Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our Pre-Assessment team at The Horder Centre. In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical care through patient assessment, pre-admission screening, care planning, and evaluation, ensuring the highest standards of safety and patient experience. Working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will provide expert advice and support to patients and their families while promoting effective infection prevention and control practices.
The successful candidate will be a registered healthcare professional with post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting and a commitment to continuous professional development. You will play an active role in supporting colleagues, contributing to a positive learning environment, and upholding the professional standards and values of The Horder Centre. Experience in orthopaedics, pre-assessment, or a mentorship qualification would be advantageous.

- Conduct pre-admission screening in line with Horder Centre policies and protocols.
