Leeds Student Medical Practice are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our team on a 12-month fixed term basis.
We are a large, evolving practice with a unique student demographic. We have a list size of over 40,000 and are based in Leeds city centre in close proximity to the universities. Parking is available on site.

Main duties of the job
Candidates will be responsible for providing a high level of medical care to the practice population. You will be required to:
- Normal surgeries
- See up to thirteen patients per session.

Job summary
Join our expert Radiotherapy Team as a Senior Review Radiographer, based at Velindre at Nevill Hall Radiotherapy Unit, Abergavenny. You will lead radiographer-led review clinics, managing treatment side effects, supporting patients and carers throughout their cancer journey, and prescribing medications where appropriate.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of specialist radiotherapy services, provide expert advice and support, and play a key role in developing colleagues through training and supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated radiographer who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient-centred cancer care.
The position is either for a Band 7 Review Radiographer with Independent Prescribing or a willingness to work towards Independent prescribing on a Band 7 Annex 21.

Main duties of the job
To organise and lead on radiographer led review clinics, including assessing and managing treatment side effects, and advising patients and carers on how to manage these side effects. To include prescribing medications where appropriate utilising the current prescribing guidelines.
To lead on information and support for radiotherapy patients and carers, providing a holistic approach to the emotional, practical, social and information needs, utilising a variety of communication media.
To be part of the multidisciplinary team involved in the total care of patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment and highly specialist treatments e.g. SRS and SBRT
Attendance at multidisciplinary team meetings and travel to other hospitals as appropriate.
To assist in organising and planning the workload in review clinic and information and support service.
To take responsibility for training and supervising more junior review radiographers, rotational radiographers, support staff and students.
To work with more senior staff to provide a safe, accurate, efficient and caring treatment service.
To act as a resource within the Trust providing expert knowledge to support the multidisciplinary team.

Job summary
We are recruiting two dedicated Locum Consultants (12 month fixed term contract) to join our busy Ophthalmic Accident & Emergency Department, which provides 24/7 emergency eye care and manages over 100,000 patient episodes annually. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the Trust's most dynamic services, supporting patients with ocular injuries, acute vision changes, severe discomfort, and post-operative complications.
There are two 5.08 PA roles available. Each role will involve a full 3 session day and a 1:6 weekend rotation. This will include a 4.08 PA DCC & Admin element, and a 1 PA SPA element. Please see the job plan at the bottom of the attached job description for further information. The DCC aspect of the job plan is fixed, but the SPA & admin PAs can be taken at the time of convenience for the successful candidates. The timetable may change depending on the needs of the hospital and the service demands. Supervision and teaching of junior staff will be required as well as administrative responsibilities of the ST teaching and training.

Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role include:

OTHER DUTIES
The consultant has a continuing responsibility for the care of patients in their charge and for the proper functioning of the service, allowing for all appropriate delegation to and training for their staff.
They are responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic and must ensure that in/outpatient services are covered during their planned absences. Participation in episodes of shared care requires the consultant to provide advice and support to clinicians in other services with regard to patients who may have a combination of ocular problems.
All members of the consultant staff and honorary consultants are expected to contribute to the Medical Advisory Committee and to serve on other Hospital committees as required unless compelling reasons prevent this. SENIOR CLINICAL FELLOW IN STROKE(ST3 + LEVEL)
Bristol Foundation Trust is looking to appoint Senior Clinical Fellows at ST3 level or above in Stroke for 6 months. Position commencing from November/December 2026, immediate start needed.
For those who have completed CT/IM level medical training and gained or nearly completed MRCP, these posts will provide registrar level experience and training in stroke and hence be a springboard for NTN applications in neurology or other specialties where experience in neurology or stroke play a significant part.
Main duties of the job
The roles will be leading on acute admissions, thrombolysis and thrombectomy, HASU/ASU ward rounds at Southmead Hospital. In addition the post holder will be supporting the delivery of TIA Clinics at the Bristol Royal Infirmary Site. The Senior Clinical Fellows also have opportunity to undergo training and development, valued as a core part of the Stroke team.

We have a vacancy for a Rapid Response Domestic Assistant, working Part time Monday to Friday 3pm to 8pm

This is a vital role for the London Ambulance Service, receiving and taking charge of all incoming emergency calls. Main duties of the job
You must be able to remain calm in an emergency. When people are panicking, your role is to be clear and assertive where required to ensure the caller remains focused. Do you have a genuine passion for supporting people living with obesity? An exciting opportunity has arisen, for an enthusiastic and motivated band 4 Physical Activity Associate Practitioner, to join our dynamic team within Tier 3 Specialist Weight Management.
The role will involve working with the Tier 3 Specialist Weight Management Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to support patients to lose weight and improve their health and wellbeing. The role will involve assessing and providing tailored physical activity advice and support to patients who access the service. The Tier 3 Specialist Weight Management Physiotherapist will provide clinical support and supervision.
This is a rewarding and challenging post and the postholder should ideally have experience of supporting patients living with obesity and complex health conditions.
Main duties of the job
The role will include identifying, demonstrating, and observing specific, tailored exercises to meet the needs of the patient. Excellent time management skills are an essential part of the role as is the requirement for accurate record keeping within electronic patient records.
The ability to use a range of communication methods and behaviour change approaches are also key attributes required for the role. The postholder should also have a good understanding of the complexity of obesity and the challenges associated with obesity and physical activity

Do you have a passion for offering quality care to children with mental health needs? Come and join a passionate and friendly team providing mental health services to children with or presenting with possible neuro diversity across the city of Plymouth. We have a number of opportunities within the Neurodiversity Intensive Support and Intervention Team (NISIT) which supports the wider CAMHS Neurodiversity pathway offering specialist assessment, intervention and support to children and young people that may have, a learning disability, ADHD, autism, Tics or Tourette's and are struggling with mental health difficulties. NISIT provide a high intensive support to young people struggling with mental health whilst waiting or currently within the Neuro pathway, to reduce increasing development of the mental health presentation and or risks.
NISIT are part of a wider dedicated team that aims to provide a positive and supportive working environment, with an open learning culture, which fosters high morale and commitment.

Main duties of the job
To work alongside the multi disciplinary team in the assessment of children and young people who are presenting with behaviours suggestive of a neuro developmental Condition such as Autism, ADHD or Tourettes Syndrome.
To support children, Young People and Families who have received a diagnosis to help them to understand what it means for them.
To work alongside our colleagues in education to ensure the mental health needs of the child have been acknowledged.
To work closely and collaboratively with clinicians to ensure that the needs of children and young people with an escalation of risk or deterioration in their mental health are met in a timely and appropriate manner.
To provide telephone advice to Children, Young People and their Families and/or Professionals
To support the mental health assessments in a location most convenient/appropriate for the patient; this may be in their home, GP surgery, school or Emergency Department.
Work with the clinicians in the delivery of most appropriate intervention required for a child or young person, with an emphasis on positive risk management, and refer as necessary.
To intensively support a child or young person in the community to prevent the need for admission and offer a step-down package of care of a child or young person being discharged back to community services.
Represent CAMHS in meetings as and when required and clinically appropriate to gather and share information.
