This is supported by a Practice Manager and Senior Receptionist working with a small administration and reception team. We form part of the local SMASH PCN group of Surgeries, working together to focus on local patient care and to deliver local services.
Together we are a friendly team who work closely and meet on a regular basis to promote continuous learning and professional development for all.
We are supportive of stretch and challenge, of all team members and roles.
More recently we have been involved with the training of new Nurses, with the Cheshire and Merseyside training hub.
Our patient population is rapidly expanding, due to new housing developments in the local area, and we are currently in the process of extending the surgery to meet these needs.
