An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Nuclear Medicine Radiographer to join our specialist team at GenesisCare Windsor. This vacancy has become available due to internal progression, reflecting our commitment to developing our people and creating genuine career opportunities.
This is a full time position based onsite at our Windsor outpatient centre offering you the opportunity to improve your work/life balance with no weekend or late evening working. We are a rapid access service offering you more time to care for your patients.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Nuclear Medicine professional who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll lead a highly specialised PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic CT service while helping shape the continued growth of our Theranostics programme, including innovative treatments such as Lu-PSMA and Radium-223.
Main duties of the job
As the Lead Nuclear Medicine Radiographer, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of our PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic CT department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical governance and operational excellence.
Working closely with the Centre Leader, Head of Theranostics and Imaging and a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing services, implementing new technologies and supporting the continued expansion of our Theranostics offering. You'll also lead and develop a team of Senior PET/CT Radiographers, creating a positive, high-performing culture where people can thrive.

What You'll Have
Essential:
- BSc (Hons) in Radiography.

- Extensive experience across PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine and Theranostics.
- Excellent knowledge of radiation protection legislation, governance and quality assurance.

Main duties of the job
The Role:
As a Senior SACT Nurse, you are responsible for delivering chemotherapy nursing services to patients within the unit and to deputise for the line manager where required. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and develop your career.

Our new Guildford SACT unit opens in December 2026 and were looking for experienced Senior SACT Nurses to join our founding team.
This is your opportunity to join GenesisCares largest SACT unit to date, with 11 individual treatment pods, in a brand-new, purpose-built environment designed around patient comfort, privacy and high-quality care.
But this isn't simply a new building.
You'll be joining at the beginning of something helping shape how the service operates, supporting the development of the team and establishing the standards of care that will define the unit.

Main duties of the job
As a Senior SACT Nurse, youll combine specialist clinical practice with leadership and service development.
Youll:
- Deliver safe, high-quality chemotherapy and systemic anti-cancer treatments
- Manage your own patient caseload and run nurse-led clinics
- Provide specialist nursing advice and support to patients, families and healthcare professionals
- Use advanced skills in venepuncture, cannulation and central venous access
- Recognise and manage treatment complications including anaphylaxis and extravasation
- Support oncology telephone triage and participate in the 24-hour on-call service
- Work closely with consultants, pharmacists and the wider MDT
- Mentor and support junior colleagues
- Contribute to clinical audit, research and service development
- Help develop clinical protocols, pathways and standards as the new service evolves
- Lead areas of nursing practice development and champion evidence-based care
- Deputise for the Lead SACT Nurse when required

Are you an experienced cancer nurse with specialist expertise in haematology, looking for an opportunity to help shape and develop specialist nursing provision?
We're expanding our Clinical Nurse Specialist network across GenesisCare UK and are introducing a number of new CNS roles to strengthen specialist support across our centres. As part of this investment, were looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist Haematology to join our team in Windsor.
This is a newly established role, giving you the opportunity to influence how specialist haematology nursing support is delivered locally while being part of a wider national CNS network.
As our Clinical Nurse Specialist Haematology, you'll act as a designated Key Worker for patients undergoing anticancer treatment, providing expert, personalised support throughout their cancer journey.
Working closely with consultants, nursing teams and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll coordinate care, provide specialist advice and help ensure patients experience a seamless pathway.
You'll also play an important role in developing clinical standards, strengthening pathways and supporting the continued development of our CNS service.
Main duties of the job
- Act as Key Worker for a defined clinical caseload, coordinating care and providing accessible specialist support throughout the patient journey.
- Assess patients physical, psychological and social needs and undertake Holistic Needs Assessments (HNA), developing personalised care plans.
- Provide expert haematology nursing advice, education and support to patients, families and carers.
- Work autonomously, managing your own caseload and contributing to nurse-led clinics.
- Work closely with consultants and the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, evidence-based care.
- Actively participate in MDT meetings and contribute to the development of effective treatment pathways.
- Support patients to understand and manage their care, promoting appropriate self-management and access to local support services.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, audit and the ongoing development of clinical standards.
- Provide specialist education and support to colleagues across the wider clinical team.
- Help shape and develop specialist haematology nursing provision within Windsor and across the wider GenesisCare CNS network.
