As a Team Lead Registered Nurse, you will play a key leadership role in delivering outstanding specialist palliative and end of life care while supporting, inspiring and developing our multidisciplinary team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and compassionate nurse leader who shares our values of Caring, Respect, Innovative and Inclusive. You will help shape and continuously improve services, ensuring patients and families receive safe, responsive and holistic care during some of the most important moments of their lives.
Working alongside the Quality and Safety Lead and the Practice development Lead, you will support service development, champion quality improvement, nurture professional growth, and contribute to a culture where everyone feels valued, heard and empowered.
This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which will be arranged and paid for by the hospice.
Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
The salary range shown is based on the Hospice's full-time equivalent (FTE) of 37.5 hours per week. For positions of 36 hours or lower, the salary will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the contracted weekly hours.

Eden Valley Hospice is a forward-thinking, compassionate provider of specialist palliative and end-of-life care. We are a 10 bedded in patient unit based in Carlisle.
Our vision is to improve care for people in our communities who are dying or have conditions which will shorten their lives.

Main duties of the job
The Role
As a Registered Nurse with us, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred palliative and end-of-life care

Youll work 12-hour shifts across a 7-day rota, supported by experienced Team Leads and a Clinical Lead.
