This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established GP training practice serving approximately 3,500 patients in North Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse population experiencing significant socioeconomic deprivation, health inequalities and complex health and social care needs.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide a full range of primary medical services in accordance with the NHS General Medical Services Contract.

About us
We are a friendly, supportive GP practice serving a diverse patient population within an area of high deprivation. As a Special Allocation Scheme practice, we care for some patients who may present with challenging behaviours, so resilience, professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential.
No two days are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role. We pride ourselves on having a welcoming team who provide good patient care, have a strong work ethic and a very low staff turnover. We are also a training practice, supporting newly qualified doctors and GP registrars, creating a culture of learning, development and shared knowledge.
Working closely with our Primary Care Network (PCN), we are supported by a range of Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) staff who provide our patients with access to services such as First Contact Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, Dietitians and other specialist healthcare professionals.
