We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide secretarial support within the Child and Adolescent Service within Children & Young People's Division based at Talarfon, Bangor.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package. The post holder will be expected to undertake a variety of duties within the role.
A good telephone manner essential. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Main duties of the job
The CAMHS Receptionist/Single Point of Access Administrator will provide an efficient and flexible secretarial service to the CAMHS Multi-Disciplinary team. This will include, processing referrals, typing, electronic diary management and arranging appointments.
The post-holder will also be expected to undertake reception duties. By the nature of the duties, the post-holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, carers, relatives, medical staff and other visitors to the unit, in person and in writing, with courtesy and discretion at all times. The Admin Manager is generally available for reference.

Main duties of the job
To contribute and support the delivery of high standard of effective nursing care, as part of a nursing team, in support of and under the direction of a registered professional.
To be an autonomous practitioner who is responsible for the holistic assessment of both complex and simple care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care and delegation of care where appropriate to other members of the team.
To carry out assigned tasks, including direct nursing care and administrative duties as delegated by the nurse in charge ensuring that patients / clients receive safe, individualised and effective care which supports health & wellbeing and promotes self-care where appropriate and possible.

We are looking to recruit a clinic co-ordination/receptionist
To provide an effective service for Moorfields North and a designated service or group of consultants and be the primary point of contact for patients and staff for any administrative issues.
To ensure that patients are given clear information regarding their pathways, and arrangements and that their pathway is managed smoothly and efficiently.
Work closely with the responsible surgeons, lead nurses to ensure that appointments are appropriately booked.
Moorfields Eye Hospital invites applications for the permanent post of Outpatient Clinic Co-ordinator based at Moorfields Eye Clinic Bedford.
This post will also require work between the 2 sites in Bedford for reception duties, with a flexible approach. The hours are on a rotation and run as 08.00-16.00, 09.00-17.00 & 10.00-18.00
Main duties of the job
- Provide a high standard of receptionist/ 1st point of contact and administrative support, to include timely and accurate cashing up of clinics.
- Be courteous and professional when dealing with patients, at all times
- Check patient information i.e. address and general practitioner details are accurate and up to date and make any necessary alterations to the patient's health record and PAS.
- Record outpatient outcomes, RTT status and where appropriate, outpatient procedure coding promptly for every patient.
- Book appointments for diagnostic purposes in liaison with the appropriate departments
- Make follow-up appointments as requested by the clinician within appropriate timeframes
- Where issues and/or problems are identified with appointment booking, highlight these with clinicians

Main duties of the job

The Robert Darbishire Practice has two sites: the largest is in Rusholme Health Centre and there is a branch at The University of Manchester, in Crawford House on Booth Street East.
The Robert Darbishire Practice is one of the largest GP practices in Greater Manchester and as Deputy Reception Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in its day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the service received by our patients reflects our core values of care and curiosity to deliver high standards of customer service.

Main duties of the job
The Deputy Reception Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Reception Team Leader in the management of the reception team of The Robert Darbishire Practice, including the University GP Service Branch. They will support the Reception Team Leader in the day-to-day team operations to ensure the smooth operation of the reception service. They will help to ensure that the reception team are well-trained, supported and well-organised so that they provide an efficient and effective service to our patients and clinicians, offering the highest level of customer service.
The postholder works with the Office Manager and Reception Team Leader to ensure the achievement of our aims and objectives and the efficient, effective and financially-sustainable running of the service as a whole. In particular, the postholder must ensure that we deliver a responsive, patient-centred reception service, which reflects our core values of care and curiosity.
The postholder will also be required to work as part of the Reception Team to provide the practices front-of-house service, including welcoming patients and visitors, understanding and interpreting patients needs, resolving queries where possible or signposting patients to the appropriate service or appointment.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate individual to join the Therapy Department at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (RNOH) as a Therapy Assistant within the Amputation Rehabilitation Team.
Working alongside Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, you will support people with limb loss and limb difference throughout rehabilitation. This part-time role (28.125 hours per week) involves working with individuals who have undergone amputation following cancer, vascular disease, diabetes, failed orthopaedic procedures or congenital limb deficiency.
You will work with patients across the rehabilitation pathway, from the post-operative stage on inpatient wards through to prosthetic rehabilitation within our regional Prosthetic Rehabilitation Unit. While most of the caseload is adult-focused, there will also be opportunities to support children. The service supports individuals with lower limb, upper limb and multiple limb loss.
This is a rewarding and varied role, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference during a significant period of adjustment in patients' lives. You will need resilience, empathy and excellent interpersonal skills to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals and adapting to life with limb loss.
The role also includes equipment management, administrative duties and referrals to partner services and agencies to ensure the smooth running of the team.
Main duties of the job
As a Therapy Technician within the Amputation Rehabilitation Team, you will provide skilled rehabilitation support to people with limb loss and limb difference, while contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
Working under the guidance of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, you will deliver rehabilitation programmes to adults and children across a range of settings, including inpatient wards, the Prosthetic Rehabilitation Unit, therapy areas and the Aspire Leisure Centre, including hydrotherapy facilities.
You will work with patients individually and support the development and delivery of group rehabilitation sessions. Following referral from a registered therapist, you will manage a delegated caseload, delivering treatment programmes in line with agreed protocols and rehabilitation pathways. You will monitor progress, adapt activities within your scope of practice and provide feedback to the supervising therapist, escalating concerns where appropriate.
You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team, including nursing, medical, therapy, prosthetic and administrative colleagues, to ensure high-quality patient-centred care.
The role also includes supporting the management, maintenance and ordering of specialist equipment and materials, together with administrative duties that contribute to the efficient running of the team.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complaints, ensuring they are logged, investigated, and resolved in a timely and effective manner, and that feedback is provided to all relevant parties.

Main duties of the job
Clinical Duties:- In accordance with the Practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will be available to undertake a variety of duties including face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations,visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, patient test results, paperwork and correspondence to deadlines- Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the organisation.- Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.- Screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness- In consultation with patients and in line with current Practice disease management protocols, developing care plans for health.- Providing counselling and health education.- Admitting or discharging patients to and from the caseload and referring to other care providers as appropriate.- Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.- Collecting data for audit purposes.- Compiling and issuing computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions- Prescribing in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary {or generically) whenever this is clinically appropriate- In general the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.

Main duties of the job
- Perform unsupervised, all routine techniques within the lung function laboratory. To include Spirometry, FeNO, lung volumes, TLco, plethysmography and reversibility testing.
- Perform unsupervised, the following complex procedures: Histamine challenge, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, respiratory muscle assessment, fitness to fly assessment, sleep studies, long term oxygen assessment and Capillary blood gasses.
- Ensure data quality by undertaking equipment calibration and quality control for all tests performed within the laboratory
- Ensure the technical quality of assessment complies with published national guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of legal and ethical obligations.

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a HOLEP Fellowship within our Urology Department for twelve months. The post will provide a great opportunity to receive further specialist experience in Urology.
The constantly evolving and dynamic urology department is looking for a motivated individual to support current services. The Urology department is a cohesive and harmonious team consisting of five consultants, seven registrars including deanery trainee's.
This is for a fixed term twelve month contract
Main duties of the job
The postholder will provide senior middle grade support for Urology with an interest in developing skills in HoLEP surgery within the elective theatres.
The postholder will work with the existing Specialist Registrars and Junior Urology staff, that will participate on the Urology on-call rota together with the Urology consultant and allocated a full day of on-call duties.
The postholder will be ultimately responsible to the Clinical Director for Urology, Mr Saleemi.
The proposed timetable will be discussed with applicants. This will need to be changed from time to time to respond to the demands of the service.

Would you like to become a member of our Primary Care Directorate clinical team providing innovative care to our patient population as part of an outstanding CQC organisation and HSJ Trust of the Year?
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and committed General Practitioner to join our clinical team. This is a pivotal post in the delivery of quality and innovative primary care services. We are a friendly and well organised team with a forward-thinking approach.
We are looking for a commitment of 6 sessions per week (plus CPD), primarily based at Keele Practice Health Centre, but offering cross cover where needed to support other bases within our integrated practice portfolio.
We are a high achieving, patient centred practice and have implemented a care model to improve patient experience, providing urgent, priority and routine appointments. Standard clinical sessions and the provision of administration time for non-patient facing work within the session is routinely included.
Excellent clinical support from our extended clinical team, including ANPs and UCPs.
Positive promotion of learning and CPD supported by weekly protected learning events along with the benefits of being part of a larger Trust.
Main duties of the job
You will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
Teamwork is an essential part of the role, working as part of our senior clinical team to provide quality care to our patients as well as supporting the wider practice core clinical workload.
