Job summary
We are looking to recruit a full-time First Contact Physiotherapist (37.5 hours per week) to join our established and experienced team.
As a First Contact Physiotherapist, you will work on-site in GP practices as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. You will assess, diagnose, and manage MSK patients at the first point of contact - with full autonomy and clinical support.
You will be embedded in your practice(s), working closely with GPs, receptionists, nurses, and other MDT colleagues to deliver integrated, personalised patient care.
You will have the opportunity to use or develop advanced skills, including injection therapy and independent prescribing, supported by protected CPD time and structured supervision.

Main duties of the job
Clinical Practice

Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and effective deputy practice manager to support the Practice Manager with the smooth running of the practice. The practice is situated in Dawley, part of Telford in Shropshire with excellent rail and road links to all of the Midlands. The area of Dawley is suburban with a degree of deprivation in a semi-rural environment, and a population that has a wide range of health needs.
Main duties of the job
Experience in leading, managing and developing a team in a changing and challenging environment is essential and candidates must be passionate about developing high quality and effective patient services to sustain the take the practice forward in the future.
