Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Carer & Patient Experience Worker to join the Carer & Patient Experience Team at Rampton Hospital. Rampton is a national high secure hospital and is based in rural North Nottinghamshire. (if x2 persons apply and are successful at interview, there is the possibility of an x2 18:75 per week hour job share posts)
To support Carers, family and volunteers and patients in their engagement, participation and involvement towards patient care and the visiting the hospital. The role plays a central role in ensuring carers have appropriate network of support around them and their role in supporting the best health outcomes of the patients who we provide services and support too.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay or skill level required for a Skilled worker visa.
Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at thebottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimumsalary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. Main duties of the job
Team purpose:
To improve the overall visitor experience of the hospital. To enhance the life of the patient by acting as carer link between patient wards and other departments by raising awareness of and supporting the carer and involvement / participation strategy. To support and champion the carer and patient involvement / experience across the hospital.

Job description
Job responsibilities
- To manage and oversee the social visitor accreditation process through liaison with social workers, multi-disciplinary teams and security staff in line with visiting procedures and ensuring this is communicated to relevant departments.
- To act as Ward Carer Link for a particular care stream as part of the Triangle of Care (TOC) agenda providing 1:1 support, organise and facilitate any staff group sessions aiding with TOC assessments, carer information and attend ward community meetings.
- To improve patient and carer experience of the ward and enhance carers/ ward staff communication.
- To support and facilitate onsite visits between social visitors and patients often being the sole member of staff on those visits. This includes leading on onsite child and virtual visits.
- To organise and book any interpreters required for any social visit. To provide the technical instruction / equipment or assistance to ward staff if required for MS Teams Interpreters.
- To navigate clinical systems (RIO) to gain relevant patient information (mental/physical/risk/ historical and current issues prior to social visits) & to feedback and report on patient / carer contact.
- To liaise with social workers and ward staff prior to supporting any visit and feedback to the wider MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) about visits or issues raised in carer contact via the Trust wide RIO patient recording system.
- To maintain accurate, timely and relevant clinical records. To maintain the safe custody of healthcare records or other confidential information.
- To support and be on the ward if we are there to release a ward staff member to enable an onsite or purple visit to go ahead.

This exciting role is working within a small friendly Paediatric Audiology team. The post is based at the Children's Crystal Development Centre. A multidisciplinary team centre, including community paediatricians, children's ENT, children's physiotherapy and occupational therapy, for children within the Croydon area. The post holder will be involved in the behavioural assessment and monitoring of children of all ages.We have a Consultant Audiovestibular physician who performs the aetiological investigations on our caseload and have a close working relationship with the hearing support services for Croydon.

Communications

As an Administrator at Moorlands Surgery the post holder will help deliver a variety of administration and reception services in order to support high standards of patient care. The post holder will offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. Band 3 Clinical Support Worker - part time - 22.5 hours per week
The band 3 will cover the Neurology Service at the CDC
The post holder will be flexible across CDC/CIC to cover service need.
You will work with indirect supervision under the Registered Nurse; assisting with nursing care and providing information and assistance to the patient, their relatives and carers. You will also utilise acquired skills gained from an extended role as directed by the lead clinical nurse of the department.

Main duties of the job

They could support the GPs/ANPs with urgent admin such as fast tracks, x-rays, scans and referrals generated from our patients with an urgent acute condition but also support with urgent bloods, dressings and ECGs for these patients.

Rising Brook Surgery is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the practice as a medical administrators (reception). As a member of frontline staff you will be the first point of contact for our service users and visitors. You will need to be non-judgmental with excellent communication and listening skills.

We are thrilled to announce a Fixed Term vacancy for a Band 3 Administrator role to undertake general administrative and reception support across all teams at Inclusion Thurrock NHS Talking Therapies.
We are seeking candidates who possess strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
While this role does not involve working with clients in crisis, you will often engage with individuals who are distressed, anxious, depressed, or confused. It is crucial that you can interact with clients calmly and confidently while maintaining professional boundaries. Experience in a primary care or mental health setting is advantageous but not essential.
The role involves a variety of tasks, including reception duties, telephone and face-to-face contact with service users, and organisational support for therapists and managers.
Main duties of the job
The main priority of this position is to work as part of the administrative team providing general reception and administration duties for the Thurrock Mental Health Service, working with our established processes, policies and procedures to provide a comprehensive high-quality service and deal efficiently and courteously with patient enquiries.
Your regular duties in this role will be dealing with, face to face service users as well as, telephone and electronic enquiries. Booking and/or amending patient appointments, contacting patients to provide information from the clinical team and assisting patients to access our services.
