Main duties of the job
What are we looking for?
The role of Systems Administrator supports the Operational Manager in maintaining the patient administration functions, managing activity information and producing reports when required by the Business Service Authority (BSA).
The post holder will collate data for performance monitoring meetings and for the CDS clinical governance programme.
The post holder will ensure patient charges are collected and processed according to CDS finance procedures and liaise with, respond to and take action as required by IT managers.
Applicants will have experience of providing administrative support to an operational team and will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages. You will be able to use appropriate software to manipulate data, produce documents, reports and spreadsheets.
There will be a requirement to undertake other administrative duties including diary management and taking accurate minutes at operational meetings and distributing accordingly.
Experience of dental software systems will be a great advantage together with knowledge of how to submit dental claims and patient changes

Applications are invited from enthusiastic dentists for this post based at the Dental Care Centre in Bedford and to support clinics across Bedfordshire as required, including domiciliary care and epidemiological surveys.
Professional support is available from Consultants in Restorative Dentistry and Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery.
Training opportunities will be provided to develop skills and competencies with special care and paediatric patients. There will be opportunities to participate with care under sedation and general anaesthesia.
Candidates must be able to travel to clinic locations as required.The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician with excellent organisational skills, patience, and a flexible, positive approach.About us

Main duties of the job
What are we looking for?
You will be a confident communicator and able to deliver "train the trainer" oral health sessions to schools and groups in the community across Norfolk.
Experience of participation in health campaigns and the production of high-quality resources will demonstrate your creativity and imagination.
Main duties include delivering a supervised toothbrushing programme to early years settings and schools, oral health promotion to vulnerable groups in the community along with formal and informal training for a variety of employees working in the community, including health professionals and peer educators.
You will understand the oral health needs of our local population, engaging positively with those most vulnerable to oral health inequalities and disadvantage.
You will liaise closely with external partners to deliver coordinated care and seek further opportunities to improve the oral health of our population.
You will be a GDC registrant and have proficient IT skills, accuracy and promptness are important.
This is a Norfolk wide role, so car drivers with a full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle are essential.
Working patterns are flexible within the hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm. Occasionally you will be required to work outside these hours.

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experiencedClinical Workforce Training Coordinatorto join our team at Community Dental Services CIC (CDS). Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide a wide range of dental treatments, including all extended duties appropriate to their registration, at the request of dentists within the CDS.
The post holder will deliver comprehensive dental treatment and preventative care to patients and clients of Community Dental Services, with a focus on supporting children in special educational settings.
Essex clinics treat a diverse patient base, including adults, children, individuals with additional needs, phobics, and patients with learning and physical disabilities.

Applications are invited from dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Therapists to join our Community Dental Service team for this post to provide a full range of NHS care to offenders at HMP Bure, HMP Norwich, HMP Wayland and to support other HMP's as required.
The successful candidate will provide a wide range of dental treatments, including all extended duties appropriate to their registration, at the request of dentists within the CDS.
As you will be expected to provide support to other HMP's the ability to visit all bases is essential.
Enhanced DBS and the ability to meet Ministry of Justice clearance will be required
