may be a requirement for the appointee to do outpatient work outside the hospital in line with the Right Care Right Here programme. At present there were a total of about 18000 outpatient attendances per year in the cardiology Dept. Modern IT systems (UNITY) support delivery of service to improve rapid turnover and communication with primary care and all our patient records are electronic.
Cardiac Intervention/Pacing
MMUH is equipped with state of the art Siemens Artis Icono Biplane catheter labs adjacent to each other with a brand new third catheter lab which opened in March 2026 and is dedicated to pacing and devices. Cath lab coordination is supported using the dedicated Labyrinth@ IT system and dedicated nurse Cath Lab Coordinator. Our Health Reablement Teams and urgent care team are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Rehabilitation Support Workers with a sound knowledge and experience of working with complex, frail and older people.
CityCares Health Reablement and urgent care services deal with a wide range of cases, providing care and rehabilitation for people presenting with complex pathologies, as well as challenging medical and social circumstances.
We are seeking staff with a wide range of holistic health and social care skills and experiences to complement our service. Visiting patients within their own homes, the teams are dedicated to preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and promoting independence and quality of life. You will be working closely with Occupational therapists, Physiotherapists and Nurses as well as GPs, District Nurses, Community Matrons, the acute trust and a range of Health and Social Care Professionals.
The aim of our service is to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and to facilitate timely and safe discharges from the acute setting. We promote independence and with intensive rehabilitation and assessment, we strive to help our service users to achieve their goals, however big or small. Rehabilitation Support Workers practise under the guidance and supervision of the Clinical team.
The hours of work will be 7am-10pm on a fixed rolling Rota basis (out of hours operations carries an enhancement). The Service operates 7 days per week, 365 days per year and bank holidays.

CRHT are able to offer all the benefits of a hospital admission while remaining at home including home visits from our experienced team, with support from doctors and psychology. We also facilitate supportive discharge from hospital, managing the transition back to community-based service.

Main duties of the job
As an Urgent Care Practitioner in our team you will work in partnership with service users with complex health presentations, developing their care plans and recovery plans to enable them to lead fulfilling lives.
You will be responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of top-quality care to service users. This will include working alongside service users, carers, families and partner agencies such as voluntary sector agencies, schools and colleges.
As well as providing specialist nursing advice and carry out nursing procedures, and monitoring the effectiveness of treatments in order to progress and ensure effectiveness of intervention.
You may also be involved in providing clinical supervision to staff and students. This may include acting as shift co-ordinator as needed to lead the team on shift, as well as allocating and delegating tasks to colleagues. You will be expected to liaise with other services and external agencies to triage referrals to the service and gatekeep inpatient admissions.

The Non-Specific Symptom Pathway (NSSP) offers a single point of access to a diagnostic pathway for patients with non-specific symptoms. The post holder will need to work in close collaboration with care of the elderly Consultant at North Bristol NHST Trust and, Primary and secondary care to support a tailored pathway of clinically relevant diagnostic tests towards a timely diagnosis. The post holder will utilise skills of clinical expertise, education and management to ensure a high quality service for patients, carers and staff.
The NSSP CNS will undertake a pivotal role alongside the Pathway Navigator, liaising with patients who are referred, acting as the main point of contact, offering support and keeping patients informed at each stage. Once diagnosis is known, to refer to the appropriate team or back to the GP's for ongoing management ensuring a seamless transition of care. Our Inventory Management Team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Replenishment Assistant to join us for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Based at our off-site warehouse, you'll work closely with the Replenishment Team at Musgrove Park Hospital, helping to ensure essential clinical consumables and PPE are available to support patient care across the Trust.

Main duties of the job
You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and other health care professionals to the emergency department on arrival at the reception desk, whether this will be front facing or via telephone, to ensure they receive excellent customer service experience. The successful applicant will have a friendly and professional attitude, good IT and organisational skills and be able to accurately complete/input data. The successful candidate will also need to be able to deal with difficult and stressful situations with courtesy and empathy. The duties consist of patient registration using Careflow EPR (full training given). Other duties include appointment booking, scanning, dealing with a range of enquires, in person, by phone or by email in an efficient, polite and courteous manner.

Job summary
To work as part of the operational team responsible for providing a comprehensive patient support service in the hospital environment. This will involve carrying out the following Facilities Management functions:o The primary function is the movement of patients, consumable products, waste, furniture, medical equipment, gasses, beds, mattresses etc.o The cleaning of all Portering equipment, delivery of blood products and responding to Major incident.o To deliver emergency blood productso UK Manual driving licence is essential for this post.
To provide a high quality responsive, efficient and effective patent support service to wards, and departments in North Bristol NHS Trust acting in a caring and professional manner and working in line with the Facilities and departmental operating procedures.
Main duties of the job
Physical Efforto Duties involve standing/walking for long periods of time during the shifto Duties may involve undertaking physically demanding tasks e.g. moving cages of approximately 300kg in weight as and when required
Mental Efforto Being aware of health and safety implications involved in duties and their potential effect on others e.g. Ensuring that equipment is stored appropriately
o At ward level keeping a professional distance from patients and ensuring confidentiality at all timeso Working to schedules which may be subject to change
Emotional efforto Whilst working at ward level being able to cope with witnessing distressing sights of patients who are very ill and may be at the end stages of lifeo Whilst working in the Emergency Department witnessing traumatic injurieso In the course of your duties you will need to be sensitive when coming into contact with patients and members of the public who may be experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety are confrontational or under the influence of alcohol

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous clerical experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibility and is able to organise and prioritise their workload.
Good communication skills are essential and we are looking for an individual with a passion to work in a team delivering key interventions to working aged adults.
This role will support administration of the patient bank and shop and administration across the inpatient service within the forensic division. Working hours between 08:00 - 16:00 Thursday & Friday.
Main duties of the job
The Banking Senior Administrator supports the Forensic Division by managing patient monies, property and petty cash processes, ensuring compliance with Trust policies, procedures and financial governance requirements. The post holder maintains accurate financial records and provides financial and administrative support to enable patients at Humber Centre and Pine View to safely access and manage their personal funds. The role also supports the delivery of the Patient Shop service, providing operational cover for the Patient Shop Supervisor as required to maintain service continuity and meet patient needs.
Facilitates patient access to finances held by the Trust. Facilitating safe storage for monies and property for patients. Maintaining accurate digital records of patient finances. Ensuring that any patient withdrawals are recorded live and the electronic system is live and up to date. Stock management and ordering of items for patient shop using the NHS National Procurement framework. Manages petty cash within the division ensuring Trust policies and procedures are adhered and where necessary escalating any deviation through agreed channels.
