We continually strive to, not only respond to the communitys needs, but encourage the growth and development of all our staff. In April 2024, we introducedMy Care. A new approach in the management of care for patients with long-term conditions. It is collaborative, empowering the patient to have a quality of life by addressing their needs holistically and promoting shared decision making with the support of the clinician. Feedback from patients and staff has been very good. Continual nurse training will be offered to keep this initiative a success.
