Main duties of the job
Key duties will include:
- Managing the day-to-day IT and digital environment, resolving issues and coordinating support where required.
- Providing first-line support for PCs, laptops, printers, touch-screen displays and other practice hardware, resolving faults or liaising with external providers where necessary.

Job Purpose
The IT & Digital Manager will take responsibility for the effective day-to-day management, development and improvement of the practice's IT and digital systems.

Job summary
Practice Manager / Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and forward-thinking Practice Manager / Operations Manager to play a key role in the leadership and continued development of our GP practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can combine strong operational management with excellent people skills, ensuring the practice runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care and service. You will work closely with the GP Partners and wider team, overseeing day-to-day operations, HR, finance, compliance, CQC, performance, patient access and service improvement.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and solution-focused, with the confidence to identify opportunities for improvement and turn ideas into practical results. Main duties of the job
As Practice Manager / Operations Manager, you will provide effective leadership and oversight of the practices day-to-day operations, ensuring that services run smoothly, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You will work closely with the GP Partners and wider team to coordinate operational activity, resolve issues and ensure the practice is well organised and responsive to the needs of patients and staff.
You will have responsibility for overseeing staff and supporting a positive, professional and collaborative working environment. You will monitor practice performance, manage resources effectively and ensure that appropriate processes are in place to support safe, efficient and compliant services.
A key part of the role will be identifying areas where the practice can improve and taking the lead in implementing practical solutions. This may include reviewing existing systems and processes, improving patient access and experience, introducing new technology, supporting service development and managing organisational change.
You will also work with external organisations and healthcare partners where required, ensuring that the practice meets its contractual, governance and regulatory responsibilities. The role requires a hands-on, organised and solution-focused manager who can prioritise competing demands, make sound decisions and bring people with them through change.
