Job summary
We are looking for a enthusiastic, motivated and reliable full time Assistant Office lead to join our very busy, efficient and friendly therapies department, based at Northwick Park Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have Reception experience and good knowledge of IT. Knowledge and experience of Cerner/ EPR would be beneficial. The role will be a mixture of front desk, telephone and administrative duties and you will deputise for the office manager, so experience of leading a team would be preferred.
Wewelcome experienced NHS receptionists as well as candidates who are willing to learn.
Main duties of the job
To use the EPR/ Cerner database system to implement the Departmentoutpatient appointments and other various systems and procedures.- To deputise for the Administration Team Leader in her /his absenceand work closely her/him at all other times, to ensure the smoothrunning of Reception and Administration within the Department. Thisincludes the management and organisation of the therapist's Cerner diaries and classes.- To receive patients, visitors and other callers to the Northwick ParkTherapy Services Department Reception desk with a courteous,friendly and efficient manner. To answer telephone calls made toReception.- To provide clerical support to Reception and the Occupational andPhysiotherapy Departments.

HMP Hewell is a male prison with a capacity of 1200 males. As a Night Nurse you will based within the healthcare department, prison wings and reception based. HMP Hewell offer's:- On site secure car parking

Main duties of the job
As a Night Nurse your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
- Use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse led clinics to your patient group whilst being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.

As a Taurus application analyst, you'll play a vital role in optimising and supporting our Taurus electronic patient record (EPR) system. Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join Locala's Children's Immunisation Team, the lead provider for the West Yorkshire Vacs & Imms Collaboration (WYVIC).
We are seeking dynamic and proactive Band 5 Children's Immunisation Nurses to support the delivery of high-quality childhood immunisation services across Kirklees. The Successful Candidate Will
- Work closely with the immunisation team to increase local uptake by providing and supporting services to the eligible population.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6Community Mental Health Nurse in our Adult Community Mental Health Team based in Tamworth.
The team in Tamworth is multidisciplinary and provides high-quality care for service users that experience mental health conditions. The team is part of the wider Integrated Mental Health Team covering Lichfield & Burntwood and links together for CPD events, supervision and partnership working.
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse who has a keen interest in working with this client group to provide a holistic overview and lead on the care and treatment of the person's journey through to recovery. The successful candidate will provide nursing leadership with the MDT, support junior colleagues in their development and facilitate student nurses in their training.
You will also be required to have access to suitable transport as this role will require you to travel over a large geographical area.
Main duties of the job
- Take responsibility for the management of a complex caseload, which includes, specialist assessment (within service specification), care planning in conjunction with service user and carer and evaluation of individual treatment plans.

The post offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive acute inpatient team in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. King's offers high quality Band 5 rotations including Acute Medicine and Stroke on the PRUH site and Neuro-rehabilitation based at Orpington Hospital.
The successful applicant will provide Speech and Language Therapy within each clinical specialty, remaining within each area for 9 months. This will allow the opportunity to develop a wide knowledge base and range of skills, alongside specified learning objectives for the rotation and ring-fenced learning time to achieve these.
The acute SLT team works closely with the wider multidisciplinary teams. The SLT service offers a comprehensive supervision and CPD structure with a range of opportunities for learning and participation in both self and service development. There is a strong emphasis on the management of both communication and swallowing difficulties and the impact of SLT within the acute setting. This post requires a flexible approach to working and will require the post holder to work as part of a rota'd seven day working pattern. We provide a weekly videofluoroscopy clinic.
Main duties of the job
The band 5 Speech and Language Therapy post involves rotation across 3 clinical areas - a) Stroke, b) Medicine, c) Neuro-rehabilitation
The post holder will provide Speech and Language Therapy services within a clinical specialty, remaining within eacharea for a maximum of 9 months. This will allow them the opportunity to develop a wide knowledge base and range of skills. Line management will be provided by the relevant senior therapist depending on the rotation.

Job summary
The Physiotherapy department at Kings College Hospital is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join the rotation of Band 6 physiotherapists, specialising in respiratory care across inpatient settings. The in-patient respiratory team is split into 3 teams, each with their own Clinical Leads Physiotherapists. The teams are Critical Care, Respiratory Medicine and Cystic Fibrosis.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will ensure a high standard, efficient and effective physiotherapy assessment treatment and intervention for all patients designated to them. They will prioritise, assess, treat and manage their own caseload of patients as an autonomous practitioner, including the maintenance of comprehensive records.
They will work as an effective team member, communicating appropriately with patients, carers and other team members as require, as well as teaching and developing Band 5 physiotherapists, students, and physiotherapy assistants within the respiratory teams.
The post holder will also take part in the on call, weekend and Twilight rotas. Staff are expected to work across multi-sites as required by the service.
Rotations: Currently 9 monthly in the following areas:
Critical Care (organized over 6 separate units) each with its own specialty bias including, Liver, Major Trauma and Neurosurgery
Medicine and Non-Invasive Ventilation
Adult Cystic Fibrosis
(Duties within each rotation are delegated by the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist for the area)

The Resuscitation Practitioner supports the delivery of high-quality resuscitation services across the Trust, contributing to education, training, clinical practice, governance, and service improvement to ensure safe, effective, evidence-based care.

22.5 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join the Surgical Physiotherapy Team. The team provides physiotherapy to the surgical wards at James Cook University Hospital and also provide physiotherapy to the post operative assessment unit and head and neck surgery wards.
This post would suit an experienced band 2 or 3 assistant looking to progress to band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner.
The surgical team consists of Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistant Practitioners and Therapy Assistants.
Main duties of the job
To undertake highly skilled work, support the physiotherapists in providing an effective and efficient physiotherapy service within the framework of clinical governance.
To work under supervision and independently in order to facilitate effective treatment of patients within the service.
To carry out basic assessments of non-complex patients as delegated by the physiotherapists.
To accept patients delegated by a therapist and be responsible for the delivery of patient care. To use clinical judgement and freedom, within the scope of practice and be able to work independently and flexibly without direct supervision but to receive access to regular supervision from a Registered physiotherapist

Senior Clinical Support Worker required to join our Outpatient team!
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in the Outpatient Department, caring for children aged 0-18 across Sheffield Children's Hospital, Northern General, Ryegate Assessment Unit, Centenary House, and the new NCCHT building which is due to open in 2026.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with children and families. Our clinics cover different specialties, focusing on family-centered care in partnership with parents and the healthcare team.
You will assess patients, plan care, and support a safe, effective environment. You will also assist with clerical tasks, stock maintenance, and equipment management.
Previous paediatric experience and an NVQ Level 2 in Healthcare (working towards Level 3) are desirable. You'll develop practical nursing skills under the guidance of qualified paediatric nurses.
We offer part-time and full-time hours, with clinics running primarily Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, along with some evening and weekend shifts.

- Scrutinising section papers and checking that relevant paperwork is present and correct reporting any areas which require amendment
- Ensuring that diaries and spreadsheets are updated with l istings of hearings
- Notifying all parties concerned regarding report deadlines and dates of hearings
- Chasing up reports for all Tribunal and Managers Hearings
- Contacting Hospital Managers and arranging their attendance at Hearings
- Assist the Tribunal Clerk when required todoso, ensuring that the room is set up, paperwork available and collecting visitors from reception and to liaise with the Tribunal panel in the absence of the Clerk

We are expanding our Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist teams here at Imperial, and this is an exciting opportunity to take on 3 new Lead CNS roles, for the H&N, Brain & Breast Cancer CNS teams. You will lead a team of band 6 & 7 CNSs and band 4 Cancer Support Workers within the speciality.
We are seeking experienced Cancer CNSs with relevant clinical experience, excellent leadership, management and communication skills. You should be enthusiastic, forward thinking and motivated to join these busy services. You will have an excellent understanding of patient experience and support and developing staff to deliver high-quality care.
You will have the opportunity to gain expert experience leading a team alongside managing your own clinical caseload. You will be expected to establish the role of the lead CNS within the team. Main duties of the job
The Lead/Team Lead CNS will provide clinical leadership, service management and line management to the CNS team/ service.
The Lead/ Team Lead CNS will deliver expert clinical care at an enhanced level and use their experience to support the band 6 and 7 CNSs within their practice and role.
A clinical nurse specialist (CNS) is a registered nurse with relevant experience and post-registration education for working at an enhanced level within a specific area of practice. They assess, manage, deliver care, advise on, and support patients.
CNSs have the autonomy to act and accept responsibility and accountability for their actions, acting as a skilled advisor for patients, or a resource for others.
CNSs perform specialist holistic assessment and treatment using a personalised approach. This is characterised by a level of decision making based on detailed knowledge and understanding of their area of practice.
As part of the multidisciplinary team CNSs can work in or across many settings, depending on their area of expertise and scope of practice.

Job summary
We are looking for 1 WTE PCN Care Coordinator/HCA with excellent communication and administrative skills to work with the GPs and other clinicians within the Mawbey Group Practice - North Lambeth PCN.
You will be working with GPs and other clinicians, to assist patients in the management of their care.
This role will be based on the needs of the practice and support the work of the PCN at practice level. These may vary from time to time depending on contractual needs.
In particular, the focus on performing annual reviews
- NHS Health Checks
- Diabetes reviews
- Chronic Pain Physical reviews
In addition, maintaining recall systems in conjunction with the clinical lead and Practice manager.
This is not an exclusive list, and the role will develop over time and the needs of the practice and there is an understanding of the need for flexibility and willingness to adapt to the practice requirements including supporting the administration team as required.
You will be none judgmental, empathetic as the first point of contact for patients, clinicians and community carers. Identifying personalised care plans, engaging them in training and employment to improve their wellbeing.
Having excellent time management skills will be important to manage your workloads and deliver role objectives within the timescales

Main duties of the job
North Lambeth Primary Care Network are excited to advertise a new role in our network
As a Care coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting patients in preparing for or in following-up clinical conversations they have with primary care professionals.
You will work closely with the GPs and other primary care professionals within the PCN to identify and manage a caseload of identified patients, making sure that appropriate support is made available to them and their carers, and ensuring that their changing needs are addressed.
As a HCA you will also be expected to provide first line basic care (within the parameter of their recognised qualifications and training) to support the nursing team in the management of patients clinical conditions.
This will include
- Offering a regular Phlebotomy service
- Assisting both the nursing team and administration team
- Triage duties if appropriate
